Very impressed, we drove 500+ miles to this location for vacation and a front wheel bearing went bad, really bad, it was on Friday. We stopped by for their opinion, they were very attentive, jumped right in to see what the issue was. They did not change for diagnostics, the staff was super nice, caring. Due to timing for getting a part in, we decided to come back in on Monday. Once we got in first thing in the morning, they got us back on the road by noon, and we made it home just fine. Being from MD, I will say that I would highly recommend this place for anyone that may face issues while in the area, we were not only pleased but also impressed. Fast, reliable and caring, this says it all! Thank you guys!

I was on vacation and was having problems with my car. Car-D-Ology was recommended to me. They took my car immediately and in less than two hours it was fixed. They did an awesome job and very friendly. I definitely recommend them!

Feb, 16/2024 .So I'm on vacation from Nova Scotia, Canada. My brakes went on me. I showed up at 8am when they open. When I arrived they were busy with work. Im thinking probably no time to look at my car. Needless to say within 2 minutes they had someone looking at my brakes. They fix the brakes and I was out of there in no time. I have to say I was impressed. Very reasonable to. I highly recommend Cardology Repair if your in the area. Great bunch and very friendly. No way I could have that done in Canada that quickly.Thank you so much. You saved our vacation.Rob.

We were on our way to Pigeon Forge for a short vacation when the car started bogging down going up hills and wouldn't change gears. About 15 miles out we found Car-D-Ology and my son called, explained what was going on and we were told to bring it on in. They got right on it and had a diagnosis within about 20 minutes (transmission went out). We were hooked up with a rental and was told that the car would be ready on Tuesday. We were able to drive the car home without any problems. Definitely would recommend to anybody

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LOCALS AND VACATIONERS!!! Over the weekend my family and I visited Cades Cove and let the sunroof back on our car. When we got ready to close it, it was stuck, we were four hours from home, and rain was on the way. We stopped at the nearest shop and was told it was the motor and to close it they d have to cut a wire and it d cost us a lot of money. We decided to stop at car-d-ology and see if they could squeeze us in. They told us to pull on up and they got started, even let us leave our kids buckled in and sleeping. We stood and talked with them for about thirty minutes while they worked to get it unhung (it definitely wasn t the motor like the first place said.) It finally came loose and was able to close. They told us no charge and even refused money when my husband tried to give them some anyways. We would have gladly paid them anything they asked- they saved our vacation! But instead, we were told to take our kids to do something fun with it. These are hands down the best people and if you re not going here, you re missing out!

On vacation when our car started overheating. We saw this was about a mile away and limped it in. It was late at night, but we called and he was quick to call back. He had it ready the next morning by replacing a hose! Fast service! Sadly we had a harder time finding a way back, but were able to pay online. We finally found Uber after hours, but per our instructions, he left the key hidden for us to pick up.We would definitely use this business again. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome service, and repair. Punctured gas tank on vacation, got us in and out safely. Even dropped the vehicle off as we could not get an Uber to come out to the cottage we were at. Highly recommend

I'm a local business owner, with several vehicles, that take turns breaking down. Dink and his crew have done turn ups, front end work, brakes, electrical, A.C. etc. I've been happy with the results. The price for the work has been fair. Good mechanics are worth their weight in gold. These folks are awesome!! We are here on vacation and had a break down. They worked us in and got our truck up and running the same day. They are honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them and are super thankful for them!

These guys saved me big time. I was out on vacation and the wheel bearing on my car failed. This is typically a struggle to get a shop to do but they had someone stay late to work on it so I could be ready in the morning to drive the 8 hours back home. Was traveling into the area in late March for a family vacation. Noticed pulling into town that a brake caliper was sticking. It was later in the evening so no shops were open, but I was able to purchase the needed part from Auto Zone. They recommended a couple places to call the next morning to complete the repair. The owner answered right away and said they would get us taken care of. We were able to get the vehicle there and they had us back on the road in about an hour. Turned what could have been an extremely stressful part of vacation into a minor inconvenience.Staff was great. Price was very fair, I was completely ready for "tourist" price, not here. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you.We also found Paw Paws Catfish Kitchen around the corner while waiting for repair and had dinner there a couple days later. Worth it.

