I am not typically one to write reviews, but for this one it is different. Some friends and I go to Gatlinburg all the way from Houston, TX for their Slammedenuff Show every year. When unloading the car off of the trailer after we arrived, the e-brake was not fully engaged, and the car ended up rolling right off the trailer, cracking my fiberglass front bumper in multiple different places. I tried to contact many different body shops in the area, hoping I would be able to get the bumper fixed before the show in a few days. They all stated they were "busy" and "booked out for the next few months" but had absolutely ZERO cars in their lots. Strange.... I was almost ready to give up, until we went by Bunch Collision & Customs. Mark Bunch, the man himself, offered his help to get the bumper fixed right. Despite him having a completely full parking lot, him and his team were able to get my bumper fixed before the show. The bumper even looked better than it did before it was cracked! I'll be honest, it was not the cheapest, BUT the QUALITY of work was WORTH EVERY PENNY. Hopefully nothing happens next year we go out to Gatlinburg, BUT if it does, and I need a body shop to do some work to the car, Bunch's has my vote 100%. All around, really nice, down to earth people, who take pride in the quality of work they offer!

totally blew me off when i came for an estimate, said didn t want to get involved with insurance Due to another shop being involved. Well i only needed paint and he told me to find somebody else. I guess the capabilities were not there. Shame shame on the old guys side haha

I had options for getting some body work done. I chose Bunch because they told me they could get to the work in one week. Today I found out that they are booked out through October and I would have to bring the car back home after they did an estimate. There is no possibility I "misunderstood" "Bring it in Tuesday and we'll get right on it".

Amazing!! They could not have been nicer or better with their help and service. They told me what I needed and provided it. I will alway recommend them to anyone who ever needs collision service or repair. I don t care what anyone says they really made this horrible experience easy to deal with. I am truly thankful to them and all that they did for me!!!

They do very fine work and know how to accomplish the job quickly! This company is one of my insurance's top rated Preferred Providers and they know how to get things done. We felt so comfortable working with the owners of Bunch Collision because they are so friendly and honest. They even arranged to have a rental car waiting for us when we brought our car in. So great working with this BUNCH!

Mark's Anger and throwing us out was more than unprofessional. Our bank created the issue Not us. Even they couldn't believe how he treated me on the phone. We were called Friday and told our vehicle was done early, which we appreciated, but were told that we had to have the money Paid in Full the same day or we were going to be charged a daily storage fee. The bank did what they did with the insurance money without our knowledge or approval so I would encourage not assuming, and we paid the deductible no issues that day and Never Once tried to pick up our vehicle without paying you, that's common sense. Our loan officer on their recorded line even commented on how you mistreated us. We've moved on and learned our lesson. And will respond no more.

They kept my van almost 6 months. When I got it back it still had extreme wind noise on the drivers side door that had been replaced. I took it back to them. They kept it another two weeks. I picked it up and it still sounds like the window is down everytime I drive it, especially on the highway. I've called them numerous times and they will not return my call. I even offered to pay out of my pocket even though the insurance company already paid them for the damage done to my van. Very unprofessional.Service: Painting

I was told he was pretty much the best in his business so I drove down there and he asked if it was an insurance claim I told him it was and I used Geico he told me we don't work with them and good luck finding anyone that would... I just thought that was kind of rude... He could have just said I can't help you

These guys are good old country folks. They know their stuff. They are trustworthy and honest. I was so stressed out and kinda projected my frustration on them. They kept me calm and cool. They reassured me and were very professional. It stressful enough having your wheels in need of mending. It's nice to know I now have a mechanic. Moving here from florida never know who is good. This business is blessed. If you want to know your vehicle will be fixed right then here is your place.

I damaged my tailgate by not locking my fifth wheel properly. I got a few estimates and really liked the owner, Mark, at Bunch Collision. After contacting my insurance company, they asked who I wanted to fix it. I set it up with Bunch. They did a fantastic job and had it done when they said they would. They washed it before I picked it up. Very honest, salt of the earth owner. He found a way to fix a minor ding on one side with out having to paint that side, and reduced the estimated price. Hard to find businesses like this anymore.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car came back in better condition than it came brand new. These guys work their butts off, very professional I drive a 2017 Jeep renegade and my car was late on it s due date and my deductible was $1000 and he gave me $200 back for it being late and offered me services at cost. 10/10 will go back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I cannot express how thankful I am for finding Mark. We brought our 1956 Ford Sun-liner in to be fixed. He was so kind and helpful!! They cared about fixing our car as much as we did!!! It is so great to find a reputable business - thanks Mark we will be back!!!

