Bought a bullet fairing for my 2020 softail. Doesn't fit well at all and am told that's just how it is. First and last memphis shades product I will own! I'll fix the brackets myself but for $350, shouldn't have to! The picture doesn't do it justice as the headlight is aimed to the sky to even get it to mount. Can't ride with it on the bike!

I bought a used motorcycle with a Memphis shades windscreen on it. It was missing one of the mounting hardware pieces. I emailed them and asked if I could just buy the part I needed, or would I have to buy the whole kit. They asked me for my mailing address and sent the piece I needed without charge.

Recently bought a 2000 H-D Fat Boy. It came with the original windshield. It was pretty banged up, and it had lost clarity. After all, it was 21 years old already.I needed a new one. And I'm happy I went with Memphis Shades. I'm not the best guy when it comes to using tools, but the fitting of the Memphis product (I bought just the shield) was perfect. Every screw hole was exactly where it needed to be. Now I'm much happier riding my bike, and being able to see clearly through the shield. :-)Great job, guys!!!

Ordered a Bat wing and mounting kit for my bike. The product came in a timely manner. Opened the box and wow what a great product. So I proceeded to install said mounting kit. Installed the brackets on the fairing. The moment is now to install. The brackets were the wrong ones. Bummer, sadnesses disbelief. I took a deep breath. My bike model has different sized for tubes. Knowing this I wasn't upset. So I emailed customer service. I didn't get the response I thought I would get, I got a better one. Mary emailed the department in charge of making the brackets and CC'd me in the conversation! Wow that's cool. So I sat back and read the emails back and forth about what they were gonna do. So at this point I know I'm being taken care of and really don't have any questions about what is gonna happen. For me as a customer being copied on the email was amazing. Cuts out the worry if an I being taken care, what's gonna happen. So I got my new brackets in, mailed the others ones back. This fairing looks great on my bike. Thank you guys and gal, for have great response and the care y'all have for the customer. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Great company to work with and the windshield and mounting system installed and works perfect! Installed a MS Slim on my 21' Softail Slim and it looks great as well.I will also give a big nod to the customer service folks at Memphis Shades as well. I had ordered the wrong mounting kit for my bike and they walked me through what I needed to do for the exchange. Once my return arrived back to them Memphis Shades shipped the correct part out to me and I received it in a couple of days. Literally a 10m install overall. Now just have to adjust it after a longer ride.Thanks Memphis Shades for making a great product and having great people working for ya!

Awesome product and company.Have an 07 Fatboy. Have the Memphis Fats windshield.Love my Memphis Shades windshield. Solid construction with great clear easy to clean material.AND!I hadn't used threadlock on the bolts and lost one. I sent an email and they sent me one, no questions! 100% caring customer service.

Awesome products and customer service.. don't get the Chinese knock offs I went that wrought first n it was so cheaply n thinly made so it did not stand up to the weather after only 6months. My Memphis shades Road Warrior Fairing and 7in sport shield for the road Warrior. And the quick trigger locking mechanism makes taking it on n off 30 seconds to do. I love my Memphis Shades products. They truly stand up to their reputation of being the best.

Purchased a Gauntlet fairing for my Dyna last year. Earlier this summer, I noticed two of the fasteners had fallen out. I called into Memphis Shades and left a voicemail explaining the issue. I was called back that day, and received two replacement fasteners for FREE!!! I will continue to purchase their products in the future, and have had nothing but a pleasant experience from Mary in customer service, thank you!

I purchased a used bike with a Memphis Shields windscreen already on it. I rode that bike for 8 years and the windscreen was excellent. I fully intended on getting a Memphis Shades windscreen for my new bike, until I had to deal with their customer service.I emailed Memphis Shields twice over the last few weeks to ask pretty basic questions, first about the fit on a bike that is brand new and second about polishing my old windscreen.Both responses were curt to the point of unintelligible. Both were equally dismissive and showed NO care that I was interested in dropping a fair amount of money with them. They've lost a customer based on the fact that they couldn't put a moment of thought into an email.This was going to be a one star review, but their product really is that good.

The product is good but the website is deceiving and misleading. If you purchase a fairing you MUST also purchase the triggerlock system mounting kit. Even though is says right on the website "For your convenience, the correct hardware for your bike is paired with your windshield/fairing selection." I talked to customer service and she was nice but suggested that no one else has run in to this problem. In my mind she is suggesting that I must be an idiot. The website does say that windshields for the fairings are sold separately. It does NOT say that mounting kits MUST be purchased. The moral of the story is that the $199.95 Fairing is worthless without the mounting kit. Add another $150 for it.I appreciate the feedback from Memphis Shades. As I said though, it is made very clear that the windshield is sold separately. Above that it says that for my convenience the correct hardware is paired with my fairing. The fact that "No Mount Kit" is an option under the Trigger-Lock Mounting Kit implies that the Trigger-Lock is an upgrade from the hardware that was paired for my convenience. This is a classic example of a Bait And Switch! It does NOT make it clear that the hardware kit is a must have.

Though my purchases were online, the team at Memphis Shades provided excellent service. I purchased a batwing fairing for my 2016 Honda Sabre. On a ride in horrible wind some of the bolts for the windshield fell off. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me replacement bolts very fast and for free! American business at its finest.

Have purchased several items from Memphis Shades product line since 2017, some directly from them and some from other retail locations. One issue I had was proper fit of the batwing on my 03 Volusia. After speaking to "Steve" the part was sent out, at no charge, that corrected the fit.Second interaction was just selecting proper parts for my M/C and again Steve directed me to the correct items. Shipping was fast and the time they took to make sure I was taken care of is absolutely the best service I could have asked for.Thank you M/S and thank you Steve.

I ordered me fairing over a month ago and it still hasn t even been shipped. Terrible service, summer is already a month past just waiting for my fairing. The only thing they are good at is getting back to you on email letting you know it s gunna be a few more weeks

Ordered kit for my bike. Does not fit. Cannot get anybody to answer the phone and unable to leave a message. Poor service, I will just send back and resource other options.
