Had a 2011 Mustang Boss engine rebuilt. $7500.After we picked up the car, I called and told him it was burning oil and if this was normal. He never got back with me.So I thought it was ok since it needed to be broke in (I obviously don't know anything about cars).Had to keep adding oil.Fast forward less than 5000 miles on new engine and there are metal shavings in the oil filter, engine is ruined. Never fixed correctly (from 2 mechanics diagnosis) and he refuses to uphold his warranty of 12,000 miles. He refuses to even look at the engine.As I see the other posts, this isn't a rare occasion. They obviously don't know what they are doing.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.

Hands down the best shop and staff in the area. Rob tells it like it is. No b.s. The man knows his stuff. If you want to be cuddled in customer service this ain't the place. If you want the best machine shop, custom work, general repairs and restorations then there is none better. Rob is my go to guy every time I have questions or work done. He did an amazing job of rebuilding my 700 h.p. small block for my 71 Chevelle. Highly recommend!!

Rob's been amazing so far bringing my old Chevy back to life. He's been great with everything he's done so far. I'll definitely be using him again and would recommend him to any one in need of a great mechanic. Not too many are willing to work on older model cars these days and he has brought mine back from the dead and has it running like a sewing machine.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They claim they can build motors but don t take the time to really fix or build anything right all they do is take money and throw parts at things and when called out for it won t even warranty their lousy work, not to mention how rude and dishonest the owner himself is! Save yourself the disappointment and take your vehicles elsewhere! The motor they built was a brand new 5.3 and truck didn t even run right in the parking lot when they said it was done!Service: Auto maintenance

Finding a good mechanic who has years of experience and the commitment to do top notch work at a fair price is what we all need. From an oil change to a custom muffler system, Rob is your guy. He will go above and beyond your expectations. Very likeable and knowledgable for all cars to street rods.

Our family is expecting a baby, and the car needs to be fixed - Tire Rods Busted in 2010 Subaru Outback. Rob diagnosed the problem and responded with a call to me and quoted me reasonably with a speedy turnaround. I appreciated his willingness to work with me on my car as soon as he could. Unprofessional is an understatement!! I went to "Rob's" ( of course an egomaniac would name the place after himself) to have my car tuned. After meeting "Rob" the owner. I quickly realized that I didn't care if the man knew how to rebuild my car! I would NEVER do business with him! Quite honestly, I would sell the car and buy one that needed more than a simple tune up before I would give this man 1 penny! The way you greet someone who comes to your business says a lot about who you are as a professional! A professional you are not "Rob". There are too many amazing mechanics in this area for you to treat me the way you have! Good luck with your personality!

Still has a very Northern Attitude . Can be friendly then turns Bi Polar. Would NEVER recommend him. Plus he s not a local as stated by someone else. Ask around to locals. Most will say exactly what I m saying. Yes, I m local ( actually born here) and extremely friendly. Hate to leave any business a bad review but this one I have no hesitation. Best machine shop around. Had my 22r block fixed/reconditioned and had them source pistons and bearings. They got me a better price than I could find online. Had all my work done in under a week. 10/10!

Butcher shopTook a motor up there to be rebuilt .Did not run correctly .Took it back to him said needed # 7 piston this is the same motor he just rebuilt how did the piston go bad over night charged $1500 more to fix .Guess what it still is no good will not fix his own work Tipi call work for a New Yorker

Great place. They do it all! I had bushings and bearings pressed here, cylinder head cleaned and threads straightened out! Quality work wouldn t recommend anyone else.

I paid more in repairs here than the vehicle was worth. Ask about pricing before you let rob work on your car. My fault but he does know how to fix a vehicle.

Stopped by to ask a simple question to see if they could do a quick fix for me & they were very rude & cussed at my husband & I as we left. Don't recommend them at all.

Went to get a quote on a fixing my car employee was very rude told me to wait while I was I heard them talking bad about other auto shops. I just left and i wont be back!!!!
