On April 3, 2024, camping at sun out doors in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.We had a small water leak going into our water heater. We were unable to determine where the leak was coming from. We contacted Ricky s RV repair. They sent technician Jeff to us. Jeff was able to spot the problem and repair it better than new. Jeff was/is a complete professional and just a all round gentleman. We will continue to use Ricky s RV service for all repairs needed in the future. Also for the cost for us was cheaper than our quote from our dealership where we bought our travel trailer.

Was in the pigeon Forge area over Christmas, had a little hot water issue. Stop by Ricky for some parts. Was meet by nothing but professionalism. They went out of their way to help me understand the water system and direct me in the right direction to get it fixed. A few parts later was happy with hot water. Thanks so much staff at Rick E s. Would not hesitate to use them, if back in the area.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY AND SONT GIVE THEM A MILI SECOND OF YOUR TIME! They're liars and thieves! They kept my RV a week said they went through it top to bottom that what took so long! Lies!!! I had a leak that was damaging my floor they said they couldn't tell where it came from .. Well it was a tear on the roof from a limp with now rot from the ongoing hole that in a week they never saw!!! My slide out needed resealing and had a broken piece visible to anyone right over the top the never mentioned and the list goes on!!! Keep driving and don't waste your time! I'll add photos soon and comparable estimates to from here and a real repair shop!

This place is awesome. I sprung a leak in my camper and zoomed to get there by closing time. Tim was locking the front door when I got there and was kind enough to let me get the piece I needed and saved the whole weekend! Thank you Tim!

When I reached my vacation destination my sewer tank fell off my rv. I immediately call several RV repair shop but Ricky's RV were the only that went the next morning, a Saturday and fixed the problem. He is very reliable and professional, I recommend him very highly.Thank you, Angel

If you want honest people that stay in contact with you. While your unit is being worked on. Ricky s is the place.If you want excellent workmanship. Ricky s is the place. If you want fair pricing. Ricky s is the place. We live in our 5th wheel and had a slide that was stuck in the in position and the wind caught the awning. Less than a month from the time we dropped it off, until it was finished. Most repair shops is at least 3 months return time. Any problems that arise with our unit. We will be using Ricky s again.BTW, Ricky s is a two hour drive from our place. Well worth the drive.Thanks for everything Ricky s RV you re the best.

I went in the store to pick up a few normal things, they had what I need. I mentioned an issue with my furnace not starting and asked if they could check it out. They told me they had a mobile service that could come out. They came to the campground found my issue was the thermostat. It was replaced and in just a few hours from the initial store visit, I had heat! I can't recommend Ricky's RV enough.

While on the way to Pigeon Forge our fifth wheel trailer lost its brakes. We were staying at Jellystone Campground and they recommended three Mobile RV repair services in the area. Ricky's RV repair was the closest and I'm happy that I picked them. They were able to fit me in the next morning for repairs as we are full timer's and needed our home. They completed the repairs quickly and the charges were reasonable. The tech that did the work showed me all the parts that were removed and replaced. He also explained why they were replaced and what caused them to fail. I would not hesitate in the future to have them work on our trailer. Thank You again Ricky's for keeping us on the road.

We were stranded in our motorhome at a campground in Pigeon Forge due to not being able to pull in our slides nor pull up our jacks. We were told on a Thursday, they could not help us until Monday. They were booked until then. We were on our way home to Texas. We had been to North Carolina to see my brother, with my 89 year old father in tow. Rick called us and tried to help my husband over the phone. Later Rick spoke with my husband and said he could come Saturday morning. What a relief! Rick located the problem quickly, a leak in our hydraulic line. Rick replaced the line and everything was working great! He gave my husbands some tips as this is was only our second trip in our motorhome. We were lucky to have Rick! He knows his stuff and the nicest guy. We can t recommend Rick enough! If you re in the Pigeon Forge area call Rick, he will take of you.

Wonderful service! Starting with the communication! Left a message Sunday and they called us immediately Monday day morning and came out (mobile service) by 10:30 AM.Jeff was excellent! Extremely personable, knowledgable and efficient!Thank you, thank you!Fixed our problem with our toilet in about 30 minutes! Superior Service!

Ricky's RV has been wonderful to me in so many situations I have had recently. They have come out to my camper promptly in each event, diagnosed the problem & repaired or replaced the issue quickly. Ricky, Tim & Jeff have been great to work with. The office girls took care of submitting what needed to be sent to the warranty company & got the needed acceptance as soon as possible. I will continue to call on Ricky's RV in the future! One thing I have learned in the process, I definitely get what I pay for in terms of knowledge & quick response. Even if it costs just a little more to hire this RV repair company, it is well worth it!

