Getting a flat tire is never fun. Getting a flat tire while in the mountains with bad cell service and on a Sunday is a nightmare. I drove up and down the strip (on a spare) looking for somewhere that was open last Sunday, only to be greeted by many a sign that said "Closed on Sunday".As my hope was dwindling, I came upon Sevierville Discount Tire. The gentlemen at this shop were kind, understanding, and jumped right to work. While I would have paid an absurd amount of money to ensure my family's safety for the 3 hour ride home, I was happily surprised less than a family meal at McDonald's.I don't plan on getting into car trouble in Pigeon Forge any time soon, but if I do, I won't need Google to tell me where to go.

I came to this location for an oil change recently, and they did not tighten the screw back well enough, a day later I ran out of oil because the screw fell off from the car, I had to tow the car there for them to fix it,when I asked for a refund , I was told that they replaced my oil, and that should be enough, and only after I left bad reviews on Google and Facebook I was offended a refund (Updated). Horrible service.

They were amazing, in and out within 10 minutes! They got the nail out of my tire and patched it. Super quick and cheap, would go here again 100%!

So first they took off my bad tire and then remounted the bad tire rather than the new tire.Then the tire tech was holding my wheel in the upright position and let it go. It fell face down damaging my gloss black finish.When i talked to the guy in the office he didnt seem to care my wheel was damaged and just said the owners were on vacation.I will say that this is the only tire shop in the area that had my tire size in stock.

This is by far the best place I've ever been too. These guys were helping immediately, they weren't expensive, and they were very nice and even checked my other 3 tires just to be helpful, if I could rate any higher, I would.

Went to this location to get a used tire for my car. Everyone seemed very friendly and got the tire changed quickly. I left and got to my hotel and 2 hours later I came out the tire was completely flat. So I had to put my spare back on and drive back to the tire shop. The manager didn't really acknowledge me, one of the staff members had to step in and tell me that he'd fix it. He actually took the time to make sure the next tire wasn't going to have an issue. So although the first tire was bad that guy made sure to make it right and replace the bad tire.Management could use some improvement, because I even made sure to speak to him in Spanish to make sure he understood me and he didn't seem to care.

I just got my oil changed and frontend alignment along with two tires. On my way home my vehicle was smoking for the first time sence iv had it stoped so when I got home I opened the hood there was oil on my engine in puddles I cleaned most of it off just check over everything before you leave there shop what a mess they left on my engine.i did call and talked with them and was told it was break cleaner that was used to remove the oil off the engine so knowing this it does help me feel some better about there service just wish I was told about it before I went down the road but over all satisfied with there work.

Service was very fast in one hour for two 22 inch tires after one tire went bad on road trip. Reasonable price $380 including tax for decent tires. Only 2% military discount and they expect tip. No warranty however.

This team is amazing!! We are from out of state....we woke up to a flat tire. After waiting 4 hours for AAA...we got there got new tires mounted, balanced and out the door in less than 30 min! Hats off guys!! Thank you so much

We got a used tire here while traveling. The man who took care of us was so friendly and kind! We were on our way in less than a half hour. Great place.

I've been here here times for oil changes and bought my last set of tires here. It is convenient and the prices are good. I usually don't have to wait very long. Better than Walmart.

I got a flat tire while traveling and had to get a replacement tire. The men here were professional and fast. They have new and used tires and very resonable in price. Their building is a little hard to find because it doesn t face the parkway but it s there at listed address

I had a nail in my tire they were able to get to me right away. They put a plug in it because the hole was to close to the side wall and checked all the tires and topped them off to the right perisher for me. I decided to go to the closest discount tire chain store about 30 minutes away to replace all my tires and perisher sensors. Because I have a credit card with that company and can get service nationwide.

While visiting the area for a long weekend, we picked up a screw in one of our tires. The guys working here were fantastic. They patched my tire and got me back on the road very quickly at a fair price. If you're in the area and need a quick fix on a tire, this is your place.

These people will rip you off on used tires. They will charge 60-80 for almost entirely work new tires plus the 20 for mounting and balancing. It makes zero sense to spend more than a new tire would cost on a old tires they buy for next too nothing.

Horrible horrible place I went there for four tires and oil change and an alignment. Was over $500 and the broke the bolts off three tires and I had to have it towed to a different company to have it fixed properly. The place that repaired it the mechanic stated that they should not have let me leave their lot with the van in that condition. I am supremely dissatisfied and will NEVER take any vehicle there I would not recommend it to my worst enemy much less anyone else.

They were opened on Sunday- which was very convenient. The crew were very professional- getting customers in and out in a timely manner. This was my second time using them and I would definitely recommend them for tire repairs.

I wouldn't give any stars if possible !!!! They ripped off my 19 yr old daughter who has a baby riding in her car. The tire they sold her (which was already very over priced ) has a bubble in it and is sooo unsafe !!!! Since it was a used tire, because she couldn't afford their overpriced new ones, they won't replace it for a safe, used tire !!!!! They are crooks and unless you want to be ripped off and drive unsafe I would NEVER recommend going there !!!!!!The pics are only 3 days after getting the tires

Had a good screw in our 4Runner front tire from a campsite while on vacation. We called and they patched it right away. Fast and great service, best guys in town!

I had a slow leak and they were able to get me taken care of quickly and inexpensively. It took longer to drive to the location than it did for them to repair the tire. They also have a plethora of used tires, so if you find yourself on vacation in Pigeon Forge and in need of tire service, this is the place to go.

We were on vacation from Indiana and needed front brakes and rotors fixed. We called all over and nobody couldn't guarantee same day service or wanted to charge over $400. We came here and they got us right in and fixed everything under 30 minutes for a very affordable price. Definitely recommend.

Sunday morning . Only tire place open. Drove in with nail in tire. Fixed it right away, pleasant workers, fair price. Highly recommend!

I had new tires put on my truck in Ohio. The entire drive down I had some serious vibrations and issues. When I pulled into their shop it was 30 minutes to closing and they still wanted to help me. They were quick, nice, and diagnosed the issue caused by the previous tire shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality tire work done.

They were amazing!! Just arrived to Pigeon Forge on a bent rim, pulled in, asked if they could fix it they had it jacked up, fixed and I was on the road in 2 minutes and it only cost me $10. Amazing! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
