Top notch customer oriented service. I was on vacation from out of town. Had a wheel bearing that started getting noisy traveling in. I didn t want to risk it on the drive back of ~750 miles. Figured I would be spending at least two days of vacation with the hassle of finding a decent place that would get it in at all, let alone quickly. I first scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm online, but called Derek up front to explain my situation that morning. He immediately started getting quotes and sourcing my hub assembly. I was even able to come in about two hours earlier than scheduled appointment and he squeezed me in. I was just expecting a diagnosis only, but instead they worked quickly, picked the part up, AND had the repair done quickly to get me out in under 2 hours. I dropped the family off at the NASCAR go kart track down the road before, and I was able to get the repair completed before they were even done! We were able to resume our vacation without missing a beat! Also, I m fairly mechanically inclined and know about what parts cost, and they were extremely reasonable! This level of customer service is extremely hard to find today, and I was extremely grateful. I would highly recommend.

Visited Gatlinburg for spring break with the family. Our rented minivan broke down and we were pretty much stranded. Called a few places and got no help. When I called Right price Derek from service answered and immediately told me, he will do anything in his power to Fix the vehicle as quickly as possible to not only save our vacation but to get the vehicle safe and in the best condition possible to drive home. I ve never had anyone from any company, be as sincere and caring as Derek. Got the car back the next day in great condition. (He took the rental car company s info, and dealt directly with them for payment). The only reason we had a good vacation and are on schedule to get home before Easter is because of Derek and the Employees of Price Right. Cannot thank them enough.

I came in to have my squeaking brakes checked, and they not only fixed that issue, but went ahead and changed my brake light that I had plans to change myself later in the day, AND identified a different issue and fixed it the next day! It was of hardly any cost to me, as well, due to my warranty after purchasing my car from Right Price Auto a few months ago. I highly, highly recommend coming to them, whether you have purchased a car here or not. A plus is that they're incredibly welcoming, kind-hearted, and care genuinely about helping their customers! (They also have a sweet pup roaming around!)

Can't fix what you don't hear. Of course the issues I brought it in for didn't present while it was here. They did find another spot to keep an eye on. They were all polite and as helpful as they could be without knowing exactly what the truck was doing. Anyone out of town or in it for that matter that needs help you won't regret choosing Right Price Garage.

I would absolutely recommend Right Price Auto! Especially to anyone traveling and in a pinch. Our breaks went out on the middle of our road trip from Michigan to Florida. They squeezed us in the very next morning and we were back on the road that same day! They saved our vacation and we couldn t be more thankful!

They got me in quick and worked with my schedule. Called me easy step of the way and broke everything down so I could understand. Very reasonably priced and the level of professionalism, kindness, and moral was by far the best!Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. We were out of town on vacation when we found the passenger window of our car wouldn t go up. The staff was quick to get us in same day and help before we needed to head back home. Billy was extremely helpful and kind!

My Mazda suddenly wouldn t start and everyone was telling me 2-3 weeks before I could even bring my vehicle in.. they got me in that week and have been great to work with .. highly recommend

If there was a way to give 6 stars I would! Dave was an absolute godsend! I was down to racing slicks and he took care of me quickly. All the techs and service guys were nice and helpful.
