I would highly discourage anyone from using this dealership. I bought a Ram truck from them January 2022, and was promised that the weather stripping around the doors would be replaced. We signed an addendum to the contract, because it was agreed upon at time of purchase. To this day, a representative has been unable to provide me with support. It is always stated that someone will look into the matter and reach out to me. They never hesitate to contact me letting me know it is time for maintenance or ask if I am in the market, but never to provide an update for the corrections. Most recently I was told that they were under new management since my purchase was made so they were not sure how the case would be handled. To me, this is a laughable excuse, I did not buy the truck from management, I bought it from the dealership. It is unbelievable to me how this dealership shows a lack of care to my needs. My high expectations for this dealership have completely dissolved a long time ago. I will never make the mistake of using Jones again. My hope for this review is that someone from the company who does care reads this and learns that they have lost a client and can prevent this from happening ever again. On the other hand, what I have learned is that this company will make any promise to make a sale even if it means that they do not hold up their end of the deal. Buyers beware

Jeremy Did an amazing job helping me get my Tahoe! He was very informative, And I mean he gave me exact details! If I had any questions, they were all answered very professionally! He was super funny and kept the atmosphere welcoming and entertaining! He worked very hard to get the vehicle I wanted!! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone to go see Jeremy for any car or truck needs!!!

I have a 2018 JLUR that has had intermittent issues with the radio (back up camera not working, collision avoidance lines not displayed, no sound from radio, nav not working) and dash display (mileage displayed as 99999, outside temp display 800) since it was roughly a year old.I took it to Greenway CDJR in Florence multiple times when under the factory warranty. Once they were going to exchange the radio but decided to update the software instead.After three possibly more attempts to have Greenway fix the problem with "we flashed the software", or "we couldn't find a fault" I decided to take it to Champion CDJR in Decatur. They flashed the software but couldn't resolve the problem.With no faith in the local dealer I decided to take the Rubicon to Jones to replace the auxiliary battery (quote at Greenway was $600 - $700).Jones replaced the battery for $337. I had Jones run diagnostics on the radio and display. They replaced both under my extended warranty.I'm very pleased with Jones CDJR and Dion for the service they provided me and my Rubicon. It's a shame other CDJR service departments do not operate to the Jones' standard.

Jeremy Lewis is a good honest salesman that was very helpful and kept his word.Jones CDJR is the sorriest car dealer I have ever dealt with in my 60 plus years of buying cars. I do not recommend them for any vehicle purchase.

It was great! We went to look at one particular car but it was gone. Jeremy went through a few others and found one my daughter liked and bought. We got the payment wanted and the price was good. Jeremy made it easy and is a great guy.

I love my Jeep Compass from them. This is my second time using this dealership to buy a car and both times have been fast and easy. Tyrus was very helpful and has continued to be helpful even after I purchased my car. The team was responsive and upbeat the whole time.

Awful place .... Do not purchase anything from here. Tried to purchase a vehicle when has pre approval so put $500deposit down only to be told no nevermind. Said would refund my deposit within 24hours. Then after has been 72hours I'm told refund issued but be 5businenss days before back in my account . Then mornig� after told this I check my bank account balance and they took another $500 out of my account . So I'm now down $1000 and the GM of this place tells me "well I don't know why that happened". And no one can help me until Monday morning .. .... So not only did I not get my car buying. Also down $1000 with frozen bank account in until they can figure this mess out .... To make it even better Jones CDJR took upon themselves to make a PayPal account without my permission that they processed my original payment thru. Thinking maybe I need lawyer. I'm single mother of 4 with no family around and now I not only don't have way to school for my kids or work for Myself I now also can't access any of my money for I'm sure another 5-6days.,

Carlos was awesome. He helped me find the vehicle that best fit my needs. I use my vehicle for work and have specific requirements. This process has taken several months and Carlos kept in touch but did not push. When the right deal came along we moved on it. The experience was great and would highly recommended Carlos Marquez to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Waiting area was horrible. Block drab walls (nothing interesting to look at), dungionious), no internet. Put that room in the showroom. It's not that big anyhow. Service was good. Not great, not bad.

Afer our first experience with Jones, we went back a week later, on a Friday afternoon, because our DPF on our truck failed. The dealership did not have the part, which was under warranty, primarily because of the UAW strike. We were visiting the area from out of town and needed to get home within a week. Alyssa, Jason and Stacy went above and beyond. They found the part an hour and a half away, made sure it got there by Tuesday, had it installed and had us on our way Tuesday afternoon. I wish every dealer service department had employees as helpful and friendly as those three.

We had the best experience! Tyrus was great. We live 2hrs away and he made the process of buying new car super easy. Samantha in finance was great too! Our van was delivered and looked perfect. We test drove it around our neighborhood and thought everything was great. We bought it. Then, we discovered the "new car smell" would not go away and we found it was saturated with the oil air freshener throughout the vehicle under the cupholders. The cabin air filter was disgusting. We then discovered ants all over the vehicle. Upon sharing our issues with Jones our Sales Consultant sent us a second key fob as a token of good will. I was finally able to be off work and able to take the van away from family to get the key fob programmed. The dealer we took the fob to, a different Chrysler dealer closer to my home, tried three different methods to program the fob to our car. They could not get it to work and told me not to buy fobs off ebay-- I shared with them I was sent the key fob from a Chrysler dealer and they were shocked. My good will has been lost with this dealership. The van is fine.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Carlos called to check on us about a week after we bought our vehicle to see how everything was going (which I very much appreciated). I let him know that my back up camera was glitching when the weather got real cold outside. So we scheduled an appointment for about 2 weeks after the call to bring my vehicle in (an hour and a half away from me) so they could see what they could do to fix it. Well about 3 days after speaking to Carlos and setting up the appointment, my heat quit working. I have a small baby and I have autoimmune diseases which causes a lot of pain if I get cold. I needed my heat fixed ASAP. Well I knew our appointment was in a week or so, so I drove my husbands car until then and he drove mine. My husband gets there for our appointment, they order me a new backup camera and say my car just needed coolant. They fill it up and the heat worked great. I drove the vehicle for 2 days and then find my car had leaked every bit of coolant they put in it while I was at work. There is no way I could drive it that far again for them to not fix the problem AGAIN, so I took it somewhere and they told me I needed a new water pump. $400 and a lot of pain from the cold later, I finally have a well working vehicle which should have been working when I bought it. The people there are very nice but they basically sold me a lemon and I do not appreciate it at all.

We drove 2 hours for an appointment with Tyrus. He was affable and not pushy, which we really appreciated! He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Paul and Samantha were also kind and easy going. The Forever Warranty is a crazy, awesome perk! We will definitely be back!

They really took care of us. We found the vehicle online. We called and let them know we were coming. They had the vehicle ready. Within a few hours I was driving away with the new vehicle at a very fair price and a lifetime powertrain warranty. Elizabeth Letson was a fantastic sales lady. She was very thorough and answered questions we didn t even know we had.
