I had an overall great experience buying our 2023 Nissan Kicks with Jones Nissan this time around, this makes the 4th vehicle I've bought from Jones in the last 6 years now. I've exclusively dealt with April Greenway as a salesperson and she always helps me get the best deal with the best experience. Customer service is a big deal to me and they delivered that this time as well!

Normally trying to trade automobiles can be quite the headache. Not here! I must say the entire process was pleasurable and smooth. Thanks to everyone at Jones Nissan for helping me get the pickup I truly wanted!

I wanted to give them zero stars but that wasn t an option. I wasn t going to write a review but i feel like it was necessary after all my husband and I have gone through with this 2021 Nissan Armada from Jones Nissan in Savannah, TN we purchased in Nov/Dec 2022. We live in Locust Grove Ga so the vehicle had to be shipped to us, So they got someone to drive it to us which put another 500 miles on a vehicle that already had over 50,000 miles on it. When we received the vehicle is was dirty, One of the tail lights was cracked pretty bad, the fender trim that goes over one of my tires was hanging off and their were visible buff marks in the paint as well ..We reached out to the dealership to let them know the condition we received the vehicle in and was told that they would pay to fix everything and never did. That was over 1500 in repairs that had to be done on an almost $60,000 vehicle that we received in that condition. We were then told that we had Warranty forever and they never told us the rules we had to follow in order to stay covered, Just had to pay 1500 to repair a vehicle we haven t had for a full year This was the worst experience of our lives and we will never purchase from these people ever again.

Earlier in the day we had been to Carlock Nissan in Jackson TN and the saleswoman wasn't getting the price where we wanted. A friend called Jones in Savannah and explained what we were looking for and upon arrival they had already had the numbers in our ballpark. They didn't have the exact color Rogue I was wanting but had one delivered the next business day! Friendly staff and exceptional service.

My buying experience was mediocre because poor communication clouded the deal and I missed the best price as a result. My purchase concerns were never addressed by management so it is obvious my business was not valued.I found my first oil change to be over priced, but the interaction with the service department exceeded that of sales by far. If you go for service during coffee time, be sure to bring your own cup since they appear to be scarce. Will be shopping for vehicles in a dealership not controlled by Jones for all future purchases.

The dreaded day arrived when I needed to replace the old car for a newer one.I set Jones Nissan in my sights and headed out to the lot.Less than 2 hours later, I drove away with a big smile on my face!Good folks there, all of them."I'll be back," said that big Hollywood man, and so will I, with another smile up front.

I was lucky to get the same salesman that sold me my first Nissan Rogue in 2021 Josh Strickland! He made the process easy and listened to what I wanted and the management team was awesome. I would definitely recommend buying from them if your in the market for buying a Nissan!

I've been looking for a specific car for a while now. I found it at Jones Nissan and made my initial inquiry on Friday. Not only do we live 10 hours away, on top of that, my wife and I are on vacation. By Saturday the deal was completed. Levi and the team at Jones Nissan could not have been more accommodating. I was disappointed because I brought in a coupon to use on an oil change. They told me I could only use it on my other car but didn t tell me until after the service was performed. Too late for me to make other plans.
