I have used Mitch many years and have recommended him to many people. It is definitely worth the drive to Sale Creek to get your golf cart problems solved.... They don't guess at the problems and have done this long enough that they KNOW what the issues are and how to correct them for a reasonable price.

Unacceptable customer service. Needed golf cart batteries for an emergency. He ordered them didn t call when they came in and sold them out from underneath me. I will never do business with him again or recommend him to anyone.

I called on a Monday and asked the tech a few questions about my golf cart. He answered them and stated if I could get it down to him soon he would get the cart in and if not major would do the work right away. I drove 75 minutes to the location, we took if off the trailer and 45 minutes later the cart was back on the trailer and working great. All other location in my area told me 2 to 3 weeks. Not saying they can do it every time, but I found them honest and straightforward.....and the cost was very reasonable.

Required battery repair and cart upgrades. Mitch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service, rapid turn around and reasonable prices. Mitch's wife kept me updated and informed, she is a pro at selection of best cart accessories/pricing. When my cart was returned, the employee took the time to go over each repair and accessories. Saved 4% by paying with check vs. cc. Highly recommend.

This is how a repair business should be run! Friendly interaction, quick turnaround, honest price, and repairs done thoroughly and correctly. Kudos to Mitch and whoever else at B to B who turned my old, sputtering Yamaha back into a course cruiser.

These guys are AMAZING!!! They've been working on my golf carts for years! There isn't a problem they can't diagnose and fix. And the best part is, they'll come to you! If they can't fix it, on location, they'll take it back to the shop, fix it and bring it back to you! If you're having problems with your golf cart, give these guys a call!

Great place to take your cart for repairs. I was new to the golf cart world and have a charging issue with mine. The folks at Bumper to Bumper found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. The best part is that it was affordable as well. Thanks guys, I will be back.

Excellent service! We were in a pinch, going out state to an event on Thursday and needed the golf cart to get around. Took the cart to them on Wednesday morning when they opened, they called around lunch said it was ready. Had a wonderful trip thanks to the great staff and service!!

If I could give them zero stars I would !!! I took an older model EZGO cart to them with very little power. I told them to do what ever it takes to give it a lot of power. I specifically said rebuild or replace the motor. He called when it was "ready" to be picked up. I brought it home after paying him almost $800.00 and being told it had a crack in the block and leaking oil. When I drove it with my two grandkids on board IT HAD LESS POWER THAN IT DID BEFORE I PAID HE TO FIX IT. I DO NOT recommend them to fix ANYTHING for you unless you just like throwing your money away.

These guys are fantastic. I dropped it off 1 day and the next day it s almost ready. The thing I love is they will make sure it s right before I pick it up. I absolutely recommend Bumper to Bumper these guys are fantastic

Took my golf cart to a dealership to be worked on they had it over a month cold not fix it took it to bumper to bumper they had it fixed in 2 days great people
