Brennan and Andrea are awesome!!!!! We're out of towners staying at a local RV park. Had an accident resulting in extensive front end damage and on a tight deadline to get the repairs done and book it out of town. Brennan was upfront and honest on parts availability and repair timelines. He and Andrea kept us in the loop each step of the way. Even through a snow/ice storm that shut down part of the state for an entire week, he was able to deliver in said timeframe which again, was tight to begin with. Brennan worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Truck drives and looks exactly as it was beforehand. Can't say enough about this shop. I was actually quite worried with Savannah being a small town that we'd get small town aka shade tree work but this was beyond professional on every level.PS: American Collision also rents vehicles as the nearest Enterprise is in Corinth, MS.

It is my pleasure to recommend American Collision Repair in Savannah, Tennessee. Brennon and his entire team went above and beyond to turn a accident into a blessing! It s never a good time to have an accident but we had a family vacation planned for the following week! They worked to get us in a rental vehicle that met our needs. They called with updates, without me ever having to call them.This day in time, that is rare. Communication is key even if they had to tell me of set backs. We never worried about their body work or paint matching but we re so pleased with their performance over all!I hope you never have an accident but we all know that s inevitable. If you do, remember American Collision Repair has the ability to turn it all around! Like it never happened.Our 2018 Armada looks beautiful and we are so grateful! Thank you all for being awesome!

We had a great experience here. Their work came out great and they were courteous and helpful through the entire process. They were able to get me in quickly, they worked directly with my insurance company almost from the very beginning and kept me in the loop for everything. We selected American Collision because all the reviews here were so positive and not one word was negative. My husband and I are very pleased with the work they done on our car. We had a dead line to have it done, so they worked extremely hard and kept us updated with the progress. We bought the car wrecked so they had a lot of work to do in a short time frame but they made it happen. It looks brand new!! If you want treated right and great quality service this is the place to go!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I can't say enough good stuff about these guys.I went there because my rear window had stopped working and these guys had great reviews online. I didn't actually think they would really be as good as their reviews made them sound...but I was wrong. They were even better!So many times I've gone to an auto mechanic and felt almost like an intruder...like I was an unwelcome interruption to their day. American Collision Repair was just the opposite. I was met with polite greetings, smiles and what I can only describe as a gracious "how can we help you?" attitude.And their service was just as good (maybe even better if that's possible).The part I needed to replace cost around $250 at the local parts stores in Savannah. Brennan went online and found the same part and said he could install it for a total of $235, including the part, labor, taxes, etc., if I could wait 2 days for the part to arrive.Once I agreed, he secured my rear window so it would be OK to drive the car for a couple of days even if it rained and told me he would call as soon as he received the part.Two days later, exactly on schedule, they called and my rear window was fixed the same day. But I was in for an even bigger surprise. My total bill was only $183.00 -- over $50 less than the estimate -- because the repair turned out to be simpler than expected, which made the labor charge less than estimated.So I got a brand new part the local parts stores wanted $250 for -- and I got it for a grand total of only $183 including parts, labor and taxes -- and I was made to feel welcome and appreciated as a customer the entire time.Like I said, I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. They'll be my first stop for any repair work from now on.Service: Electrical

I was referred to American Collision Repair by a good friend. After doing some research on line and reading reviews of a number of shops in the Savannah area, I visited Brennen at American Collision Repair and had him prepare an estimate for the repair of my vehicle. From that point forward, Brennen professionally coordinated all of the details with my insurance company, ordered the necessary parts and scheduled shop time for the necessary body and paint work and kept me apraised of the status of the work.The shop did an excellent job of repairing my eleven year old vehicle. The paint work was flawless and a perfect color match to the rest of the vehicle.It was great to deal with a company the is so focused on the quality of their workmanship and the total satisfaction of their customers. Spending time in a body shop is not too high on my list of place to visit but should I ever need those services again, I will definitly go back to Mr. Brennen and his competent staff.George B.Service: Body & Trim

Brenna & his staff repaired my Buick Enclave after an accident. They kept me consistently advised of the progress, explained the process in-depthly and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Knowledgeable staff. Exceptional customer service. Excellent repair work. All at reasonable prices. I would recommend them over and over again.

I am fully satisfied with service and treatment the team of American Collision Repair Center has provided. Getting into an accident is frightening already. Followed by lots of stress and unknown factors. The team of ACRC made my experience worry free. They diagnosed and fixed my car. I would highly recommend you take you vehicle to Brennan for any repair work to be done. They are honest and fair in their work and care about their customer. Brennan dealt with the insurance company for me and got them to repair my SUV back to new condition. The guy that hit me his insurance paid for the repairs. Brennan and his crew do exceptional work. This was my 2nd time using them. Customer Service was definitely their top priority. Repairs were completed quickly and was very much high quality. They went way above other shops to ensure my vehicle was back to me better that I even bought it. 10/10 will recommend to others!

My car started overheating and making weird noises last Monday. I had heard about these guys being new to the scene and thought I d give them a chance. So I gave them a call! The receptionist at the desk was very nice, helpful, and informative-she took my information and the information from the incident. After that she told me that they would get me in ASAP, that they would call back an set up an appointment. In a matter of minutes I received a call from the owner himself, stating that they could get me in the next day. I explained how I lived in Florence AL and worked in Russellville AL. Himself and the Co-Owner, drove an hour to load my car and take it back to the shop for little of nothing! I was very appreciative. They called me as soon as they got to the shop and had diagnosed it being a blown head gasket. After breaking down everything, during the process cleaned basically the whole motor before replacing the part. The price for the work couldn t be touched! The mechanic was a good honest guy and definitely by far one of the best mechanics I ve came across! I got my car back that Wednesday!Now my car drives like it never had an issue.These guys are really on to something! I highly recommend this veteran and family owned business!

I personally know the owner of the shop and the fact that it s veteran-owned made me decide without hesitation. Their customer service is unmatched. I just got my truck back on Tuesday and not only was my truck fixed the right way but he also done the custom work I was wanting since it was in the shop. If there is anything custom you are wanting to do, run your ideas by to him and he ll do anything you ask that he s able to do. Also, he ll text you updates and send you pictures of any other problems he may encounter which is a huge plus. Thank you, American Collision Repair and Auto Service!

I am a very picky person and demand what I am paying for. I was brand new to the Savannah, TN area when my car was backed in to. I am so glad I found American Collision and Repair. They did a fantastic job on my car...the paint matched so well I could not tell the repair from the rest of the car. The American Collision team was easy to work with, pleasant, courteous and did what they promised, and were done when they said they would be.Should I be so unlucky as to get backed into again, the only shop I will trust with my car will be American Collision and Repair.

Brennen and team are FABULOUS! Incredibly professional and thorough, Brennen walked me through the entire repair process: estimate, insurance and repair. My car is back to pre-accident condition and I honestly could not be happier. As long as they don't mind working on my Subaru, I'll be taking my car here. I searched for a shop that would meet my expectations and after reading some of the reviews for American Collision Repair and Auto service, I knew they were the right fit for me. I Highly recommend Brennan and his team at American Collision repair and Auto Service for all your service needs, friendly accommodating staff, they went above and beyond to fix my issue, and explained every step they took along the way,.
