I am expecting baby number two and it was time to upsize in vehicles. I was driving a Nissan Rogue Sport. I really wanted a Ford Explorer and that s what I had my heart set on. My sales person was Zach Holt and he was great! He was very down to earth and answered any questions I had. If you re in the market for a vehicle Zach is your guy! Leslie Jones in financing was great and explained everything so I could understand it being my first purchase of a car on my own I had so many questions when it came to warranty and she did what she could to make sure I was taken care of, and the Sales Manager Caylen McAfee was awesome, very likable guy and made sure to make the whole experience smooth, quick, and easy!I ended up with a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited it has all the bells and whistles and I am thrilled! Definitely a great group of people down there. I had my two year old with me and her being the rambunctious two year old she is she was her wild self and they were great with her never got ugly with her or anything! Very kid friendly which is always a plus in my book! I drove an hour and 15 minutes to go there and I don t regret it one bit! When it s time for my husband to get another vehicle and the girls to get their first vehicles they ll be the first people who come to mind!

Living in Florida and looking for a bigger vehicle for our family. Our neighbors down the road suggested Jones ford. I walked in with an unexpected problem with my vehicle, and Nicole in the service department definitely took a special interest in trying to help me solve my problem, which I appreciate very much. This was my second purchase from Jones Ford and this experience was as good as the first. Our dealings with Jamie was great. He stayed past his regular hours on Tuesday when we came to view the truck to ensure we were well taken care of. When we came back on Wednesday to finalize the deal Jamie greeted us when we got there on Wednesday and helped greatly with any questions we had. Also we had dealings the we had with James and Anthony on Tuesday before we came to view the truck was excellent also. I had one of the best sales man you could ever meet. Timmy was honest about the vehicles that he shown me. I was just astonished at how he made me feel. I am so glad that I met him. I bought another vehicle 4 years ago from Jones but the dealership organization has changed. Salesman have no management over sight. I talked to my salesman about 3 requirements I had-1. Wash the car before I bought it, 2. Put gas in because the light is on, 3. Fix the bad install low Jack wires that are hanging interfering with the brake pedal "Safety Issue". I was told he would take care of it while I was signing paperwork. None were done, I had to ask the front counter lady for help even finding him because he was outside playing on his phone and talking with another employee. I was told warranty is free but after I made a deposit and drove 3 hrs the finance officer wouldnt remove the 2k hiden charge of the warranty that has unrealistic requirements to meet for usage. Finance officer lied and said no wheel tax is not on my invoice since I'm wheel tax exemt but after the 4th time of asking for itemized invoice I finally could see charges. They have a digital screen that's layed down sideways on the desk to ensure buyers miss hidden areas of documents while signing to slip in random charges.

Horrible experience. Dealership offered me $11,000 below Kelly Blue Book fair condition (which is basically a clapped out junker for my 2019 Raptor with 50,000 miles. Plus they will charge you $1000 if you don t use their financing. Don t waste your time here.

I have never had as great of an experience buying a vehicle as I did buying from Jones Motors. Amanda, Amelia, and Leslie were so professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and just all around fantastic to work with. I live in Owensboro, KY (4.5 hours away) and was very confident in making a purchase of a used vehicle over the phone, based on their thoroughness. I will make all future auto purchases through Jones Motors and will/have recommended them to everyone I know. Thank you Jones Motors! I love my GMC!

The service department did a good job of being professional, helpful, and fast.My truck had a recall appointment on a Wednesday morning, so I dropped it off the evening before to allow it to cool down they called me no later than mid morning on Wednesday to inform me that the truck was ready to go.That s what I call service thank you Jones Ford!

