Right at closing time they helped me get my head lights installed. I give them 10 stars and the lady working there was knowledgeable and she put them in my Toyota rav4. She knew how to do things and I was very impressed and pleased. Give her a raise and promotion

I had a problem with my 2018 Lincoln Navigator overheating while driving through town. I pulled off the road and turned the motor off. After allowing it to cool I decided to drive to Auto Zone to have it checked. Terry Johnson waited on me, came out to the car to diagnose the problem and determined the antifreeze was low. We eventually filled it with antifreeze and had to replace the reservoir cap. I am very appreciative of Terry s kind service and willingness to help even though his lunch hour had just begun and I m sure was shortened. Fantastic service Terry! Thank you!!

Bad to the bone.go way over helping u diagnose ur car problem.will get ur parts fast as they can and loan tools! A great place to break down!!!

Politely did a refund for an item that I bought from a different location. Then looked up a part for me so I'd know how much it would cost. Only negative is I hand a guy a part and he has no clue what it is. Waited awhile for him to figure it out and he finally just asked his boss. But hey I didn't know what it was either

I brought in a whole 5 quart jug of engine oil and a filter without a receipt never used and got like $42 or more store credit and got new things and they checked my alternator and battery for free.