When the phone is actually answered I was repeatedly instructed to call back tomorrow for a meet up to view my vehicle to which the phone wouldn't be answered on that day, the last time I called three times with a few hours inbetween, left voicemails twice. I even tried messaging through their Facebook page but it was basically the same situation.They have made no effort to return my calls, I give up

Trustworthy and fast. We were traveling from out-of-state to Wears Valley for vacation when my truck started making roaring and scraping sounds in the front end. I called them and told them we wouldn t be here long. They assured me they would do everything possible to diagnose and repair my truck before we left. I dropped it off Monday morning, rented a car, and he called me back Tuesday afternoon saying I was ready to roll. They diagnosed it, ordered parts, and fixed it in one day. Both front wheel bearing had to be replaced and I didn t have to spend a fortune on rental cars. This is a good/ down-to-earth local business.Service: Auto maintenance

10/10 recommend. My car was making a strange noise and I was worried about the long drive back home. The owner checked everything over to make sure my car was safe for my drive. Overall, they are great, honest people who want to help others.

This shop, its owner, and it s employees are easily the best thing around. While on vacation my water pump froze up and being a new vehicle of course everything was on back order. We had a set date that we had to check out of our cabin and it was going to be two days after our day to leave that Mr. Dink would get the part. He went out of his way to make sure he got a part from two hours away and worked on a Saturday just to make sure we were taken care of. On top of his excellent work, customer service, and just being a great person, he made what was an absolute disaster for us 9 hours away from home seem like it wasn t a big deal. While on our family vacation our car had a ton of alarming lights come on our dash board and the car wouldn't drive right. We pulled into Car-D-Ology without an appointment and without calling first and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a few short hours. They also didn't charge us am arm and a leg!! Car-D-Ology saved our vacation and we cannot thank then enough for thier help!! On vacation with family and had a problem with our throttle body and had to get it replaced. Stopped by when they opened and an hour and a half later got a brand new one installed and the vehicle is running great. Highly recommended place. Our cars AC went out in the middle of a heatwave here in Tennessee. Dink and his crew came in on their off days to ensure we were up and running for the remainder of our trip. Great experience and great guy!

I was broke down on vacation. Auto Zone recommended them. I was nervous about not knowing them,but they were wonderful! They gave an excellent fair price. Got to my car very quickly,very nice, car running great. They replaced my water pump and belt. I picked up and was on my way home in just few hrs. Car running great!! Thank you Marty!!!

Our car was towed there on a recommendation from a business that could not fix our vehicle. But since we were on vacation and had to get home, we had it towed up to a dealership service center in Knoxville. They were nice enough and had the key ready for the tow truck driver. My only reservation is if we had known they really weren't going to get to the vehicle that day, I wish they had told us up front. We could have saved a day and maybe the third place would have had the emergency fix done in time for us to drive home safely.

Took my car there had an engine light on. They checked it found problem ordered parts & had it fixed in a little over an hour at a very good price. Great honest mechanics!

My mom and I were in town visiting when we had some radiator trouble. Through investigation and help from a mechanic back home (on the phone) we were able to figure out we needed a new thermostat. We called all over the place and drove to 5 different mechanics and were told over and over that it would be A MONTH or more wait. This is a very simple quick fix but nowhere would help us or even give us the time of day.We stumbled upon Car-D-Ology and they told us to bring it straight out. They literally stopped what they were doing and did the job in less than 10 minutes. They were so friendly and kind. The conversation we had was great as well.. I suspect many of the auto shops are only out to get big money jobs and don't care about the people they are turning away but not Car-D-Ology. I would 100% recommend these guys for any auto issues you may have! We visit the area often and now have our car guys if needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were great! I showed up without an appointment and told them I was on vacation and really needed my Jeep's suspension fixed. Within a few hrs they were texting me to tell me it was ready for pickup. Really nice dudes, I highly recommend them. We were visiting for our Honeymoon and on our way back from Chattanooga to our cabin our check engine light came on and our vehicle was not accelerating any more. Luckily we made it back to the cabin and started looking for a mechanic in the area. We found one place wears something that guy was rude so my husband said no. Then we found car d ology and they were great got us is in super quick communicated with us we waited for The part but once they got it they got the car fixed in under a hour and we was able to get home.
