Purchased an alternator and it worked for a year. Took it back for lifetime warranty. They warranted it and It worked for a month when I warranted it I asked the one behind the desk three times if I could return it for a full refund and he said yes, after second alternator failed I took it back for a full refund and they said the only way they would do it is on a gift card. I need the money back on my card to go somewhere else with my Business. It s a $370 alternator and I WILL NOT GET ONE FROM THERE AGAIN.

I needed a new battery 100ft from their parking lot but the manager would not let the workers change it and I didn't have the tools. An AutoZone guy saw me broken down and called in a worker to change out my battery on the spot. Go to AutoZone not those jerks in my opinion.

This was my first time coming to Advance Auto Parts. I had no idea what to get. Allen Ford did an amazing job helping me find what I was needing. He even helped me instal it. He also sold me a few accessories I didn t know I wanted, but worked perfectly in my car. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be back!

Stopped in to get a rear wiper blade and wound up also getting one for my passenger side on the front. Ernie went above and beyond to find the correct blades AND put them on (in the rain)!!! Service this good is hard to find but I'm glad I found it today

They will help you find or tell you how to fix your vehicle and quality parts with very knowledgeable and experienced people on hands to help you. Go in and ask for Alan irons tell him that Josh Steakley sent you there and recommended him for your help because he knows what he's talking about when it comes to cars and how to fix them.

Each time I have visited this Advanced Auto location, the employees have been helpful; if I am looking for a part/product, they assist me in locating it or, if they don t have it in store, they research to see whether it s something they can order and if not, they usually offer suggestions on where I can look next.Today, the lady who assisted me replace a faulty component of my vehicle s tailgate latch was very helpful thank you!

By far the greatest parts store I've ever seen to. If you have trouble with money and advance will work with you. Its Not much but they do what they can so it's enough. I'll never shop for parts anywhere else

Went for a battery for my truck, service was great the guy at the counter was very helpful, asked him to run a load test on my old battery to make sure it was actually bad ( it was ) he was very helpful and friendly.

Always have had a great experience with staff until yesterday a new older gentleman asked if he could help me while Alan was on the phone I told him I wanted to return a jump box i purchased to crank my mower It didn't crank it so I no longer needed it he was then rude to me telling me if its not broke I can't return something I didn't need was hateful and rude stop hiring auto zone rejects hurts business

Extremely helpful finding a hard to find part. They even were able to find a possible match at a local competitor and have them pull the part for me. Highly recommend this store, they are great!

Go to get a paint pin for my boyfriend with my friend and the manager was verry rude to me have no idea what i did but he had an aditued for idk what reson i litraly ask for a white paint pin and he said they dont have them when ti looked over 2 feet and seen one on the hanger next to the conputer i picked it up and he was lile oh you mean that and still had an aditude.

These guys are great they always have what we need they don't mind delivering to us even though we're in the middle of nowhere and if they don't have something in stock they get it right away Allen and commercial sales is super helpful

Better products and prices most the time over autozone..with a highly.knowledgable staff.. I knownfornsure my long time pal Allen Irons gives 200% at his.job.and knows car parts like the back ofnhis hand.. All with a smile.. I.suggest itnover autozone 100% of the time.. And they have a price match guarantee too I think!!

Depends who you talk to there. When you come in the store make sure you ask who battery boy is and tell him to count crayons. The others is very knowledgeable and will assist you in any way possible.

Not Thoughtful of Customer...I ordered a part online because it said it was in stock here. I went to get it the next day (40 min from my home) and the employee said he looked for it the night before and could not find it. he had my number and address in the computer, yet he never bothered to call to tell me they did not actually have it in stock. When I asked if he could order it and ship it, he would not ship it to me.

When I was gave the wrong gas cap for my car, I came back with the receipt and the part, and they found the right part in a matter of minutes, definitely coming back to this one when I need parts

Worked there. Didn't like. Cheap pay no raises. Highest prices, it's all about the money not the employees.
