I recently ordered a transmission with the one year warranty. I had it installed by a shop last week and picked it up Tuesday and now today (Friday) I couldn t make it 5 minutes down the road due to it leaking an excessive amount of fluid. I parked it and called the shop along with raceway auto. I spoke with the man I ordered it through and he said he would speak with the shop I got the work done to file the claim then call me right back. Hours go by and I hear nothing back. I call raceway again to speak with the man and he had already left. I called the shop I got the work done at and he had never called them either. So he didn t even bother to do anything about my situation. I understand that when buying used parts they may fail but it s the fact that there is no communication what so ever. Now I m just waiting and hoping that I will even be able to get my car fixed AGAIN. I won t know anything until Monday when the guy I bought it through will be back in.

Called to order a part and was told you could order only from their website. They had it in stock and I was told as soon as i paid the invoice they would remove the part and it would be ready for pick up the next day. I did so got the email where it said it was completed so I immediately got my vehicle torn down and ready for the new part that would be ready the next day. I call the next morning and after talking to 3 different people who had no idea what they were doing I finally got someone who found the order and then they say it won t be ready until 4 to 5 days so now I have a vehicle that cannot be used Do not buy parts here unless you can convince them to let you remove the part yourself or you won t get it.

When I owned my garage I used Raceway on a daily basis. Recently I needed a $4k bed for my truck. I called 7 times to try to speak with the original person that I spoke with, this is the only way they will sell you anything, and never got through or a response. RUN!!

The Delivery driver should wear gloves. He left grease stain on the head rest and side of the seat we ordered. Not only that, he touched our white counter top and left hand grease mark. No manners what so ever!

They were super helpful finding an OEM used stereo/radio for my vehicle. Good customer service over the phone, but their prices are just down right insane.

Unbelievable I would not recommend this place at all as a fellow dismantler and auto wrecking yard myself I cant believe how a business like this can just blow customers off and lie to them like its nothing I put alot of time into trying to do business with them including a trip from idaho you read that right north idaho to purchase parts...long story short it was a complete waste of my time beware!!!

Don't order parts from them you order something today and it comes two weeks later (shouldn't take that long) and when you call the sales guy who quoted you they laugh at you and say they are "backed up". Not too busy to be on your lunch and not take your customers calls though right ? How funny! (Logan). Very rude!

I bought from this place through eBay and they sent me the wrong item. The part I ordered for my car was for vehicles with navigation (AcuraLink) and the part number listed on their eBay posting matched what I needed. They sent me a similar part for vehicles with radio only that has a different part number.

called them several times they rarely even pick up everytime they put you on hold for 30-40 min when they finally pick up they don't even know they left you on holdHow can someone like this stay in business

I talk to Hacker ext:20 at raceway almost everyday. We constantly buy parts from them. If a problem comes up he lets me know as soon as possible and he always takes care of his customer. Love getting clean, rust free, parts from them. Makes my job 10x easier. If your calling raceway for parts, ask for Hacker :)

Called and spoke with Logan at #35 and he made it a quick and effortless purchase of a fender. Explained the process and made sure I understood what to do! He s easy to work with. I highly recommend Raceway!Owner Gary works hard to be helpful.

I ve used this place in the past for parts. I won t use them anymore for the simple reason that their parts are way overpriced. I called the other day and the dude that answered the phone was completely rude. I asked for the sales guy I use and got hung up on. I called back and I was told to wait on hold. I waited for almost 15 minutes then I hung up. I won t be calling this place for anything.

Don't bother purchasing anything from them if you have to depend on them to deliver. Multiple weeks on multiple orders because of incompetent logistics and poor customer service

Went to Detroit- pothole city, bent wheel, hurt hub bearing, lumped the tire. Raceway had a good wheel & a good price. Ordered online, they called back the next morning & said they would call when it was ready for pickup. Thanks.FYI; was able to purchase the wheel online OK, website kept asking me what day Christmas was on. So had the act like I lost my password in order to to register my online account.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY LATE DELIVERY TIMES, DAMAGED PARTSAfter countless representatives of Raceway came to my shop wanting me to give them a chance and try them out. These guys dropped the ball big time! When I decided to try them out on ordering 2 parts they had missed the delivery day that I was promised. I didn't get the parts until 4 days after the promised delivery date. Every time I spoke to the salesman he promised to return phone calls but that never happened. When I received the parts they were damaged beyond repair. Between the bad customer service and quality of the parts I would rather buy my parts.from LKQ or Knox Auto Parts. Don't waste your time here.

