Been looking at my vehicle for hours just needed two tires changed. It is the beginning of the month but why bring it in the garage take the tires off if you're not gonna do it. If I had read the reviews I probably would've looked around. I'll update after they're finished.

It's Wal-Mart... has both advantages and disadvantages. I needed my oil changed first thing Thursday morning. Hours are 7am to 7 pm....I waited patiently outside and a few minutes after 7 the lights came on in the shop....I got out and waited by the door until 7:15 and as I was let in here come the techs dragging in...I get to the counter she flips the lights on in the small automotive department by the counter. Then we waited for the computer to boot up....then the iPad. She asks me how many miles I had. I told her X amount, and she said she had to know to provide paperwork for my warranty and asked me if I could go get her the exact number. Gone are the days when people that you pay to do work are responsible anymore...as if the odometer is going to move a lot by driving it from the waiting area to the shop. Even though still posted, you no longer ger a clean windshield or a free vacuum either. The last time I asked about it, they said we can't vacuum because of Covid 19... yet they can get in your vehicle and drive it in and out of the shop. I guess running a vacuum makes you more susceptible to getting it. So at 8:40 am, my truck was driven out of the shop, and I was the only one in there with 3 techs in the shop.

I got oil change from here which was fine everything went well and they removed all warning lights after checking tired and doing this too. Only issue is when closing up they failed to put undercarriage shield on properly and it fell off while driving. All screws gone from it and now need to get it reinstalled properly cause they didn't do it right first time sadly

We ran over a house key on a Sunday while going to Walmart. Our tire was going flat fast. (It was only flat on the bottom). Luckily the tire center was open and they repaired it quickly.Five huge stars.

The worst place to get your oil changed. I was away from home and needed an oil change. I've used other Walmarts and figured why not. Luckily, I put a cover on my seat, but there was oil everywhere the mechanic touched and sweat on the center console. If they can't take the time to clean themselves up when they get in your truck, imagine the lack of care they will take on your engine. I had the oil changed again as soon as I got home. Absolutely, don't take anything nice there!Service: Oil change

"we dont do appointments, even if you set it up online we dont do appointments" i guess every walmart except this one honors appointments. got there at 7 last time and after waiting until 11am and noone was there to put the tires i left. regrettably i did it again. supposed to have tires installed tomorrow on different vehicle. just called to confirm appointment and tires "we wont know until tomorrow, but we dont open until 7 and it takes a while to get going and check the customer orders. youll just have to show up and we'll try to get you in and out as fast a possible but we cant confirm if your tires will be here until then..."Service: Tires

This is only for the savannah location because my friend bought a battery and needed to trade it in on a larger sized battery and the guy told her that it was a bad battery and only gave her $7 core charge and the truth is it was purchased from the same location few days before and had never been used so that's pretty sad to know that they would do a lady this way!!! So they definitely can't be trusted at all !!!I feel like we trust people when it comes to working on a vehicle whether it's tire's or brakes , ect.because the people we care about ride's in our vehicle and this is so sorry, who could trust them to work on their car ??? Shame on the guy who did this!!!!

Stand around and wait for hours because people have no idea what they re doing. Disgrace of an automotive center. Don t come here unless you want garbage customer service and to have your whole day consumed. Not to mention the stains left on my carpet from the messy worker.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Slowly got our tires on, but a THC vape was stolen from my car. And unfortunately it's not something I can prove nor claim because of the nature of the product. But I am definitively certain. For that and the speed of service, 2 stars. Friendly manager.

So I ordered a set of 4 tires that were not stocked by Walmart, and made an appointment online to have them changed. When I got to the service counter and showed them my appointment code on my phone, that was for 8am, I was told that they do not make appointments first come first served, ( online it let's u make an appointment) the person infront of me was getting an oil change and was also a walk in. He would be served first and I'd have to wait because again they don't make appointments at the savannah Walmart in tn. OTHER than the fact it let's u make an appointment online and they do not honor that appointment in store. The service was fine, no issues. Great fast job done. Just really annoyed about the appointment stuff. Would have been 5 stars if not for that

While traveling back home to Illinois from Gulf Shores we got a flat. Savannah Walmart was the only place open. Ms. Penny and her staff got us in at close and stayed after to help. What an awesome crew they have there. Thank you so much for getting us home safe.

The clerk loses paperwork and you ll sit there for 2 hours waiting on a tire change. Go to a local shop instead to save yourself time.

They open at 7am, however they didn't even start setting up shop until 7. I had to wait to be checked in while they set up. I was told "Somebody will be here in a few minutes to get you checked in, maybe."I wait longer, and am told,"Go on inside she'll get you checked in now, unless she's in a bad mood."I go inside, the lady is friendly enough, however she tells me, " It may be a minute since we don't get here until 7."This is ridiculous. The sign says open at 7am. That should mean the business is open and ready to operate.

Please check your hood to make sure they closed it. I got a oil change going down the road at 55 and my hood started to raise. It was not latched. When I called to complain the manager told me the 2 men working had 10 and 20 years experience and after review security film he did not see that it happened. If i could give 0 stars i would. Kept my car for 3 hours and i told them i was leaving to call me if needed. They said the tire i brought was bad. Which if they would of just called me i could have bought another one because i need one bad. No i called them to ask if my car was ready get there and they didnt do anything! But i can't wait another 3 hours

Very helpful and patient. Near closing time and myself along with two others showed up with last minute problems. In spite of being slammed with other customers that were already there, they took care of my problem along with the other two that were there.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my F350 diesel in for an oil change. They didn't tighten the oil filter & all my oil drained out. I had it towed to a mechanic & they told me what happened. They really screwed up my truck. I've had to take it back to the mechanic three times. Wal-Mart refuses to pay for the damages!!! What kind of business is this? Please BEWARE. I've heard since that this is a common occurrence at the Savannah, TN store. Not only with oil changes, but putting tires on wrong as well. I've had to get an attorney & I'm going to have to take them to court to get them to pay my repair bills. They didn't even refund me for the oil change.

The woman at the counter tried to scare me away with how long it was going to be to wait. When I told her an hour and half was a long time and they needed more staff she wanted to know where I worked like she was going to compare my place of employment with hers.

I had a rim that needed a tire. It took 2 hours to get it. The lady in front of me had to wait even longer because they lost her keys.

They have the car care side blocked off. You can sit outside for 6 hours and no one will come out. My advice is go local if you need tires.

I've tried buying tires there twice on line the website says they have them in stock so you buy them then when you get there they don't then it's 2 weeks before you get ur money back.

Biggest joke around. Worst service. This time I've been here going on over an hour waiting on them to fix my flat. Was only two ppl ahead of me now watching the worst just good off and hang outService: TiresService: Tires

Never had any problems with the techs but the people working customer service inside are rude and about as useful as tastebuds on a person's outgoing orifice.

Been trying to get tired rotated on my car for over a month even if I call ahead no luck looks like if you pay extra for a lifetime rotate and balance they could find a way to get it done