Honesty great pricing and excellent workmanship. Met with the owner offered a great price and turn around time was spot on. I recommend anyone with any automotive work needed big or small. Any custom work I'll ever need in the future I'll be sure to return to these guys.

I took my truck in for an estimate and this shop was courteous and very professional. Mark told me exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. I was told to bring my truck in the following week and it was out the next day. I can't say enough nice things about this shop! I would highly recommend it for any body work.

The work they did was fine but communication was horrible! I never once got a single call returned, even when they said they would call back at a specific time. Our repair was supposed to take about 5 days but turned into 3 1/2 weeks because of a part that was difficult to get. I would have been fine with that if they would have just called to let me know but whenever I called to see when it was going to be ready, they were going to get back with me to let me know and never called once. They did arrange with our insurance adjuster to let us keep the rental car longer than we were supposed to but never called to let me know it was approved so I turned it in (after getting a call from Enterprise saying the insurance wouldn't be paying for it any longer) so we really had to juggle schedules trying to get everyone to work that week. Then Monday when it was supposed to be ready, I still hadn't heard anything by late afternoon so I called and it wasn't going to be ready til Wed. A simple phone call would have made all the difference but we didn't even get the courtesy of that. Like I said, the work they did was fine but communication was nonexistent and with the big difference in the estimated repair time and the actual time it took, it was very stressful.

I would recommend Bunch Collison & Customs to everyone. They do amazing work. And the staff is all very friendly and courteous. Got my car fixed and back on the road.

Do not.... I repeat Do NOT use this body shop!!! They had my vehicle for 6weeks and never got a estimate to fix it.... Was told I would get a call back and never did I had ordered the part to fix the vehicle dropped it off at shop called back to hear the lady say well I know your part finally came in... Yeah the part I had dropped off last week Ridiculous.... Unprofessional services for sure... Save yourself a headache and the time of messing with this shop.

I've taken my vehicles to a few places but I always find myself coming back bunch. Mark and his crew are good honest people never had an issue with them ever and they will help you out best they can.

Went for a repair quote and the owner took it upon himself to call my family behind my back as if I was a child or lying. I'm 48! I was comparing to a quote somewhere else gave me of $1200. Regardless he said it cant be fixed. He had no business calling my family like he did telling them I'm driving an unsafe car. I asked for nothing but a quote and got a huge runaround. I edited this to add that I did discuss how they tried to help people there and how they had donated a car to someone with a sick child. Regardless, the call to my family members was uncalled for and caused a lot of trouble for me. You asked me to come talk, so I did. You dir NOT say you were going to go call my family, which was unnecessary. You didnt help me in any way. I asked for NOTHING but a quote on a repair if possible. You said it wasnt and it should have ended there. I try not to cause my 80 yr old mother any undue stress or worry because I'm grown and do what I have to to take care of myself. My family is fully aware of my need to move out of a dangerous situation which could leave me homeless. They didn't need a stranger to remind them. Or to myself. I stand by my words, sir. You had no right to cause me the trouble you did. And I was in tears when I left. I said NOTHING to you that was wrong in any way.

Belongings stolen and wouldnt give insurance info. Never give this guy your business. Half these reviews that are good are probably just his lowlife friends. Can't put up cameras or be responsible for your own business? What a joke!

My son just got his vehicle back from Bunch Collision. It looks like they did okay with the repair. Too bad that while the car was there in the fenced in lot and locked at night that it was burglarized! No broken windows and no damage to the door locks. I wonder how they could have opened it up? They had the keys, perhaps? Work tools, xbox game system, work boots and jackets - all just walked away. Over 3,000 dollars gone. And to beat it all, the owner would not disclose his insurance information. Said that he couldn't afford to give out that information. Can you afford to take your vehicle to a place like this? If you do, what will be the cost to you? I am on my way to get the police report. . .
