My experience with Park Place Motors, Crossville TN, was fantastic!We had salesperson, Kyle, who did a fabulous job informing us of everything related to the truck we were pursuing to purchase. We requested a loan and he found us a lender, in less than 5 minutes, with NO MONEY DOWN! Who does that? Kyle does!Go ( Run !) to Park Place Motors, if you are looking for a reliable, used vehicle. You won t be disappointed!

So, very upsetting.I bought a 2017 Nissan Versa from these folks less than a month ago.Park Place Motors & RV sCar was As Is. Test drive it, seems okay, kinda dirty, ask them to detail it get the head liner and seats cleaner.Anyway, we asked for them to flush the transmission, they did, and I picked the car up 4 days later.On the drive home I was almost in tears from the smell.I called a detail place and took it in, he said that I d have to pull the seats and get new carpet, as he thought that was what the smell was.Well, I have washed and scrubbed and the smell changes, from old food to mouse pee or something.So I put a mouse trap in last night because nobody believed me.That s the picture below.The trap is reset, hopefully there s not a family in there.I called today today to see if they would be willing to pull the seats and help look for the nest, they said NO.Just SO upset that this mom & pops place doesn t care that they sold me a mouse infested car.I understand about the AS IS policy, but apparently they don t check the vehicles thoroughly.Just thought I d forwarn folks about this.Tsk tsk on you at Park Place Motors!!!Well, we can t get the seats out, too much of a pain for us old folks. Just remember if you shop at Park Place Motors & RV Their motto is We can t do that, because if we do it for you, we ll have to do it for everyone! No apologies, nothing.I have had the trap in the car for 3 days, only one mouse. That s the good news.I know it had another nest, but, I m hoping there s no babies that are going to die and stink it up as it was definitely making a new nest in the trunk.So, I will keep my fingers crossed that I just sprayed so much chemicals and junk the mouse decided to move out of the cabin of the car.Thanks for nothing Park Place!!!I ll definitely be spreading the news and your Motto!So THIS is Park Place Cars & RV s answer / reply below.Do you find this Suitable? a Good reply?I find it babbling and unprofessional.I drove the car once.Not while I was signing paperwork.Not while waiting for keys or license to get printed, nor while handing you 10 K for the mouse mobile.I didn t go sniffing the car for mice while waiting either.I got in a drove it home to find that smell unbearable.So once it was off the lot, I assumed AS IS came into play.I tried taking care of the problem myself, still am, because you folks didn t want to.The problem STILL remains that you folks didn t CARE that there WAS a problem you could have helped with instead of being snide and uncaring with what WAS / IS your fault.Crystal ball or not.Quote:( No, we can not, if we do it for you, we ll have to do it for everyone )

Fantastic experience with my first experience with this dealer back in august. Very cooperative with customers needs. My experience overall was complete satisfaction. We were in the market for a used minivan for our growing family, and the team at Park Place Motors made it a breeze! We showed up to see a 2012 Toyota Sienna they had listed online, and Kyle was ready and waiting with the keys for us to take it for a test drive. He answered every question we asked, offered printouts of the CarFax records for the vehicle, encouraged us to look it over, and when we said we wanted it, the team also made the purchase process and paperwork as easy as possible. They were professional, cheerful, eager to help, and not at all pushy. They never tried to upsell us. We were impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area in the market for a quality used vehicle. Well done!

This was a great car lot to visit... even though I did not get into the car I was looking at they were fair with the trade in offer and honest about the reasons it wasn't going to work. Nice to know there are still honest car lots!! Thank you, and hoping to do business with you soon.

Sold a camper to Park Place and I was very happy doing business with them. Forget Camper World, call Kevin or Kyle at Park Place and you will not be disappointed. Great folks.

Small lot but they had a good selection of vehicles are RVs. Staff was friendly and gave us opportunity to look around without pressure.

I would highly recommend these guys especially if it s your first time getting into financing a vehicle. They were extremely helpful and worked with us every way they could to get us in a nice reliable vehicle. And the staff is very friendly, they offer in my opinion, excellent deals on very nice clean reliable transportation. And they won t haggle you. I give them 5 stars all day long.

I was given more than fair trade in on my car, and the vehicle I purchased was priced below market value. Very clean, everything works, good tires. Kevin, his wife and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained to me in detail and the process was easy. I recommend Park Place Motors for anyone needing or wanting a good vehicle. This is the first place I'll go to when I need another one.

Good luck trying to finance through them. The cars were marked way too high and they won t work with you about nothing. Terrible place

The best buying experience of my (50+ years) life! Exceptional integrity and attention to detail combined with kindness. One of the men went to his house to get needed equipment to assure that our tow hitch was secure before we left with our trailer. Highly recommend!

They were nice to me but wish i never went. They sold me a good car but it had well over a hundred thousand miles and over ten thousand dollars. And even took my other car as trade. Now i got four years of three hundred dollar payments and outragious insurance. Its been more a burden. Wish i had never stopped there.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was so refreshing to meet and deal with the sales rep Mark, and Kevin, the owner of Park Place Motors. Besides having great quality vehicles, Kevin was straight up front and honest through the entire process of our purchase of a beautiful 2002 Lexus SC 430 Convertible. Park Place Motors in Crossville is a "Must See" if you are looking for a low mileage, quality vehicle at a very fair price!

We are from Pa headed to Tx. Our potty in the motor home had a leaky valve and they had a replacement in stock. So glad they stock parts. They saved our trip thank you so much.

Where to start? Not good process for 1st time lady buyers. Friendly at 1st then it was awful. So bad that my daughter is scared to buy a car from dealers. She was excited then left crying. What clinched it was smart mouthing myself and her dad. I hate being negative but I call it as it is. Hope this helps everyone. #disappointing

Feel like wasting your time?I was shown a vehicle on the lot and test drove it and everything was good. The salesman I dealt with was great and that's who I assume I would be dealing with on the pricing of the vehicle. Wrong. I had to go inside and work the deal with their sales manager who looks like 19 year old Opie from the Andy Griffin Show. He will artificially inflate the value of the vehicles by check boxing all the options and trim levels of the vehicle you're looking at. If you make an offer lower than their sticker price, he will get physically angry with you and go back to looking at his computer screen. I hate to say this about a local business but just go somewhere else. Hell, buy private party so you don't have to deal with that guy. You're blood pressure will thank you and your wife will thank you for not making her talk to Opie and his fast mouse clicking skills.

I have not purchased a vehicle here, however they also sell rv/camper items and they are my first source for quality items. If it's not in stock, it gets ordered. Customer service and prices are great.

Had a leaking tire on the way back to Cleveland TN, i pulled in and he filled my tired with air to where i could make it to a service shop. Thanks again! You guys are a life saver!