Had a LPG regulator installed. 3 months it goes out. Take it to them to replace it, get one to replace. 2 months later it goes out again. Take it back to replace, get another one. By the way both were exchanged at no charge. 2 months later it goes out again. This time I am thinking really hard of what is going on? I go back to Ricky s and was going to buy the next one, since I have gotten the 2 previous ones with no charge I was prepared to pay for the fourth regulator at this point I thought it was a bigger fix than the regulator.While I was there this last time, and I do mean LAST time! We had a more educational conversation the cashier and I. He proceeded to tell me that the vent is supposed to be pointing down not horizontal. I have been changing the same regulator out 2 times. Following the first one that was put on by the OWNER of said company By the way each time I dealt with the same cashier .

Had a leak in my toilet plumbing. Called Ricky's and they took me in as soon as I could get there. They had it fixed in an amazingly short time. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Employees are great. I really appreciate how quickly they resolved my issue. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Very big shout out to RICKY'S RV REPAIR in Sevierville, TN. They got us scheduled because our levelling jacks would not retract. Jeff came out and manually retracted the jacks and found our pump was bad. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Our converter and GFI went out on us in our fifth wheel camper So no heat or electrical of any kind in 25 degree weather! Ricky promptly returned my text and came out to our RV park in a timely manner and resolved our problems. A super nice man.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

While camping in Pigeon Forge we lost 100% of the power to our Motorhome at 1am with temp in the 30s. After getting the batteries recharged enough to close the slide the following morning, we drove to Ricky s RV Repair where Ricky personally took his time to assess the situation. He thought through the process and came up with a temporary solution. He ordered a new convertor and replaced the bad one as soon as the new one came in. Ricky, Hanna, Tim, and the rest of his team made me feel like family.Service: Electrical

We were on vacation when our refrigerator quit working! Spoiled food can spoil your vacation! Our RV Park recommended Ricky s. When we explained our situation that we were supposed to be leaving to head to another destination, Ricky took care of us right away! He worked us in and we were on the road within an hour with a working refrigerator! Thanks so much for your help! All team members were helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Ricky s service.

Had them come out to check a/c and tow lights. Not much they could do to fix, but issue was in pricing. Tech was at our site for 1 hour, worked on 2 issues. Service call out was less expensive than I thought but they didn't charge by the hour, they charged by the job. Ended up charging $250 per hour if you go by what I paid for the time spent on site...Update..Just received call from Ricky. He explained his billing practices. He adjusted my bill issuing a credit. Still, if you call Ricky's you will get a competent tech, just ask about billing practices for the work you wish to be done.Service: Air conditioning

When we arrived at Pine Mountain RV Park in Pigeon Forge, TN, we discovered that one of our A/C's was not working properly. We found Ricky's RV Repair in the literature from the RV park office. It was late in the day, so we knew we wouldn't probably get in touch with anyone, which was fine (since we had 2 A/C's in our RV) We called their office and left a message. The next morning, promptly at 8 am, someone from their office called us back! The technician, Jeff, was at our RV in less than 2 hours. Of course, the unit would not reproduce what we had been experiencing the previous evening, but Jeff patiently waited and tried to get the event to reoccur. In the meantime, he was able to repair another problem that we had with our RV. After Jeff left, the A/C unit started acting up again as before. We videotaped the problem this time. We called back to their office and Jeff was able to return to our RV that same day, diagnose the problem (with the help of a video), and fix the problem in record time before a storm blew in.The experience was top notch! Jeff was very cordial and professional!Service: Air conditioning

Had a brake wiring fault. Ricky's techs found serious axle and brake problems. They were thorough, fast and friendly. Very professional. No problems on our 700 mi. return home.

I highly recommend Ricky's RV Repair. While visiting Sevierville, TN, one of the slide toppers on my Class A collapsed during a thunderstorm. Before calling Ricky's RV Repair, I was told to have someone cut the fabric so I could pull in the slide when I was ready to travel. Ricky found that a screw had worked its way loose so all that was needed was to tighten the screw and rewind the spring to tighten the topper. Ricky saved me quite a lot of money by not having to purchase new fabric and the labor cost to replace the slide topper. Ricky was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. On January 24, 2023 we had drove our RV all night with electrical problems to get to Pigeon Forge for our Anniversary, we pulled in at Ricky s and from start to Repaired we were treated absolutely unbelievable.
