I didn't get to buy what I was looking for but they went out of their way to locate it. Being not from there I had to leave before they could order it. But they were super to deal with. I will definitely be back next time in area.

They are the best at helping you problem solve what's wrong. They worked with me for 2 weeks and we finally figured it out. They had every piece I needed to fix our camper. Thank you sooo much for your kind patience with us and I will always do business here first. Great folks.

Great company honest and fair bunch of people! I searched for hours online to find a part that hadn't been manufactured in the last 20 years only to find one that was way overpriced..... I came in to the shop and asked for it surprisingly they had one and despite knowing they had one of the only ones available they sold it to me for the original price. Difference between the prices-online auction:$140 plus shipping cost of 19.99, Shelby's RV $36.21!!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much! I recommend shopping here for all RV and camper needs new and old!

Shelby's RV has knowledgeable staff and well trained technicians. They inspected the issues I was having with my Montana, completed diagnostic testings, and ordered parts to complete the repairs. The work was completed on time. Shelby's contacted my warranty providers and negotiated a more than fair settlement for defective parts. If I were to recommend any RV repair facility in a 100 mile radius of Savannah, Tennessee it would have to be Shelby's. The staff provided mobile services, as well as shop services and was very professional. Thank you for the work you all did for me in getting my rig ready to roll.

Excellent service! Friendly folks who honestly care about helping others. I appreciate their advice. The service has ALWAYS been fast and efficient. I would travel extra miles just to have them service my camper!

Very good, personal service. Store contains most basic rv items. If you have to order something, it's usually there in 1-2 days.
