Waited at the counter for 15 minutes to purchase 1 can of maf sensor cleaner just for the worker who is also the manager to help someone else that just walked thru the doors and start there return of the wrong item they received. After I let him know how messed up that is from a manager I tried calling corporate and that's a joke as well, I'm done with autozone oriellys is better and nicer staff

As I stand at the counter, writing this review. waiting, the same employee has just walked by 2x so far. ( behind the counter by the register )without as much as a hello or wait a second. Completely being ignored. This same thing has happened to me here several times before. It's a common theme. If I absolutely didn't need the parts I'd definitely go else where.

I recently visited AutoZone Auto Parts in Savannah, TN, and despite not being a regular customer, I had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, although they couldn't provide answers to my specific questions about the part I was seeking. After all, it's understandable that it's hard to know everything about every vehicle, right?Although the part I purchased didn't end up being the right fit, the staff assured me that I could easily return it if needed. This flexibility and customer-friendly policy really impressed me, and I'm looking forward to going back to find the correct part.While the store itself feels a bit cramped and dimly lit, I didn't encounter any other issues during my visit. Overall, my experience at AutoZone Auto Parts was positive, thanks to the friendly staff and their willingness to accommodate returns. I would recommend giving them a visit for your automotive needs, as their customer service shines through any minor shortcomings.

Always satisfied with Autozone and friendly, experienced help too!!! If they don't have what you want in stocks, they will be more than happy to find and order it for you...thats AUTOZONE!!!

Absolutely love these guys. They worked an worked to get my head light in an it was very complicated. They never gave up like I did and they always had a smile on their faces thank you very much to the manager and Jance mulligan. I appreciate you guys more than you know. Will always come here

Nice place to shop very knowledgeable folks work there! James Wilkerson is a very great guy to ask! He's friendly and knows what he's talking about! I always try to go when he's there if I get stuck on a car repair! Either way there's usually someone else there that will know if u get stumped and if the perosn you ask doesn't know they'll ask Co workers for you! Great place to get car repair items, items for car stereos, exhaust, decals, window tint, floor mats ect along wth obviously engine and transmission parts and usually have the best prices!

James is not friendly, unprofessional and lazy. If you encounter him, ask for another associate to help you. The manager is very kind and helpful.

A friend called and had a fan belt 0laced on hold but when got to the store, no one knew where the belt that was pulled and placed on hold. Was sold incorrect belt and had to go back to get the right belt.

Call them 7 times, and they kept hanging up the phone on me. I even said to them when they finally answered the phone that if they were done hanging up on me, I would like to look up a part

Do not send your wife into this store asking for help because she will be treated with total dis respect.I was on the farm 15 miles from town and asked my wife to pick up a universal 5/16 " inlet in line fuel filter ,the one we have used for as long as I can remember and I am 64 .The specialist At auto zone could not find it by reading the package on the wall ,he may not be able to read the english language without a part # but she could read and found it exactly where I told her to look.He had several disrespectful comments during this time like "great another fishing expedition with no part #.. She walked square into a hornets nest and I will never walk in this store again.I recommend you do the same or come loaded for bear.

This AutoZone, by far, is one of the best I have been to. The manager was super helpful and knowledgeable and took care of my needs. I will definitely be using this store for all my auto's needs.

I've bought automotive batteries, windshield wiper/ lights controls & various items from this business. The people there have been friendly, & quick to do thier best to get you what you need. I'll definitely do business with them in the future.

I love trading with Autozone mostly because they just seem to always have the parts I'm looking for in stock. Also the hard working employees of savannah TN are some of the best in the business, they really get down and do what ever it takes to help me and the hospitality is a plus. Two thumbs up for Frank he's one of the Grey shirts that works there.

horrible..rude not helpful.. the man named andy is one of the rudest people there. i had bought a bad part there the man from the previous night said that happens sometimes so i went and traded it in for another one and then the next morning the light came on again and was reading the same thing.. i just wanted a refund at this point i was going to go to oreillys and andy gets smart and starts getting mad and wouldnt help at all so im screwed out of 160 bucks.. corporate needs to do something with this store or just shut it down... not the first time this has happened to me.. ill just take my buisness to oreillys from now on..so unprofessional
