Fast customer service very knowledgeable about what parts you need and they always go the extra mile to help you when other stores in other places won't. Example i have a pressure washing business my hoses take 3/8 hydralic fittings all orielly stores have the fitting as a rule unless they happen to be out. I work alot at nights other day at 6pm I blow a hose I go to orielly autoparts in corinth ms to get it fixed2 men sitting on stools said no we can't do that we don't know how we aren't trained to do that. They can fix it in the morning I said first off morning won't work I got to work tonight and you shouldn't advertise making hoses and fixing hoses. If no one is here that can do it at anytime during business hours. I left drove between 25 and 30 miles to savannah oriellys 2 women both working not sitting on a stool at 10 minutes till closing. I walk in and ask can you fix my hose we will do our best and she did she fixed it and I was on my way. Thank you savannah orielly you always got my business Robbie and his crew are great.

My man makes me come here all the time with him to get stuff. Apparently, they have what ya need at good prices bc he is always excited when he gets back to the car where I usually wait for him. If you plan on waiting in the car like me, there are good shady spots here :)

They have some issues. They had about 35 totes full of parts and not enough personally to stock them. If you had a part in one of these totes it would take the current help a week to find it. I don't want to wait that long for a part. The people that work there are good people but their hands are tied. I guess everyone is having trouble hiring people to work now.

The young man who waited on me was very polite.Even wished me a good day.I over heard an older gentleman helping these ladies out who where putting together a gift basket to try Auto Zone also.They were quick to reply to not waste there time.

Manager Stacey is amazing, her entire team is great! we ordered a part and was told it would be in first thing in the morning. when we called to find out where it was, no game was played they were honest about late truck and would have it asap. not an hour later she drove it to us herself. this store is wonderful and the staff is amazing will order more items when we need them.

These employees are the best. Very helpful, actually changed out the TPS on my truck for me. Tons of information they offered. An of course great prices. Love this place.Very well stocked shelves. The place is very clean.

The guys were so nice and helpful...had a major problem and they were able to even come to my place on there lunch break to figure it out for me...id recomend them allways...thanks Robbie and Paul

Highest place in Savannah I went in to get a small metric socket set the price was thirty eight dollars before tax I went to Walmart and got the same set for thirteen dollars if I need parts I'll go to Napa they are high but they got top quality parts

I have been in this store a half a dozen times since I have moved here, and as of yet I haven't got the right part the first time yet. I keep coming back just to see if I ever will lol. But the other part stores in town aren't much better the best one is Napa by far but cost a little more. I guess you have to pay for good service.

I wasn't able to get what I needed. The lady couldn't find the size of the axel nut so I could buy a socket.Went back and got a match. Truck battery suddenly died at the car wash next door. And Mr Freddy C came to the rescue. Very friendly and helpful!

Don't waste your time. Won't go back. Ordered wrong part 2 times then refused to go in the back to get the right one when it arrived. Management cussed over me asking for them to go look for part.

The man chatted with me about my car saying he just bought one for his wife. I couldn't get my bulb in so I went back and he replaced it for me.

These ladies know more than the so called men at AutoZone or advance. They took the time to find a hard to get part for me. O'Reilly will be my first choice for now on.

Most always have parts in stock. If ordering, usually have next day.
