So had AAA for years was a nightmare getting a tow..like 2-4 hour wait. Went to progressive with roadside assist. Broke down yesterday. Got a tow faster than I could get back to my truck. Express. First time use but the dude they sent was awesome! Very nice, quick, and efficient and even tried to fix a rut in my driveway his truck made! Awe. Was rainy and muddy too.

Gary and Larry did a great job in towing one of our vehicles, then putting in a new engine in another of our vehicles. The work was done quickly, and the price was good. I'm so happy I met them!

Had a not so great experience getting my new car totaled by an unlicensed driver.Went to get stuff out of my car a few days later, and the guy at the yard when i arrived, was the same guy that was at the scene. Didn't catch his name, sadly, but he was a cool dude.Service: Vehicle wrecking

USAA had this towing company come to pick up my vehicle. The gentleman (Roy) was very friendly and knowledgeable about towing. He actually informed me about my vehicle being towed incorrectly previously and doing damage to my front end. Will definitely be using them if the need arises again.Side note: I even verified what he told me with my nephew who was a tow truck driver but now drives 18 wheelers hauling heavy equipment .

I have needed a tow and or roadside assistance 4 different times in the past few years. I called every tow company in the Crossville area and the ONLY ONE that has helped is Express Towing. They are fair with prices and as the name says, they are fast to get you taken care of. You'll never get a voice mail and they will get you towed fast.Service: Vehicle wrecking

If you get your vehicle towed by them and think about having them repair it: DON T. They will keep trying to charge you more and more than what they originally set. If you re not happy with the price and tell them you will just take your vehicle somewhere else for repairs, they will KEEP YOUR VEHICLE until you pay them. Without them even doing the repairs. They are thieves and everyone I ve talked to said they are a bunch of crooks. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Shady place, shady people. Just compare prices and you'll see they charge 40% more on average than surrounding companies. Not to mention exorbitant vehicle storage fees! Do yourself the favor of going ANYWHERE else.

My keys got locked in my trunk. Everything about this car was a roadblock for these guys. They showed up early, and kept at it, despite my cars resistance to letting them in ( 2021 Camry is a royal pain) . Despite each dead end, they joked and laughed with me the whole time. They refused to give up until my keys were retrieved and and sure I was good to go after. I honestly can't say enough nice things about these folks. While it's never convenient to need the services, they're definitely the ones I'll be calling for anything I need in the future. The whole crew was amazing from start to finish.

This is the best tow service I have ever used. I was in a very scary situation and Nemo was the nicest and most professional guy I have ever met. Got to me so quick he was even putting his boots on while we were on the phone. New owner/address: After calling over 20 businesses on a sunday in 90 degree sweltering heat three hours later we found Express Towing. They showed up and got the job done. They were ccourteous...respectful...and professional. Highly recommend.

A surprise check engine light left me stranded along a hazardous stretch of the interstate, an hour and a half away from home. Roadside assistance sent Nemo from Express to tow my vehicle to their shop. In addition to the prompt tow, they were quickly able to diagnose (faulty coil pack) and fix my car within 24 hours. Shoutout and thanks all around to the guy who towed me and everyone at the shop for turning a stressful situation into the success story I m writing now. Highly recommend these guys!

I came out of a store in Crossville, and my battery was dead. I called Express Towing & Recovery. The dispatcher was very nice and gave me the information I needed. Within just a few minutes, Roy called to let me know he was on the way. He was very kind, helpful, and professional. He went above and beyond to insure I got back on the road. I would rate my experience 10 stars if I could. A special thank you to Roy.

Went above and beyond to get my girlfriends car fixed after it broke down on 40 heading back to NC. Helped her get around town after she had to stay the night. Great people all the way around. Highly recommend!

My battery died while at the vet's office. I called State Farm. They sent Express. The ETA was 6;02. Roy from Express arrived about 5:45-50. He was cheerful, professional & quick! What could have been stressful was a pleasant experience! Thank you Roy! You made my day!

I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, hard work, and patience Jason displayed when changing a tire that went flat. The lug nuts were so hard to turn that they even twisted the metal on the wrench. But, Jason persevered and was finally able to get them off. Thank you Jason at Express towing!

Visited to pick up a uhaul trailer. Unfortunately their computers were down and the reservation did not go as smoothly as it should have. People are friendly and helpful.

~~~~~~~~~BEWARE~~~~~~~~~~~When I expressed I wasn t pleased with paying 125.00 for a 5 mile tow the owner took offense. He told me that was the going rate . I told owner I would be sure to let everyone know about my experience. The owner took an attitude and upped the price to 200.00. He said my husband grabbed him and it was on video. He told employee to call the police. Police arrived and both sides told their stories. He didn t volunteer video because he knew was caught in a big fat lie! After I told police he said it was on video they insisted on seeing it. Sure enough no physical altercation had occurred! The price was dropped back to 125.00.

I am from Clearwater Florida and the car I was traveling in broke down A BMW I have AAA but they literally wanted us to leave our car in side of road couldn t find anyone Express was recommended by car insurance but him and his wife were super nice we had car towed to dealership but he would not leave us stranded great service very careful and kind

I called the day before asking for a quote for a tow. I was told morning is 60 dollars and night was 70. The day of towing I called again and was told a complete different rate then what was discussed. The person told me to go ahead and call a different tow company. I would never recommend this towing company ever. The towing company that I called next were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Norris towing for anyone that needs help

Came and picked up my truck and camper for me and delivered to my house safe and both drivers were respectful and professional would highly recommend them to any one.
