Exemplary customer service!Recently purchased a MF GC1723E, with the MF2326, 60 Drive over Mid-Mount mower, FEL, Pallet Forks and 55 gallon Sprayer.We had stopped by several times before making our purchase, and each time we were greeted and provided answers to our questions as if we were making a purchase that day.We have shopped at other farm equipment stores, both just looking and making purchases, and I can honestly say we ve not ever been treated as well as we were at Crossville Tractor.Heath and Matthew were both extremely kind, patience and helpful. Heath was very professional in writing up the sale, explaining everything very concisely.Levi filled us in on some valuable do s and don t s, and along with Heath explaining the functions and operations of the tractor.I have to say, this was our most pleasant major purchase, we ve ever made. I can t imagine ever having such a smooth buying experience. It s no wonder Crossviille Tractor sells so much farm equipment. This is THE place to shop for all your Tractors, mowers and equipment trailers. They carry products for every size and every need in the lawn care and farming arena.Stop by, you ll be glad you did!! UPDATE: Concerned about a noise our GC1723E was making, Heath immediately opened a ticket. They retrieved the tractor, checked everything out, working with the engineers at Massey; their own technician determined what the problem was and then he, (Michael Ritchie) returned the tractor and took the time to explain everything to me. He even made sure I understood how best to check the transmission fluid levels in both our tractors.Michael is a sharp young man who is obviously a great asset to Crossville Tractor. He was very polite and professional the entire time.It s such a pleasure dealing with a business that employees such friendly and professional folks that Crossville Tractor does.And I might add, though we ve not purchased from Snyder s Tractors and Equipment, we receive the same friendly professional service there as well. Great folks at both locations UPDATE 19JUN23:Again these folks are hands down the absolutely best folks to deal with.As the results of purchasing the MF1840M tractor last spring, I realized that my existing trailer wasn t large enough to haul the 1840M.I discussed my options with Heath during their Grand Opening at the new location. He quickly explained the size trailer I would need and set about working out the best price for me.Today we settled up. After hitching the trailer to my truck, we noticed the the rear lights didn t seem to be operating properly. Heath had me pull the trailer into the shop where their 5 Star service technicians quickly troubleshot the problem, found the error and corrected it in record time.Every single time we make a purchase from these folks we get the best service possible. Heath and Matthew always make sure that we have everything we need.Not only do we receive great products, great customer service, but all of this is in a very comfortable, inviting environment, where they treat everyone like family.This farm/tractor/mower/implement store is always immaculate, neat, and well organized. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help in any way.

I recently bought a subcompact tractor from Snyder and the service was great. I also went and bought a rotary tiller after and the guys there helped me with any questions I had and made me not regret buying from them because you could tell they really wanted to help.

I have had my tractor services and repairs done here twice. The sales and services staff are awesome. Turn around time was unbelievably fast. They have great selections of new tractors and implements... I've already picked out my next tractor., I just need to convince my wife now.Two thumbs up for these guys!

I called Snyder's after another dealer failed to fix some major issues with my new Kioti tractor. My frustration level was pretty high and I was thinking of just selling the tractor and moving on. Snyder's patiently listened to my issues and rather than purchase the tractor for a song, convinced me to let them work with Kioti to get everything fixed. End result is I have a working tractor and was given a detailed walk thru of the testing done to find the root issue as well as the steps done to properly fix it. Communication has been excellent and I'm more than happy to recommend them.

I had an error code that I could not diagnose for about a week. I called Heath at Snyder's and he spent almost a half hour on the phone with me and figured out what I should test for first. It turned out to be the first one he said to do and I just need a switch. Great service and I didn't even buy my MF 4710 from them (they didn't have what I was looking for). I will try to buy from them every chance I get.

Will be a customer for life of Snyder's. I bought a mower in July of 2021 and every since then I have one great experience after another. They stand behind their products 100% and help you resolve any issues you have.

Excellent customer service. I had another tractor brand. Called the service center of my rand they said atleast 2 weeks just to get a service. Having only one tractor i couldn't go without it for 2weeks Called Crossville tractor company they said if all i needed was a service they would have it done within a few days. Dropped it off on Monday and they had it ready by Wednesday. It wasn't even a brand they sell. I discussed a few issues i had with the tractor i had not doing what i felt it should they took the time to show me a few they had. We had one thing on the farm my original tractor wouldn't pick up. So i brought it by they put a set of forks on the tractor i was considering from them. It lifted it. It had features my wife wanted for her and the kids . We ended up buying one from them. I am extremely happy. Very impressed with the customer service definitely would recommend. Ps. Not just this dealer but if you look online massy Ferguson have high marks in custom service throughout the entire company.

My wife and I stopped at the store in Crossville and Heath came out to greet us immediately, answered all our questions even the dumb ones. He had us sold on the spot. The prices were good , and the discounts were better. No matter what we wanted they could do it. Free delivery they provide is unheard of at other tractor dealers. It was worth the little drive both for my pocket book and our piece of mind. HIGHLY recommend.

First time to consider owning a small compact tractor (ended up with the MF 1725MB). Had a number of visits and email streams with various vendors in the Knoxville area. Heath at Crossville Tractor was hands down the most responsive, easiest, and low key to deal with. When we showed up to purchase, Kirk spent a great deal of time helping me get familiar with the equipment. When it was delivered, Mike was extremely patient (spent about two hours going over the features and maintenance points) and even demonstrated taking the tractor up and down some rather steep inclines. Crossville Tractor? Not a one-man-show, rather a coordinated/dedicated team operation. Thanks for the service.

It s not often that I feel the need to post a review, but Crossville Tractor Co. really earned this one. I have never in my life dealt with a more helpful group of people. I bought a Spartan RZ-HD from them a couple of years ago. The initial experience was great and they had the mower delivered to my front door by an experienced tech who told me just about everything you could think of regarding the mower. I have had zero complaints with the mower over the last two years. I recently discovered two deck spindles were going bad. After a quick call to Crossville Tractor, Heath contacted his Spartan rep, gathered the parts, and got a tech scheduled to be at my house to repair the spindles. All covered under warranty. If you are in the market for a mower, tractor, or some other piece of equipment, Crossville Tractor Co. is the one to conduct business with.

Wonderful service! Girl in the parts department was amazing! They didn t have the parts for my machine but she looked up interchangeable parts online that would work for me! Spent lots of time helping me out just being good people! I highly recommend them and if I needed ANYTHING they carried, I would for sure be back!

They was very friendly and nice on our visit there and did everything they could to make us happy.. Then had a warranty problem which they said it would be fixed and covered by them which we went ahead and paid for so it would save them a trip down here... That s when the nice customer service stopped after another customer called them and said he would take his business somewhere else if the didn t cover the charges that we paid for .. after a month or so they finally sent us the money for repairs made but guy had to run his mouth and basically call me a liar .. guess I m taking my business others places..we bought a tractor not a smart mouth attitude..

Glad I chose to buy my new tractor from Crossville Tractor Company. Picked up my Kioti after having it's first service completed. Could not be more satisfied with the service, and staff at Crossville Tractor Company. Steve, Kirk, and Chris are always ready to help even if they have to go out of their way to insure you are taken care of.

They took care of my warranty on my Kioti CK4010 and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for any tractor needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my experience.

Crossville Tractor is an up and coming business. The General Manager is a people person who likes what he does. He will trade if possible. Our tractor broke down and he has really showed interest in helping us get it repaired.

Had a hydraulic line leaking and needed to know the extent of damage if any. Service Manager, Chris Barnes, came out, told me what to do to fix it and was polite, friendly and professional, all for a very reasonable cost. CTC picked a winner when they hired Chris.