Needed a Harman Kardon amplifier for a Mini Countryman. New replacement was $1259. Found Raceway and purchased for $65+ shipping. Received in 3 days, installed and audio is back!. Easiest transaction I've ever done for any car part. Thanks Raceway and thanks DJ! Merry Christmas!

So originally called this place wanting to buy a center console from this place, they told me they would have to ship the entire console, I said we just need the lid will pay for the whole thing but no sense in shipping the whole console just throw it away and we will just pay for it and pay the shipping for the lid. They said they can't do that, which makes no sense whatsoever, they then contacted me offering to send a console lid about 500 miles for $67.00. We had already found another for $50.00 elsewhere shipped for free. After I left this review they went ahead and left a review to my business in retaliation. What a bunch of children!

Real bad business. We had delt with RACEWAY in the past and each time they fumbled either with getting us our parts on time or bringing us unusable damaged parts. We decided that we would give RACEWAY another chance but once again they fumbled.I'm a parts finder for a local bodyshop in middle TN and before I left out the office yesterday I found a hatch for a vehicle in our shop. I wrote down what and where the part is and when my boss called them to order the part RACEWAY marked up the part from $415 to $450. My boss didn't even know about the price mark up until a Raceway HR rep told him about the price the next day.When my boss talked to the RACEWAY salesman again this gentleman told him that it's a markup on the part to cover a delivery charge. Out of all my years in working with recycled parts companies I have never heard that from a LOCAL parts recycler before. The salesman even was rude and said "maybe you should just buy from Knox Auto Parts and LKQ". Other than being unprofessional and trying to charge hidden mark ups from what parts are being advertised this parts recycler has been the worst we delt with.

Bad business, never keep promises to pick up the core , I call 5 times already ask them pick up and give us refunds for the cores . Today I ask them , give me refunds and you can pick up any time , answer was I need pick the core first , ok then pick up the core then !!! All the time excuses.

As a mechanic shop owner, I have done business with Raceway for 17 years. They are always professional and stand behind their parts. We have bought several engines, transmissions and rear differentials over the years and they have all been great.

We have purchased several items from Raceway. First off, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I have never had a bad conversation. Each person has been polite, courteous and respectful. They know what parts do what and why, which is very rare in a parts professional in this day. Shipping has always been fast and reasonable. I really am blown away by how well they treat the customers. When we purchased a transmission that ended up having some internal issues, they handled the situation promptly and professionally. We were able to provide accurate data for Raceway so they could know exactly what was giving us a problem. They refunded our money without any trouble. Now..... we provided solid information for them about that particular failure..... so don't think they will just hand out cash. Please treat these guys as respectful as you would want to be treated and you will see some of the best customer service of your life. I don't want anybody losing money who treats me so well so I made sure to do everything I possibly could to isolate the failure in that incident. Every other purchase we have made has been wonderful. I have recommended this business to my customers, I have recommended this business to my other parts suppliers (retail and dealership) and I am recommending this business to the readers of this review. I rarely write reviews. These guys deserve it. As long as they continue to provide this level of service and commitment, then I will be sure to use them for all of my used parts purchasing.

I recently purchased a used engine from Raceway for my truck. The condition was as described, the pricing was right, and it was ready for pickup in a timely manner. All the employees were helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any used parts you may need.

Purchased a Airbag component from them on ebay over a year ago. Now that i'm trying to register the truck again they were requiring some invoicing with additional information at the DMV. I contacted Raceway and Tonya was able to send me everything I needed in an extremely timely manner. Very professional and the product they sent originally was exactly as described and what was needed. Thanks so much Raceway!!!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to buy your parts. We are a repair facility and purchased a 6.6l diesel engine that was not properly sealed for contamination. The injectors and turbo are not covered under their warranty but they sell the engine as a running complete. We installed this engine and the engine is fine but everything else that came with it was junk. We had to replace 2 injectors on start up. Customer took vehicle and was doing fine. They went to pull a trailer and the truck when into limo mode for low pressure. They brought it back a total of 4 times for failing injectors in a motor that supposedly had 60k miles on it. I asked them if they would just let me keep the engine and refund 650 of my 850 core so I could use it for parts. They wouldn't budge and an inch. When I asked if I could keep some of the parts on the core and said if it wasn't in the exact same condition as the one they sent me I wouldn't get credit. They don't care about their customers and would highly recommend using someone else.
