As you know buying a car can be very stressful. Well not if you go to Right Price Auto in Sevierville TN. Riley and Bo and Brian made this a very nice easy experience. Went the extra mile to help me with the entire process. I'm now the proud owner of a Honda Civic and I'm so happy! Want a nice ride no stress no pressure sales . They care about what you want not just making the sale. Check them out !

Daisy and Bo were really nice and very helpful. They both were awesome. Highly recommend them. I updated my post btw lol I didn't have much time to leave a proper one originally. I don't have the greatest credit and they worked with me. Didn't feel like a pressure either. I work in TS industry so..... and this was a wonderful experience. Very understanding of my needs and wants. :) thank you both!!!

Whitney Stump was my salesperson. She found exactly what I wanted, let me test drive it on my own, and gave me many finance options. I loved the no-pressure sales experience. I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Bo Mitchell, finance manager, made closing a breeze. I will return for my next purchase!

I can t express enough how grateful I am for Right Price Auto! We were in Sevierville for spring break from Upper Michigan and began to have car trouble. We called and got in the same day, he figured out all the issues. He ordered the parts and was in constant communication with us. We picked the van up the next day good as new. Fair priced as we were at his mercy and could ve easily up charged us. If anyone is from out of town and has any vehicle issues I would absolutely recommend 10/10 experience!

I hadn t bought a vehicle in over 15 years, I was not looking forward to the task and was pleasantly impressed with how easy the staff at Right Price Auto in Sevierville made the experience for me. Daisy was welcoming and along with Bo, put in a lot of effort to turn my trade-in into a benefit to the bottom line of my new van. Everyone that we saw made us feel valued. Even more than us feeling valued I saw how they valued one another and the overall atmosphere made me want them to have my business.

I recently visited Right Price Auto TN Sevierville and was impressed by their friendly and professional staff. While they didn't have the exact car I was looking for, they took the time to understand my needs and answer all my questions thoroughly. They weren't pushy or sales-y, which I really appreciated. We had a phenomenal experience here. I have bought many cars in the short 9 years I have been driving and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. They were super willing to work on the price as well as very accommodating with the long wait it took for us to get all of the information we needed from my husbands job. Daisy was our salesperson and she was so so nice and helpful through the whole process. We also worked with Bo the finance and sales manager and he was delightful and incredibly helpful to work with, he went out of his way to make sure we got this car because he knew it was the one we wanted. The only thing I would say is that I do Wish they had filled up the tank with gas before we left, but that really isn t a big deal it s just a nice gesture.10/10 experience. We are very happy

Amazing. We went here after a very bad experience at another car lot. I have bad credit and no one has wanted to work with me. Paul was a great salesperson and everyone there worked with us to make sure I got in a car that worked for us. Bo made sure that I got approved and was also very nice. I recommend this place to any one who has very bad credit. They got me in a 2016 Honda civic that is very very nice.

Chris Eschelbacher is the best salesman. He went way above expectations. He stayed after hours to help my son determine what car he wanted, test drive said car and then purchase the car. Most dealerships I have ever been to would have been quick to say they were closing and would ask you to come back the next day. Chris walked my son through every step of the process and talked real with him. My son enjoyed his company. I would definitely recommend Chris for all your car buying needs!

Great place if you re in need of a vehicle. They worked with me on what I wanted and within the payments I said I wanted. Didn t try to talk me into any extras. Kaylie was great and walked me through everything. I highly recommend you ask for her. Bo made the finance process go swiftly and smooth. Such a down home place.

Whitney was awesome! She made the transition simple and easy . She did not push us into a vehicle, she let us choose , and did not pressure us. I wish all car lots were like this. And we were in and out with 35 minutes. I highly recommend seeing Whitney at Right Price Auto.

I bought my jeep from here Whitney was amazing and very helpful. Did exactly what she said and worked hard to get things done. I would tell anyone I know that needs a car to go see Whitney. Sadie was my original sales person and had an emergency and couldn t be there to finish the sale but she is amazing and very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get me what I wanted. I will for sure be going back for my next car and will only deal with Sadie and Whitney. They are both amazing people that made my buying experience so easy for me

Very kind and helpful over the phone, explained my position with credit etc,. Was told, no worries! We guarantee acceptance regardless of your credit ( which was over 450, I might add) made way over the amount needed, full time employment told them I did not want to travel there if I wouldn t be approved. Aww no worries they said! Get there and definitely felt skin color challenged pushed me out the door and asked for a 2000$ down payment after stating I wouldn t need one. Lies and scams and a lil taste of racism in my opinion

We stopped in to look at vehicles hoping to make a trade. We met Billy one of the salesmen out on the lot. Found a truck my husband liked, they worked with us and had us in the truck before lunch. We live in a small town in Western Tennessee, we have never experienced service quite like we did yesterday at Right Price Auto TN! Bo has went above and beyond to make sure that we was taken care of!

Did some research online about what type of vehicle would be best for my needs. Found a 2017 Chevy City Express at Price Right Auto, just 15 minutes from the house. Tom Pack was our salesman and was very personable and professional in dealing with us. When we went to take a test drive, the battery was dead. Tom had a new battery installed right then. When I went to pick up the van, they had washed it, waxed it and even filled the tank for me. And Tom transferred my plates from the old car to the new van.Saved me a trip to the county courthouse. I would highly recommend Right Price Auto if you are in the market for a good used car and want to be treated to a no pressure and no hassle experience.

Took my truck in to have the alignment checked and fixed. The staff was very friendly and polite. If you need an alignment done I would recommend that you go to them and they'll get you taken care of.
