I drove my friend that wanted to buy a new Klx300 to Lansford's. The folks there had one in stock and quoted him a good out-the-door price the day before. We arrived first thing thing the next morning. Diana took care of the paperwork and my friend was charged the amount quoted the night before. While they did paperwork I looked around at some of the older bikes on display. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Paperwork was quickly taken care of while his new bike was being prepped. One of their techs went over the function of the motorcycle and break-in instructions and answered any questions he had about his new machine. They helped us get the new motorcycle loaded and secured before heading back home. I was impressed with Lansford Kawasaki, and will keep them in mind if I decide to upgrade from my current ride.

I needed a lot of help and knowledge. The staff was helpful and never pushy. I went there three times to ask questions. I highly recommend them for your side by side experience.

Had so much fun with this new toy! I ve worked hard for years and recently retired, so this is gonna be a fun way to explore my land and/or take it to a few spots I ve already looked up. Dealing with Lansford was a great experience. I had chosen a side by side that was more tame, but the engine had a recall and they couldn t release it until it was cleared. They transferred that order into this fun side by side. It sure is lots of fun so far! I had a great experience with this family owned business.

Great selection of bikes and there are many museum quality vintage bikes on display (not for sale). The owner is very active in the dealership and will usually come out to greet you if he s not tied up. You can t go wrong stopping in here.

We just love our Moto side by side and the folks at Langford are wonderful to work with. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the Moto is a fun ride! She has a lot of get up and go as well as a ton of extras available if thats what you are looking for. We still cant get over the inventory they have. The Lansford showroom has the fun machine you are looking for!

Excellent experience, Diana and Scott are quite the team, no hassle, straight to the point, great to talk to and are personable. I was able to land a Ninja ZX-4RR!!!! they not only beat everyone else s prices, but tagged an extended warranty into my quote and still beat others in the state and absolutely am loving it. To top it off, they have a wonderful history museum of all things motorcycle and recreation while you look around, fantastic prices on gear got myself a helmet as well couldn t pass up on the deal; and some motorcycles you will not see anywhere else ummm Ninja H2-R anyone!! thank you for the pleasure to do business! Plan to be back for my first services.

This place doesn't want business. I asked to get some more photos and a walk around video of a zx6r they had within their inventory. Went 2 weeks without a response after they reached out originally, so I finally give them a call, they lady on the phone was horribly unhelpful. When I lightly mentioned that I had reached out without a response, she got agitated and said with a noticeable attitude that "She has been very busy, and does not have time to help me with a walk around video or photos since it's a new bike". and "That I should just come in if I want to see the bike" I would recommend straying from this place seeing as this is how they treat potential customers.(Side note, I am multiple hours away from the dealership, hence why I didn't just come in.)

One of my favorite motorsports shops. These people are fantastic and I consider them friends. Scott goes out of his way to make his customers happy. Diana is great and efficient at getting documents and paperwork etc. I have bought a few vehicles from them. Always been a great experience. If you had a really bad experience with these people ...maybe your just a PITA.Highly recommend this place. Great people

The team at Lansford is hands down the best in the upper Cumberland area. They ve been in business for 45+ years and are local owners. If you want access to the best service department in the middle and east TN area, do yourself a favor and buy your new toys here! You won t regret having an extremely competent service department!!

I went there called several times and got nothing but respect these people go out of their way to help you and make sure you understand everything about what you're buying I got a 23 king quad and could not be happier thanks again and I'll be back for another atv soon,I really like the fact I could look without being bothered to buy something that was nice , more places need to be this way

Didn't have time for me because my 2021 was purchased in Illinois. I just moved here from Indiana. They only want to work on machines they sold. I'll never go back. Only needed a oil change. I'll do it myself

It's just a terrible experience. The front desk girl made me decide never to go there again.Couldn't answer basic questions about bikes or financing..Actually told me to call my bank if I had questions about financing, or terms of prices..Couldn't even answer a cash price or the door based on sticker price, taxes, ect, when the price of the bike was stated on the bike itselfWorthless place to stop at, in my opinion..Do not plan on ever going back..

I would not recommend this business. My husband went in one time last year and was treated like he was bothering the guy behind the counter. We decided to give it another shot the other day and the sales lady didn t really know what she was talking about and then was quite rude when I requested a test drive (that she kept pushing and saying the 4-seater drove the same as the 2-seater.). We left quickly and they lost a sale and any future business from us.Let me add, we told the sales lady we have narrowed our search to two different brands of ATV. but we had never driven either one. So to make a final decision on brand, we needed to test drive each one. She told us we couldn t test drive the vehicle until we were serious because we hadn t even chosen which brand we wanted. Just read every response they give to bad reviews. They are condescending and rude in person just like they are in their responses.

I left my motorcycle with Lansford s prior to leaving town on vacation. The specific, detailed instructions I left with the staff was that I needed to have a problem with my charging system diagnosed - I was experiencing getting stranded due to the battery s power getting mysteriously zapped - a new regulator rectifier installed, new fuel filters, new spark plugs, and an oil change. That was all I wanted completed. I also explained that the work could begin later rather than sooner, as I was going to be out of town for over a week. This is what I got for over $400.00: 1. The mechanic TEXTED me the evening before I was leaving to tell me my bike was ready . Okay, but I informed him that they would have to store it for me INSIDE until I returned. 2. When I asked about the spark plugs, his reply was They didn t need changing. That s NOT what I asked to happen. 3. Regulator rectifier? New one installed. No electrical output report. No electrical system tested satisfactorily . Nothing related to determining what my issue was. 4. Air filters are new and look good . I did the air filters myself and didn t ask them to check them. So, that was at least 45 minutes of labor time and money wasted. 5. On the day I arrived to pick up my bike, it was ridden from the garage to the front of the shop, no explanations of the electrical problem or what the source was. 6. Lastly, I was presented, and paid, a bill for over $410. Three days later, I had to have it jumped off to get home from work. And again three more times. Since then I ve taken my bike to a mechanic that I d used in the past, but was wrongly informed had gone out of business. He s repaired the electrical system with a full inspection and a new stator. So, an additional $820+ is going towards getting back on my motorcycle, this time with a complete inspection and explanation of my electrical system s failure.Lansford s will not be seeing another penny of my money. I will not recommend their service department to anyone.

Made buying my new sxs very easy. Very friendly staff, made me fell right at home even though I drove 10 hours there. Gave a very detailed over view of the machine before I left.

The staff was great ! But I bought a cfmoto from them !! Wanted to trade it in with only 300 miles on it for the new model ! They would not give me nothing for it ! So I come to realize, not to buy a cheap sxs! Should have spent the money and bought a Polaris ! Live and learn I guess!!!

Fast friendly customer service, I have been a client of Lansford Kawasaki for 20+ years and have purchased numerous units from them and they have remained the same courteous staff for the last 20 years. I have my units maintenance done there and the shop does an excellent job, the office staff is knowledgeable on there products and parts. Wouldn't drive and do business anywhere else.

I took my 2022 Yamaha Wolverine in for it's first service and there mechanic discovered my gas tank was defective. They worked with Yamaha to have it replaced at no cost to me, as it's out of warranty. I am very impressed with them as I am a new customer and I believe they went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks guys and gals for your help.Very satisfied new customer.

If you re in the market for a new toy take a look around before giving them a dime. They will gladly take your money and give you a made up eta of delivery. You can also change to another higher priced used option with no warranty if that floats your boat but they will hold that against you as well. If any questions are asked you will be verbally attacked. Needless to say this cost me a deposit but better in the long run to not give them anymore money.
