Had a tire issue on our fifth wheel. They had the tire in stock and I was in and out in less than an hour. Great people, great service, very fair price.

Rescued in Sevierville!! My family and I were on our way out of town, to head back to Michigan, when we heard an terrible grinding noise. We searched online for mechanics and were delighted to find one with positive feedback, nearby. We are so thankful for the tremendous job they did for us! Not only did they charge fair prices for parts and labor, they picked up my husband from our hotel, once repairs were made. We were later told the tire rod virtually disintegrated, which would likely have caused the wheel to fly off. A million thanks to you for not taking advantage of an already stressful situation, and going above and beyond!!!

My parents came up for the Grand Fall Rod Run and their car broke down. After talking to my best friend she recommended Drew here. They picked up my parents car fighting all the traffic and still gave us a discount. They fixed 2 tie rods up very quickly! If you have car problems go were the locals go!! I will go nowhere else!! Thanks Ken and Drew!!

You will not find a better towing an auto repair business in the area. Upon leaving Pigeon Forge after a perfect family vacation, without any warning, our van overheated before we even got out of Sevierville. I tried adding coolant but it was obvious we had major trouble. I limped it over to a nearby hotel and started going through the phone book. Being a Friday evening after 7:00 P.M. I doubted anyone would answer. When I called Aaron Auto Services, much to my surprise they answered. It was Drew, the owner. He was very attentive and helpful and agreed to come to the hotel we were staying at, at 9:00 A.M. Saturday morning to tow me to his shop. He showed up, right on time in a pouring rain storm and took me and the van to his shop. He immediately started to work on it and after a couple of tests it was obvious I had a blown water pump. He quoted me what it would cost to fix it, took me back to my hotel, got a new water pump and began replacing it. As luck would have it, he ran into some problems with some sheered off / stripped out bolts where the water pump had been replaced years ago. He spent over an hour calling around, trying to find these odd size bolts but no one said they could have them until Monday. He understood my situation, I had my wife, 3 kids and needed to get back home so I could go to work Monday. This was very stressful on me and my family and he sympathized with that even offering to come and take us somewhere to eat if we wanted him too. He wouldn't give up searching for the bolts and with the help of one of his main contacts at O'Reilly Auto Parts, he located some bolts at a place in Knoxville TN. Bear in mind, all of this is happening on a Saturday. He had the bolts delivered and was able to finish the job even though he wasn't perfectly happy with it. He is a perfectionist and wants things done right and wasn't happy about the old screws being stripped out and sheered off but he made it work. He tested it for leaks, came and picked me up at my hotel in it, and took me back to his shop to inspect his work one last time. Their were no leaks, the temperature gauge was reading normal and we were going home finally. He also had originally quoted me around 4 hours of labor, but it actually took closer to 9 hours after all was said and done. He only charged me $50 more for 5 extra hours of labor. He had two small children that had been waiting on him all day Saturday to go do something together as a family on a Saturday but he sacrificed his time for me and my family and I will forever be grateful to him. He also is a good Christian man. I could tell this by his references to church and he never got mad, upset or cursed during this whole ordeal. Once we were back on the road and headed back to WV I received a call on my cell phone while driving through Abingdon VA. It was Drew calling to check on us, making sure everything was still OK and our engine wasn't overheating again. Our van did fine going home. Temperature gauge never moved. Drew and Aaron Auto Services is a top of the line, class act. I wish them all the best and I am sure he will continue to prosper by going above and beyond the call of duty like he did for me and my family. Thanks again and God Bless you!!!!
