Unable to even discuss price, set in STONE before I even arrived . Employees were nice did get a little Ford Focus to get myself from point A to B, which is what I needed. They have over this year become like family to me. So helpful and caring about me and any situation that may arise!! I can't saygood things about the employees there. Not only will this car get me from A to B, A to Z would be a much better way to describe the car I got! Thank you all!

This was my second purchase from them. My first car that I got from them made over 70 trips to Vanderbilt. I had it over 3 years and it was running perfectly at the time of my accident. When I needed another car they were my first choice. They make sure that they check everything out good before you purchase it. I would not buy from anywhere else.

Absolutely the best used car lot I have ever worked with ! The quality of vehicles are right up there with new ones, I'd trust any one they have.I am on my second vehicle with them .and have loved both of them . The owners are the nicest, most helpful people in the world. They will work hard to make you feel at home , and get you in the vehicle you love . And the guy who cleans them is magic, he can make a car shine like a new one . I would recommend roadrunner to everyone.

I just wanted to update my review because I do have one regret about doing business here.... And that regret is I didn't do it sooner these guys are the best!!!!They are the best!!! Very friendly. Is easy to work with. And if I ever need anything fixed on my car all I have to do is buy the part and they put it on for me. I refer my friends to them and I recommend anybody me anybody Needing a Vehicle to go to them!

This was by far the fasted, easiest and most Hassle free experience I've had buying a car. DeeAnna, Wes and Jim were all very helpful and friendly. I went in at closing and they still took the time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure and I left with a Car I already love. I would recommend going down and seeing these folks first if you are looking for a good vehicle and honest people!Thanks again guys... you saved me a lot of grief!!!

Deanna and Wes are wonderful people to deal with. They are completely knowledgeable about their vehicle selection. Wes is a genius at fixing minor mechanical issues that big dealerships want to charge thousands for. They both were a huge help throughout the buying process. Great Customer service before and after purchase. Would 1000% recommend buying from Road Runner Motors!!

I was looking for a good dependable vehicle that I could trust for me and my kids. Road Runner Motors has been so good. When I needed an alternator, I bought the part and they put it on for me. I just had an issue with my door not opening from the outside and they fixed it for me. I would recommend anyone to go there. They are very friendly and up front on the prices. Very helpful! If I need another vehicle I will most definitely go back!!

You know I ve just noticed that I have never gave Y all a review after being your customer for several years. Well here it goes..... These guys and Gal are the best in town if you want a very good quality and reliable vehicle. They will always treat you right and make sure there expectation are up to par. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them because they treated me like somebody and always showed they actually cared. So if your looking for a really good vehicle deal with these guys and Gal. Tell them Gary sent you lol....

Hands down best people to deal with! Roadrunner Motors has far surpassed our expectations. Our vehicle has only needed routine maintenance since we got it and we have had it for a year and a half. Friendly office staff! Highly recommend!

The price you pay for down payment is what was paid for that vehicle at auction. I had a 99 Durango, and I had proof that I only owed 1200 dollars, I had a fender bender and jim swore I owed 3200. My payment history was decent, and Jim could've helped me fix my truck but wouldn't. The vehicles there are decent, but if you're not a pretty female Jim wont help you out if you have any semi major issues.

My wife got her car here. Within 2 weeks she had to spend over $200.00 on it. She is not happy.Live and learn I guess but she regrets the good review now. Won't happen again

I have done business with Roadrunner motors for years. They are honest people to work with and will treat you right. The cars they sell are good and dependent cars. You will not find a better used car lot that will treat you as good as Jim and DeeAnna. They stand behind their cars.

I understand if your looking for a vehicle but people please do some research we re talking prices double and higher than kbb suggested prices quite ridiculous in my opinion please don t be shafted do your research!!!!!

Road Runner motors is a honest car lot matter of fact the only one I know of in this area me and my husband years ago bought a car and was treated fairly well fell behind and was given a chance but it got reported because we just couldn't make the payments at times but when they did come get it they were professional and not judgmental or rude most negative reviews are people trying to get over and not pay we are finally financially ahead and may buy a car here again they are great people if you need a dependable used car give them a try their vehicles are better than anyone we've looked at great people will work with you but you gotta be honest

We got a great mini van , Staff was great and very helpful. Am not big on buy here pay here places . Roadrunner is the best. Will and do recommend them if car shopping .

I worked with DeAnn she was very sweet and kind. I was looking for a vehicle. She called me this morning when they got one in at the price I was looking for. In the future I will be returning to DeAnn at Roadrunner Motors in Crossville Tennessee.