This is a detailed review of my experience at Jones Ford. As such, it exceeds the character count for a single review. Pets 2 and 3 attached as photos.Part 1:I purchased my vehicle from Jones Ford in Savannah, TN on February 5th, 2024. I had researched vehicles from multiple dealerships from various areas as the market around my small town is not very good. After narrowing my search to my top three, each over an hour's drive away, I decided on the vehicle at Jones Ford based on the description, images, stats, and dealer reviews. Unfortunately, the dealership did not meet expectations.The first issue arose when I first took a look inside of the vehicle. In the description and pictures of the on the dealership's website, it notated that the vehicle came with WeatherTech brand floor mats. When I arrived at the dealership, there were no floor mats in the vehicle at all. I pointed out to the salesperson that one of the key elements that led to me choosing the Jones Ford vehicle over the others, was because it came with the WeatherTech brand floor mats. The salesperson said that oftentimes sales people will take items from one vehicle and put them in another in order to make a customer happy. I found this frustrating because an item that is being advertised with certain features should have those features when the customer arrives to purchase that item. Nevertheless, the salesperson promised that he would find floor mats for me even if he had to go to another dealership to find them. I interpreted this to mean that he would find WeatherTech brand floor mats to ensure that the vehicle matched the description on their site. I did not see the vehicle again until after I had already paid for it and was heading out to get the keys and drive home. When I opened the doors, while there were floor mats, they were not the WeatherTech brand floor mats, but a lower quality rubber floor mat.Prior to being shown to the finance office where I could finalize my purchase, the salesperson asked if I would write a review on Google about my experience. I said that I would and intended to do so once I arrived home after my full experience had concluded. A short while later, the sales person came back and asked me if I'd written the review yet. I had said that I had not but would later and he asked if I could do it now because his bosses wanted to see it. I was a little frustrated and even made the comment asking "so, my vehicle is being held hostage until I write a review?" The sales person laughed and said yes. I wrote a quick and brief review because I had already been there several hours and was ready to leave, and not wanting to say anything that could jeopardize the deal, and the moment that I posted it, someone replied to it and the salesperson came back and said thank you. I was then introduced to the finance person.While the finance person was kind and friendly, her office shared a door with what I guess was an employee break room. For the entire time that I was in the office, employees were loudly carrying on conversation that was filled with profanity and inappropriate topics. The finance person clearly looked embarrassed and even said that she hears that kind of conversation all of the time. This presented as very unprofessional and heavily tarnished my experience.

Even though I decided not to purchase a vehicle here, both LeeAnn and Jaron were excellent. They both were responsive and straightforward and I will definitely give them first chance to earn my business in the future. Ultimately I decided to purchase a new SUV and will have to wait a few years for my F150!

From Mr. Timothy Trotter in the Sales Dept. to Mrs. Leslie in the Financial Dept.Highly recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. You won t be disappointed! Will never do business with this ford dealer again . Purchased a LoJack system at the time of purchase it was never installed and I was charged 998.00 for it . Spoke to LoJack and the units are purchased to protect jones ford and I would have to contact them if something were to happen been dealing with this since I purchased the truck never would get a call back . The truck does not have a unit on it . Spoke to Phillip (the ford manager) today and told him I don t won t the system as it is not on the unit and I was going to go with a different system . He said all he could do is come get the truck and put a unit on it . So I m out the money I paid them plus what ever it cost me in legal fees because of a crooked car dealer .STAY AWAY

I came from out of state, visiting family, when I saw a mustang with all of the features I was looking for. I called and spoke with Casey Gentry, who has been the most friendly, informed, and helpful car salesman I've interacted with thus far. He then proceeded to help answer all of my questions via text. We managed to negotiate and work out a deal (with a trade in as well)! And now? I'm a proud owner of a new 2017 grabber blue mustang, and I cannot express my excitement enough! I want to call out the financial process, which went extremely smoothly, and I LOVE that the signing and all of the information was on an electronic screen on the desk for us to review and sign!! Thank you, Casey and team, for the most seamless and painless car buying process! You guys go above and beyond! I snagged the deal of a lifetime, in my eyes, for my dream car Now, if only you guys were a few states over then I'd definitely be back for my next car purchase! Oh well, when I'm in the area and looking at cars then I'll be back!!
