I was so sad about my experience bc I LOVE the girls up there. They re so sweet and make you feel right at home. BUT, I bought 2 used tires and about 3 days after they were bought and put on, the first one blew out then the second one went about 2 weeks after it was bought and put on. And they wouldn t do anything about either of them bc they were used tires. So now, I m out almost $100 and no tires. I was hoping I d had finally found a regular tire shop that I d go to exclusively but now I won t go back there period. It sucks but you live and learn and I don t want the same thing happening to anyone else.

Excellent service with a hometown feel and ownership. Most of the tire and auto shops here in Crossville, TN, have sold out and are being run by out of town crooks and conglomerates.Not at Kelly Tire. They're from here, live here, and earn their living here. If you like being treated fairly and honestly, this is the place! I highly recommend Kelly Tire! You won't be disappointed going here for your tire auto service needs.

Tammy, Randy, Chad, & the other staff at Kelly Tire & Auto are always great!! They have taken care of my car for years & are now helping with my teenage son's car. Being a single mom, I trust them & know I won't get the run-around, taken advantage of, or cheated. I greatly appreciate them.

Beware! My sister and her family could have been killed in an accident from the blow out they had after this company incorrectly installed a new set of tires. They were inexperienced with beadlock wheels and over torqued them causing damage and they terribly scratched up all the coated wheels. They had no issues at all before this company touched the vehicle. Kelly tires will not make this right after receiving over $1300 for new tires! I do not recommend this place!

Fantastic experience. I've had my fair share of flats and tires changed. They went above and beyond, even checking the pressure in my spare, that they took off.. I've never seen anyone do that. They worked me in immediately as well. Highly recommend.

My son, his fiance, and 9 month old grandchild were stranded on the interstate and they were able to get them back on the road with a used tire! So thankful for them and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable!

Great place to do business. Tammy is wonderful I ordered a set of tires and next day they arrived and were put on within 30 minutes. Then yesterday I blew a tire after hitting something in the road. Went first thing this morning and got it patched and on my way in 20 minutes.

Quick friendly service this morning, and very thorough. I was also saved a few extra dollars as she said every little bit matters this time of year. It was a very personable experience and with my anxiety that means the world, I will be back (hopefully not soon)!

It saddens me to read a review that is so negative and completely opposite! This business is nothing but "Professional" accommodating and great service. Their prices are fair nothing is for free in this world. I will say this they were nice enough to take me in 15 minutes before their closing. I'd like to say thank you to Tammy and her staff for keeping their doors open in my time of need and to all those reading this,Kelly's Tire & Auto Sales is nothing but a professional place of business and as a business owner for many years myself I can tell you that you cannot please everyone if you do need any type of service you should take it amongst yourself to experience their great service.

My boyfriend and I are heading to Gatlinburg and noticed the tire on the passenger side kept going flat due to a bad valve steam. We called around to every tire store hoping for something 24/7 since it was 2:30 in the morning. We ended up sleeping in the truck at a gas station till one opened at 7. Called at 7:00 exactly got wedged in and was out within 30 minutes. No hassle, nothing! Very friendly and efficient workers. Very pleased 10/10 recommend!

On vacation with the family and got a nail in our van tire. People are very nice and fast work. The blessing is they were open on Saturday or I m not sure what we would have done. I would definitely suggest using this tire shop. Thank you all very much!!

We have dealt with Kelly Tire shop for years, they are honest, friendly, and have always taken care of our vehicles needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or service / maintenance.

I really question the management at this place. I won't be going back. I had stopped and looked at 3 different vehicles and had decided none quite fit what I was looking for. I stopped today seeing a vehicle I was interested in. I talked to the owner and barely got six words out asking about the vehicle and he abruptly cut me off and said it's not for sale and he's not going to sell it to me. Apparently he doesn't want anybody to ask questions or check out mechanical conditions. Odd since there are no warranties.

I sent two friends of mine down there this morning, they are both very nice intelligent boys. Long story short two of the workers at Kelly's got very nasty and one ultemately assualted one of my pals. This was all over the fellas who work at Kelly's being angry that they tried to insult the knowledge of two A&P Mechanics (my two friends) and in turn the fellas who work their got corrected themselves. I run my own business. I'd be greatly ashamed if I ever hired someone that got hostile with a single one of my customers for any reason what so ever. Funny enough I'm actually a business consultant and marketing analyst; and it's completely within my power to negatively impact a business just as much as it is to help them draw in more traffic. I hope you folks had a good run.
