Locked my keys in my car in town about 7pm at night. They were quick and updated me on the process the whole way. Payment was simple and easy with my chip card. My experience took just about 30min from the call to getting my keys. Thanks, guys!

My friends and I were stranded after dropping our girls off at camp and my transmission failed. We are from out of town and needed a tow truck to get my vehicle to the closest GMC dealership. They were there within 30 minutes on a late Sunday afternoon. Could not have been more professional, kind, and helpful. You saved us! Thank you thank you thank you!Service: Car towing

When my vehicles need a tow, I call Scarletts 24 Hr towing. They are friendly, courteous, and very reasonably priced! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Recovery was quick and seamless, their demeanor when I went to pick up the vehicle was another story. Their price was ridiculously high by market comparison and when asked to justify it they claimed it was raining and was a really far distance. However I was there at recovery and it was not raining, and the distance was 7 miles. The woman I spoke with, who claimed to be the owners wife, referred me to a pricing chart that was publicly displayed but once I started to look at it she took it down and refused to let me see it. The owner and his wife are massively unprofessional and seem to take great joy in obstinance and rudeness. Would never recommend their service under any circumstances due to their behavior.Service: Car towing

Big thanks to Scarlett's towing as they rescued this stranded Indiana motorist who broke down on I-40. They were prompt in responding, friendly, and provided much needed info about the area as I needed repairs done to my vehicle. Wish all businesses were so helpful and friendly. Highy recommended .

Very helpful, very nice, towed us to the nearest parts store so that I could repair my vehicle. Would recommend to a friend. Even called back later to make sure we was ok. Great Job
