This wasn't a good experience. We were buying tires and getting them put on. That went back and forth but we finally got them put on. Then the girl checking us out was supposed to take our $300 cash and put the other $291 on our card but instead took the $300 cash and then put the whole $591 on the card as well. I didnt know this until I went to another store and card was declined. Well then I had to go back to store and wait for drawer to be counted. Now I know we all make mistakes but this was $300 and we were about to go out of town the next day. Well it was finally straightened out and I got the money back but the girl who made the mistake looked at me like I was in the wrong and never said sorry or anything while the manager was busy apologizing and helping fix the problem. It was quite a day to say the least.

The customer service lady was very helpful in locating a tire for me! I have a very popular size and she located one at a different Walmart that wasn't too far away!

Maybe I went on a bad day but the staff didn't seem very helpful or enthusiastic compared to the rest of the walmart staff. The wait was a lot longer than estimated. That's understandable, but I would have appreciated friendlier staff that's that's. Also, they told me on two occasions they had a tire that upon arrival they did not have. Gateway prices were only a little higher and I'd go there next time

It is impossible to contact the auto center without going to the store directly. I needed information on the warranty coverage for three brand new tires I purchased a this location this year. I am unable to go to the store because of issues with one of the tires, and without knowing whether or not my warranty covers the issue I am not going to arrange a ride. The store manager on the phone simply said, I don t know what to tell you, they just don t want to answer . I needed three minutes to ask one question. 30 minutes on hold.Services: Tires, Oil change

Horrible, downright unethical service. My wife and I brought her vehicle for an oil change before we took a trip out of state. They did not tighten the undercarriage cover, thus allowing water to be scooped up into our passenger side floorboard, but the poor service did not end there, they also somehow managed to break the clamps off of the front cover, making it extremely difficult to refit(which we had to do ourselves).

The wait is way to long and that's if noone is in line in front of you.Quality of technicians isn't really up to par.Better off going to a real tire shop with qualified technicians.

Went for a set of tires and they said they had 5 in stock. After waiting for a half hour into it they tell me they could only find three. And apparently that is the only size they have. There are three other brands. Now I'm pretty sure Walmart didn't sell out of the more expensive tires first but they assume I want the cheapest and only available tire they have. Are they profiling customers as to what they can afford? Mechanic seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder too. Not a pleasant experience.

They have headlight light bulb replacement on the list of available services. I was told they couldn't replace mine because "the whole front of the car had to come off." I thought that was bull, so I came home and told my husband what they said. He watched a video, went out and replaced ut he bulb in less than 30 minutes...including the time it took him to go get the bulb. The part that makes me maddest is that they took the back of the lightbulb housing off, could see the bulb, said they couldn't fix it, AND THEN DIDNT REPLACE THE BACK OF THE HOUSING.

The wait was way too long and they won't let you leave and come back to keep your spot. Pretty hard when you have two kids and have to wait 3 hours to get a tire change.

On June 4th.. (note that is less than 1 month ago!) I went to selmer walmart and got my oil changed. This morning my check engine light came on so I went and got it checked. My car absolutely NO oil, where no one bothered to tighten the oils filter in all the way. Had I not gotten my car looked at by a professional today I would have needed a new engine, and we all know Wal-Mart isn't going to pay for that! Thank you Lord for watching over me.

Their service is terrible and they DO NOT check all the things they claim to when doing an oil change. I don t recommend them to anyone for any reason. And ever start batteries are junk

Walked in last night and said I needed new tire. Guy said they stop taking walk ins at 6:30. I looked at the clock it was literally 6:31 and he was serious!

Okay. Messed up a tire and the shop was at fault. They bought hff t a brand new tire. It was almost $500 but they paid for it because they messed it up.

Horrible service. Tried to sell me things I didn't need or want because they didn't expect me to have prior experience with tire service myself. The lady at the desk was very rude, won't be going there again.

Ordered 2 tires & made appointment for 8 AM. Dropped car off at 7:45 & when I went back @ 9:05 they were just pulling my car in

I looked all over for a tire and finally got one a Walmart I just hate how they don't sell used ones I ended up pay $60 for a new one and they put it one

Customer service is terrible , lube techs say they do a inspection of your vehicle and they do not, would not recommend at all.
