Took my car in Left it there for 4 days. I got a call after the fourth day telling me my car would not be ready because the parts they had sitting there for a month were damaged because they never bothered to check the parts. Finally I got my car fixed they knew I was leaving the state and I wasn't coming back One of the parts was missing and also the BSD system the sensor they never fixed. Paid them the full money now I have to report it to my insurance company that they were overpaid because it's going to cost me to get those two things fixed from somebody else. All he had to do was go out and look at my car instead of going by a previous estimate it was just being lazy

I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from Scarlett's for my daughter and son in law. The owners, Darwin & Vicki, Scarlett were so helpful and patient while working with my son in law. I wasn't there personally due to my age and health, but I feel as though I have met them. My daughter said they were both like being around close family. They made purchasing a 2014 Kia Soul very easy and without worry, even taking a personal check from me without having met me. They were completely honest in every way and we would not hesitate to purchase again from them. I highly recommend Scarlett's Auto Sales.Can only give a 5 star rating but they deserve more, so here it is +

I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 fromDarwin and Vicky and could not be happier with the service and friendly atmosphere I enjoyed while at the dealership. I highly recommend Scarlett's Auto Sales for car quality,service and friendliness. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. Darwin and Vicky strive to make certain you are happy with your purchase and you will return. Great couple to work with and "OTIS" to!!!

It was a very easy process. I told Darwin what I wanted, and the next thing I knew it was mine.Scarlett's Auto has been a mainstay of our local community for many years. Darwin and Vicky both are great to work with. I feel like we should support our local dealers. Besides no one else found what I wanted, without an extremely lower quality of vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase. Great job.

We bought our Yukon from Vicky, and Darwin. Two of the nicest people around. We felt right at home. Today, a week after we bought, we received a thank you card in the mail from them. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had.

As a former employee of Scarlett's Auto sales I personally watched Mr.Scarlett put countless hours into searching everywhere for the vehicle of people's dreams! They Give honest amounts for your trade ins or will just buy your vehicle straight out. They are amazing people with years and years worth of experience in the car business and it shows. We broke down in Knoxville. He was very helpful with towing us back to town. Turned out we needed a new car. They were very helpful in picking out just the right car and the next day it was ours. The Scarlets are really nice folks.

Went in and spoke with Cody! Cody and Vicky made the car buying experience super fast and easy! I was nervous going in with this being my first time buying a car! I felt right at home! I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome group of people who are willing to go out of their way to meet your needs and put an overwhelming amount of care and effort into each car before they are offered for sale. The cleanest cars around! i purchased my first vehicel from them and was overly pleased.

Bought our last truck there. Stopped in several times to look/test drive over a year. They tell you upfront what the cost of the vehicle is. No matter trade in or not. No pressure sales ever.
