Mr. Gary has been my mechanic for the past 17 years. He has always kept my vehicles road ready. He's more like family to me and I will never let anyone else touch my vehicles as long as Mr. Gary is in business. I am truly blessed with such a honest reliable guy. Thank you Sir for all you do for me and my automotives needs 1,000,000 Stars!!!

I know a bit late but Gary helped me out of a really bad situation over a year ago at AirBnB with a bad hill. He was the only tow truck driver even wiling to come out and help. I wasn t stuck in a very bad spot but he made the effort to come out and get me out of a bad spot. He was the most real and honest person I have met in a long time. My only regret is that I couldn t thank him more. He was a genuinely good person.

We are down here on vacation and our calipers and pistons froze and went out! Googled auto repair and saw great reviews for Gary s. Called him this morning and got it towed and fixed within 3 hours! He was a life saver and very nice! Would definitely recommend!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Gary is great. I found him good and honest. He's prices were fair. He explained everything so I would understand and when he finished he showed me the old parts he replaced. I highly recommend going to him..

Our fuel filter went out on our vehicle. We called the Wrecker service driver was very polite and Helpful. Took us to Gary's shop. Mr. Gary was friendly and professional. He fixed our vehicle at very reasonal rates and had it completed in the time he stated it would take. No worries, we were very happy with their work! We highly recommend Gary's Automotive!

While on vacation in Pigeon Forge, our brakes were making some pretty scary noises. We pulled into Gary's, and he got us right in immediately and took a look at the situation. He told us that they were fine, and there were no safety issues, but that it was just obviously more embarrassing than anything. He suggested to fix the situation, we buy ceramic pads, instead of the low grade pads that were on our van. Said it was totally up to us, if we just wanted to have peace of mind about it. We told him we would like to change them, and he got us right in on the next morning! Gary is a very nice gentleman, who helped us out tremendously while we were on vacation!

Gary takes care of our vehicles and when I take mine in he really makes sure of it's safety because he knows I drive it a long way (750 miles) each way by myself and he would take it personally if I broke down by myself somewhere along the way. He keeps it good for us.
