These guys are awesome! I noticed a small coolant leak on my diesel pusher (RV). I crawled underneath to locate the leak and it was in a very tight spot that I knew I would not have any fun trying to get to. Also, if I needed to drain the coolant to repair, that I was not equipped to do so. I brought my coach to J & K and they found the leak, which was a hose clamp that had come loose. They quickly tightened it up and would not charge me for their efforts. I asked them to please let me pay them and they just would not take any form of payment for this small repair. I cannot say enough about their customer service. And I am sure that if you choose to have J & K do your repairs, you will rave about their service as well.

Friendly and professional staff. The service department got me checked in rite away. The mechanic working on my tractor quickly diagnosed the problem and it was promptly repaired. I would not have any worries or concerns about bringing my equipment back to them to be worked on in the future. TJV Transport LLC

I woke up at the truck stop with engine derate at 5pm.I made it slowly to J & K Truck Repair. They were able to get me in right away and to do forced regen and unlocked it.They did a great job, and at a reasonable price.I definitely recommend this place.

My dads truck broke down near this repair shop and I spoke to Brandon! It was huge repair that needed to be done on his semi truck and Brandon was on point. He was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. They took care of his truck repair and he was good to go, until just yesterday injector cups were leaking again and the part was covered under the warranty so I again to Brandon and he shared all the details of what needed to be done and today my dad is back on the road. It was such a relief to know that my dad was in good hands. Words cannot describe our experience with this Shop. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Brandon... God bless you.

I can't thank Cruz and the guys at J&K enough for all the help they gave me. I was on the way home to Texas from Virginia when my truck broke down in Crossville, Tennessee near J&K. Unfortunately, they couldn't work on my Isuzu but they were kind enough to let me keep it safely in their lot until I was able to track down the part needed for the repair.You guys are the best. Thank you again!

My bucket truck hydraulic pump on the front of the motor went out at the end of the day on Monday. They had it off and delivered to the hydraulic shop before 9:00 Tuesday morning. Can't say enough good about J & K, they took care of me with minimal down time. Quick, Fair , and Honest!

Just stop in and both my doors to my truck would not open, they pulled me asap and took them less than 20 mins and had me all fix up and back on the road, great people and great mechanics, love this place

Was stuck with no idea what the problem could be with my W900 with a 3406e CAT. I was too far from Knoxville or Nashville. I must have called 5 or 7 times and the manager was very patient with me answering ALL my questions! Took a chance. This place was great! Clean large shop. Service techs worked as a team effort to diagnose the problem. They stuck with it and figured it out. Didn't just throw parts at it! Collapsed fuel line. They found other small problems along the way and repaired them also. Was ready to pay a small fortune.NOT!!!! Price was reasonable and refreshing not getting screwed over! J&K has got my business and is tops in my book. Bravo guys!!!!!!!!

What a great organization. We were passing through town and had an issue that could have left us stranded. I called to see if they could help and they said come on over. Upon arrival I didn t even have to get out of my RV. They flagged us right into a bay. They looked at the issue and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and did a great job in the repair. They really saved the day on our trip. Thanks a million to the entire team.

Just wanted to thank the guys at the shop. We were on our way back home from a jobsite and blew a transmission cooler line. It wasn't on a big rig it was just a 3/4 ton pickup. I needed a short piece of hose and clamps to fix it. I stopped by on a hope and prayer, and the gentleman at the counter took me back, and i picked the hose and clamps. I repaired it in the parking lot and drove the other 4 hours home. The gentleman wouldn't take my money. There are still great people left in the world!! I greatly appreciate J&K Truck Repair they saved us a huge tow bill or staying in a hotel overnight. I wish i had got the gentlemans name, but i didn't. Thanks again.

Came in cuz I had to replace my EGR pipe but come to find out it was the clamps that needed to be replaced & these guys got me in right away. Good work & experienced mechanics.

Went in for routine service on the Motorhome and generator. Mentioned that my a.c. Was not right and could they look it over. No problem. When I went in the owner took my information and said he would call when finished. I told him I was going to wait. He said take a seat. Didn t sound too good. After removing a truck to free up a workday got me in. Next thing I know he had three mechanics on it. Maybe two hours later I left. Generator service, coach service and a.c. Work done. Plus they pointed out a problem with radiator over flow tank. Ordered me a new one with appointment set. You want great service and fair prices come here. Real friendly staff also.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

While taking a 34 at Pilot right up the road, we were recommended to call J&K to give us a boost. Neither my boyfriend nor I could get through to anyone after multiple tries. 24 hour service? Yeah right...

Stopped in as my hitch was getting loose. The guys here are as kind an professional as it gets. They got me right in and fixed my hitch in 10 min. As I tried to pay they were so great and wouldn t charge me. I would recommend them to anyone for their repair needs. Shop was clean and organized and extremely friendly.

Had a driver come in for a flat trailer tire. Shop told us we need to change 2 tires and tried charging us $750 for used tires or $950 for new tires. Went across the street to another shop and tire just needed to be beaded back on the rim and air put in. J&K just tried to rob us saying we need tires when all that was needed was air

I had a driver that his air valve on his truck had some how fallen off of the bracket it was secured to so I sent him to J&K and they literally stopped what they were doing and fixed his truck in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much J&K we will surely use you again if we are in the area.

Had my simi truck towed in needed radiator replaced they got right on it had one ordered and in within 24 hrs and back on the road thanks guys and they loved my dog daisy

Had to go there because I had a check engine light. They hooked computer and told me that my cpc is bad which can only be fixed at a freightliner dealer. It was a $50 dollars computer hook up fee. Which I think was very fair but the bad news was $150 minimum 1 hour labor to connect two headlight bulb wires with connectors because I had duck taped one of the wires and I wanted it to be properly connected according to DOT rules. I still regret asking them to connect those wires. Owner operators please be careful before you take your truck in.Service: Electrical

1990 Country Coach Affinity, Cat 300 hp service, air ride adjustment, and alternator n battery check.They said "We cant do any of the work on your unit."But, they did give me a name and number 30 miles away.

I had an antifreeze hose leak and they mentioned they were pretty busy but since I had a minor repair, they took time out and fixed it in no time. Thank you guys so much for such great service and all that you do to help owner operators like myself stay on the road..we ALL appreciate your service. Friendly staff, I definitely recommend that you stop by J&K repair.

These guys are the nicest. I had a issue with a tire on my motorhome. It was my fault and lack of knowledge on this new to me unit. Thay fixed the issue and were very kind. I will use them again if I'm in the area with any problems.

We were driving down 40 and thought we might be having trouble with our oil. We called these guys and they got us in immediately. They were quick, helpful and affordable and got the job done and us back on the road within 30 minutes! Very friendly and even said hi to my dogs so happy we stopped here! DRIVERS BEWARE!!!! We came in for two wheel seals and he said he would charge 115 and hour. An hour later he gave me an invoice for $900 because he had to charge 3 hours minimum for each wheel seal that took him an hour to replace for both!! Please find another place!!

Had a major coolant leak on my truck, showed up and within 2 hours I was back on the road and able to PU my load.
