I've been using Crossville Service Center for my vehicles for a few years now. I'm always impressed with their quality of service, friendliness and reasonable prices. Other local auto care companies are well known for always trying to up sell - costing their customers more than necessary. I appreciate Crossville Service Center's honesty and quality of service.

Called up and they were able to get me in within a couple weeks. That s hard for someone who s self employed as my truck is my pay check. But Crossville Service center got me back on the road. They even recommended a good local towing company why came right out. One other time in the last 4 years I did not bring my truck into Crossville Service center, instead brought it somewhere else behind McDonalds and the work was mediocre at best. Their slogan was good labor is not cheap, and cheap labor is not good. Neither one of them was good in my opinion, and would never go back. So from this point on, I will always use Crossville Service Center as the guys are really good and have a lot knowledge especially on diesels, and will explain everything to you. In my opinion, Crossville Service Center is probably the best mechanics in all of Crossville. +AAAAAAA

I needed a new battery in my Jeep. They got me in quickly and with an appointment I was able to wait for the work to be done. 45 minutes and I was out the door.

I ve been using Crossville Service Center for over a decade. They are extremely honest and very good at what they do. They will never overcharge you or quote work that you don t need. I highly recommend them!

I've been having all my vehicles serviced here for more years than I can remember, and have always had excellent service.They do preventative inspections during routine oil changes, and have on occasion saved me from having problems down the road. Such as, noticing a worn belt, or brakes getting close to needing attention.I've had major repairs done, always receiving fair pricing and timely treatment.They are honest and trustworthy.This business has been a blessing in my life for many years. And I have recommended them to many friends, who have also become loyal customers.I love them!Update:My brake booster just let go in my rather old truck. I had it towed to the Service Center late day, and Mr. Kevin, the manager, went out of his way to have it worked on the very next day, because he knows it's my only vehicle.Well, the re- built part malfunctioned, ugh! But again, it was replaced the following day, first thing in the morning.And again, I'm grateful to everyone there, keeping me and my old truck going down the road

At Crossville Service center the People from the front door (Kevin and Andrew) to service completed out the door and keys handed over to me were professional, respectful and the best. I wish i knew name of young man that took my van on test drive. Excellence all around.Thank you all so much!

2011 BMW X5. Had the oil changed late Nov 28, 2023, and they used the drive-on lift. I added over 1200 miles in the following week, and it seems fine. Nothing dripping and it shows full. No other services or inspections were requested or offered (ie: washer fluid top up, etc). I felt that this car is on the edge of their comfort zone as far as any more in-depth service goes, but after just a week, it seems the oil change went fine. And I felt the $94 cost was reasonable.

Always take my vehicles here, they always do a good job. I took a star off only because the car was there longer than expected. But I would still be using them in the future.

Super friendly staff. Parts store told me we needed a $400 alternator. Crossville service center got me in almost immediately and the alternator was working fine. Installed the battery for us and we were on the road. Very friendly and very reasonably priced.

I got a flat tire on the side of the interstate. I called this service center from the side of the road to ask about a replacement tire. Once I got a tow there, they had the paperwork and tire waiting for me and had me back on the road 20 minutes later. Best experience I could ask for under those circumstances

Brought my Chevy Silverado 3500 in for oil/fuel/transmission service and they did a great job. Rhonda at the service counter kept me updated as to what was happening with my truck and when they expected to be done. Very good place to take your car or vehicle to and have it repaired, at good and fair price. Highly recommended. The owner called me this am and my car is ready to be picked up . I'm very happy about that. I've had a lot of bad luck lately, and thought my car was blown up. So I highly recommend Crossville Service Center.

Took my Jeep in to get a neutral safety switch replaced along with problems with my fan, and hood latch. Two weeks and $1000+ later and they didn't even change the neutral safety switch!!! Of course they were able to find other things to fix but couldn't manage to fix the one thing that I 100% knew needed to be replaced Will never go here again!

Highway robbers. They proposed $3500+ in repairs to my truck. The biggest problem was fixed for $250. I will never go back. Hold onto your wallet if you go to this place. They diagnosed a problem that is not even possible for my truck to have, and then were going to charge me almost $1000 to fix it. These shysters look for things to do when you take your vehicle in. They are desperate for business, so they have to manufacture problems and try to scare you into getting repairs done.Added 7/17/23 - My truck is now at another shop in Crossville getting what these guys MIS-diagnosed fixed. They either completely missed my brake problem, or were setting me up to charge more when they tore my brakes apart. Either way, I m getting more work done for probably half of what Crossville Service Center would have charged. This shop doesn t deserve the 1 star I gave them.

This is my go to mechanic shop for everything. This is the one I highly recommend as well.
