Ritchie did exactly what I needed done, and when he said he would. Fast and fantastic service for something I probably could have done, but Ritchie is the kind of local business I like to know and trust with my vehicle. The dude got some cool stuff around the shop, too!

Excellent service. Had a mishap on the interstate on my way home to Illinois and they had me on the road in 15 minutes and didn't charge me a cent. Lifesaver.

Ritchie s collision center was great.Not only did they do an amazing job on my car where someone had sideswiped it. They kept me up-to-date on everything they were doing to it. They was very reasonable with their price. I couldn t tell it was ever damage. My car look brand new. When I got there, they clean the inside out, and waxed the outside. Richie and Justina are great people. They were so accommodating and caring. Richie made sure we got our car back quickly since we only have one car. The work was impeccable. Our car looks like it came off of the showroom floor. They are just wonderful people who put their customers first. I highly recommend Richie's for any bodywork. They also do some general mechanical work.

On a recent trip, our front grill popped out of the bottom of the bumper. The Toyota dealer told me they couldn't fix it and We would probably need a new bumper. When we were returning home, I pulled into Richie's to see about getting a quote. (We had work done there a few years ago and the results were like new.) I believe it was Richie's son who offered to look at it, and less than 20 minutes later, they had fixed the grill...for no charge! Why would anyone go to town for auto body work when we have an outstanding business right here in FFG. Highly recommend Richie's for any auto body needs. Richie's did a great job fixing my Fiat after an incident with a deer. They worked quickly to get me back in my car and kept in touch with updates along the way. My car is a unique color and they did an excellent job matching the paint color and finish. Looks good as new again! Very satisfied with the service. Their lobby is neat and welcoming as well. Overall great experience and a very satisfied customer! Thanks Richie's!!!

Richie is a great guy. Always puts the customer first and his wife Justina is so nice. The other girl there, Kaylee I think is her name is very nice as well, and the puppy dogs, oh my god are so sweet and loving. Great place and do Aplus plus work. My car looks like it came off the showroom. They know their stuff, you won't be disappointed.

Richie and his crew are cooler than the other side of your pillow. I live over an hour away and I would not do business anywhere else. These people have a genuine professionalism about them that is seldom duplicated. Great communication, stellar work, and they go the extra mile without the extra cost and hassle!

While enroute to the Crossville area with our RV, our truck went off road and sustained heavy damage to the front bumper. ($3K) This shop is near our destination so I stopped in to get an estimate. Richie stopped everything he was doing and examined my truck. I decided to have Richie repair my truck based on the 5 star reviews (like this one) and his professionalism and knowledge in repairing vehicles. My repair was done promptly to fit my schedule, not his. He replaced all of the damaged pieces with new, showing me the old pieces he removed from my truck. He insisted on me being 100% satisfied with the repair before he would talk about payment. Richie and his family make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this shop to any of my friends and family. If you are in need of a repair facility that is honest, reasonable, reliable, prompt and above all, is operated by a man of integrity, do yourself a favor and visit Richie at Cumberland Collision Center in Crossville!Service: Body & Trim

The shop's lobby is very clean and welcoming. Richie assessed a leak issue I was having with my Jeep and had everything fixed up tight in about an hour! Top-notch service. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We had an insurance claim on my wife's car and chose Richies Cumberland Collision for the repair. They were super easy to work with and not only did a perfect job on the car, but Richey super washed the convertable top that wasn't even near the repair. If you want your vehicle to look brand new, call Richies!

Had a 6 inch long door ding on the quarter panel of my vehicle. Richies does paintless dent removal so I gave them a try. Very, very happy with the results. In and out in less than an hour! Super nice guy. Give them a try!

My Prius was T-boned when another driver ran a red light. Fortunately, there was no one in the passenger seat! The whole side was pushed in. Richie made the car look like new. After I got the car back, there was a mechanical issue. It happened to be a Sunday, but Richie, saying he would later be in my area, drove to my place, explained and fixed the problem. They are awesome people and got our car completely repaired quickly and with all new parts. Looks as good as it did when it was brand new and we will continue to use Richie's if we are ever in this situation again.

I can not begin to tell you how thankful we are to have been in the car of Richie's Cumberland Collision Center. I have never had better customer service with any company, dealership, body shop, or any other business I have used. This crew of people are the absolute best! They went above and beyond to help our family in a time of need when we hit a deer in Crossville, TN. We were there for a weekend golf trip and had our plans changed due to the damage caused by the accident. Richie and his crew were there to help and continue to help throughout the entire process of getting our vehicle repaired and back on the road. Thanks for everything!

I took my father-in-laws pickup to Richies Cumberland Collision Center to have the 2 doors on the passenger side repair. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the repairs. Great service, responsive staff, and the job was complete exactly when they said it would be.

Wow! My new car hit a deer. 3 months old. Richie fixed it perfect!! I would have never believed it till I seen it. A follow up. I got an airbag lite 3 weeks later. Richie came to my home and picked up the car to fix it!!!
