We found a great place to purchase a vehicle from. Jones Buick GMC in Savanah TN are the best. Everyone was super friendly, kind respectful and I love it. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. I love the fact that they offer Warranty Forever, most places doesn't even offer this wonderful deal. Please go to Savanah TN, it's worth the drive. By the way, I love my new truck!

Staff are great, personal, and create a positive atmosphere that made the buying experience excellent! Unfortunately the vehicle I purchase, 70k Yukon Denali xl, died when I got it home. Due to the questionable product being sold I give one star. I have faith the good people at Jones GMC will make this right, and I will have a quality family vehicle instead of a driveway decoration.As an update, Jones GMC did deliver. They picked up our truck and provided us with something to drive while repairs were made. We now have our truck back and it seems to running perfectly. Thanks again to everyone at Jones GMC for making it right!

We drove an hour to jones in Savannah and could not be happier with our purchase. They worked with me and put me in a car I absolutely LOVE. Tori and the Jones team did an excellent job taking care of us. We will go back anytime we need a vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Irregularities in explanation of warranty. It was never mentioned that you must service your vehicle at the dealership or pre-verify another service location until something was wrong with my truck. You signed the warranty is so shady. I asked how they felt about a vehicle they sold having a faulty transmission and was told it is a used vehicle . I provided all service records to them, but still voided my warranty. Nicole was empathetic and nice about the situation.

I was very impressed with how fast Jones handled a very big job. Something that I was sure would take weeks took less then one week. Most of that time was spent waiting on parts. My warranty covered every penny. I was sick over this and the amazing staff was so kind and supportive. Rebecca in the service department made this so much easier. The mechanic Marcus that throws transmissions together in a day needs a raise. Jones Chevy/GMC is a great place to do business. 10/10

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jones Buick GMC. The selection is some of the best in the area. I drove 1.5 hours to look at vehicles and don't regret it. And I must say Carla is just sooooo incredibly sweet and accommodating. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'll be going back.

Warranty repair was completed and vehicle seems to be operating properly. I've only had it back 2 days. However, the repair took 5 weeks to complete.Spoke with service department Feb 8th about the issue. First available appointment, Feb 13th. Towed and dropped off on the 13th, was another week before it was looked at, another week for warranty approval and parts, and one more week for the repair.More technicians are needed, or sub out the work. It's great to have a warranty, but I was 5 weeks without a vehicle. Fortunately, I had another vehicle to drive during the down time.One other note. This was a transmission replacement. New filter was not covered by warranty. Guess we could have put the old one back in and repeat this process in the near future.

I had a great experience with Wes Cummins and the team at Jones Buick GMC! I found this vehicle online and was able to buy it remotely with Wes help and support. I was looking for a nice all-wheel drive vehicle, with low miles for my girls.The purchase and finance process was painless. The team was super friendly. After completing the purchase, Wes had it delivered with professional drivers who walked me through the vehicle, attended my test drive and guided me through the signing process within a few minutes. It was super easy and surprisingly pleasant, which helps with the challenges of current market pricing. I would definitely recommend these folks to my friends and family.

Great experience @ Jones GMC with Kelan.Had ordered a truck with Carmax, but found Jones GMC while waiting the 2 WEEKS for its delivery and decided to give Kelan my business. No pressure with a great selection! Most trucks on the lot I was in the market for were from Canada Ministry of Transportation with low miles, so confident they were maintained well.Text sent to Carmax upon purchasing from Kelan is attached.

I absolutely love my new to me vehicle and could not have asked for better help finding it! My wants and needs were not easy to find but Wes and Will went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I asked for. If I get back in the market I will definitely be going back to Jones Buick GMC!!

Not real happy about the 1400 dollar non negotiable fee they add for adding clear coat protection, our vehicle was ordered straight from the manufacturer and they decided to add the clear coat before they contacted us.

My husband has been looking for a specific GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 for months. When he saw it on the site, he called and talked with Wes Cummins. After a 3 hour drive to the dealership, looking the truck over, a test drive and settling on a price, he was sure he had found just what he wanted!!! Wes Cummins & Will Jetton were great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and easy to communicate with through the whole process. We appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend everyone to give them a visit for your next purchase of a vehicle.

work was quick and efficient. Service dep is easy to work with. But finding out I paid almost 60 grand for a truck that's got tires that are already patched put the dealership in a different light.

100% recommend going to Jones Buick GMC and seeing Sadie McKay. She is the absolute best!! I ordered my 2022 Wagoneer with her and she was so helpful and answered every question I had. If she didn t know it then she found out for me. She is like family now. Very professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her friendly and professional services for any automotive need.

I only have good things to say about my new car purchase. I m very grateful that it was so easy and they were so nice to work with. Everyone here makes you feel included and it really means a lot.
