Took my car in due to a ticking noise. I already pretty much new what it was, just needed verified and fixed. It ended up being a pretty costly fix, but I believe they quoted me a fair market value for the labor and parts. They were able to get my car back to me within 2 days, as they already had the parts in stock. Leah was the office lady that keep communication with me the entire time, she was amazing.

Car Fix in Crossville, TN performed a repair on my 2017 Jeep to troubleshoot my battery drain on my dual system. They diagnosed it and called me for authorization for the repair. I also needed my on board air system and train horn fixed. They made the repairs and also backed their repairs. I was still having difficulties with my compressor tank and they took me right in and found the issue. This was my first time using Car Fix and they offered great customer service for all my questions. My Jeep is now all systems go! . I will return for any repairs or maintenance to this company and I recommend them.

I had 1 of my tucks breK down on the side of the road. They made the arrangements to have my truck towed to their shop. Diagnosed problem next day. They let me know as soon as truck was ready. Job well done!

Great experience. Peter explained the process for discerning the problem with my truck, which was done in a timely manner. He then called me to explain the situation and to seek approval for the needed repairs. The repairs were completed and were done well! After a few days he even checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. By the way, I feel the cost for CarFix service was very fair. I'm a happy customer.

I want to thank the entire staff. We are a Pet transport business and were traveling through Tennessee headed back to Texas when our vehicle broke down in the mountains. We were able to get to a local gas station. Car Fix sent a tow truck within 30 minutes to pick us up. They then went as far as driving and picking us to and from a local diner for us to have breakfast. Their customer service was superb. Highly recommend using them.

Car Fix serviced both our vehicles, without appts. in a day and 1/2. They diagnosed other service we will need to take care of also. Their prices are better than other businesses, and took the time to explain their work. We have already recommended them to our friends.Donald Nelson

My car is running great now!! The diagnosed the problem really fast ordered the parts and got the car fixed in 1 day! They were super nice and explained everything to me. They loaned me a car to help me while mine was being worked on. They are a 10 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone!!

I would bring anything here if you have a problem that needs a good diagnostic mechanic. If they can t figure out what s wrong with your vehicle they will make something up. They told me it was gonna be $5,000 for a computer. I refused service and took it to another mechanic and turned out to be a fuel pump. Brought another vehicle here that was out of time and when I got it back it ran worse. I brought it back and told them that I thought it was still out of time they charged me $1000 more to fix a bunch of other stuff and it still didn t run right. Said it needed a 02 sensor was gonna be $800 more. I then got on best ones schedule. $100 and truck runs great. Was out of time a little and a vacuum line was off. If you don t know what s wrong with your vehicle I would take it to best one.

Everyone at CarFix was very helpful and friendly! Bobby took very good care of me, first getting my flat tire fixed and me back on the road. Then ordered new tires and had them ready in just a few days! Prices were reasonable, service was efficient and friendly. They ve earned my trust.

I am very happy with the service I received! They handled my situation in a very timely manner. The staff were all polite, respectful and extremely helpful. They took preemptive measures to help the flow of things. They were honest and accurate, ensuring I understood everything. Highly recommend and I will return for any further car troubles in the future.

The last time I was there...about 3 months ago. I went in for an oil change for 45.00 and ended up getting brake pads and rotary and Pedi almost 700.00.Today I went in for an oil change and it cost me 93.00.The last visit they told me I had a cracked boot that needed to be fixed. I chose to wait. This time they never mentioned the boot, but wanted to replace my battery for another 209.00.I have all the papers that they have given me. I don't know why the same repairs weren't recommended.I know I'm a woman and don't know a lot about cars. But if something is broken and you don't have it fixed, then they should have found that same problem again. I do have common sense!

We had an interstate break down and had to find a shop quickly. This place was amazing: clean, organized, excellent communication, good pricing and had the bandwidth for an immediate repair. The job was done same-day! I wish they were located in my home-town, because it is hands down the best car repair experience I've had.

The worst customer service around!!! They tried to charge me $2,400 for 2 fuel pumps when one just came unplugged and wasn't bad. Josh Martin auto repair fixed the issue right up and fixed my headlights for only 80 bucks. Car fix only take advantage of young people who don't know any better yet. I would NOT recommend going here!!!

I had an Adaptive Cruise Control Module replaced by Car Fix. This is a very technical & expensive procedure. Leah provided outstanding customer service throughout the process and even issued a refund for parts not used. Nice to find a competitive & honest auto repair shop with excellent customer service.

Very fair price for my alternator replacement and getting towed to the garage (average market cost). Also I was stuck in Crossville and they picked me up only 5mins after I called. I am very impressed by this location. Also everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable waiting area too. If I was a local this would be my only garage to go.

okay ladies I found our spot! I highly recommend this CarFix location!! I was welcomed and felt very comfortable talking to Leah. I came in needing a full safety inspection bc I knew something was off with my car. She was very knowledgeable and professional on the direction we needed to go. They were able to find the issues and she was straight up and honest about what I needed. I fully trusted what she was telling me. They also gave me a courtesy car while they were fixing mine and I picked it up the next evening. I drove out of there so happy because my car drives sooo smooth now. Thank y all so much and I will definitely be back for future needs.

I have a Buick with a sealed automatic transmission that limits the number of places that can work on it here. It had a shudder when shifting. Car Fix found a service ticket that Buick had issued indicating that a simple change of fluid would fix the problem. They did that for a very reasonable price on the same day I came to them and I ve not had any trouble since. I m sold on Car Fix!

The new location got me in for a diesel oil change and tire rotation on same day. Everyone's was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bobby and Larkin will take great care of you. They are a full service mechanical facility. Highly recommend.

When Car Fix on West Ave. in Crossville fixes your car you can be confident those repairs are done correctly and thoroughly.Peter treats you better than family, he treats you like a friend.I was forced to buy a used car hurried in one afternoon after my car was totaled in an accident.After driving it back it became uncomfortable, odd noises and clunkyness.I took that car to my trusted mechanics at Car Fix, they went through every inch.It is so quiet and smooth now, it feels very safe and dependable.Oh, and price was right!Thank you Car Fix Crossville.

I've used Car Fix a couple of times and am glad I did. They are very easy to schedule with. They have a web-based appointment sign up that is easy to use and that is pretty flexible in giving you appointment options (day and time). There's good parking at their shop and getting off and onto the street to come in or go out is easy as well (good sight lines both ways).They seem to have lots of customer service folks on their desk so waiting to check in was quick both times. Their waiting area is very nice. It has lots of seating that's not all jammed together, there's coffee and cold drinks, and there is a table if you want to work while you are there (they have free wifi as well.Based on what I've seen my two times using Car Fix, they have people who really care about what they are doing and try to make sure that problems are identified and explained. Their repairs appear complete and well done, they cleaned up after themselves (no rags left in the car or dirt smug left behind). They had the car ready when they said they would and their price was fair. When I had questions they took time to explain the answers and backed them up with facts.All in all I can recommend highly and I will use them again.

With prices so insanely high nowadays its rare to actually get what you pay for. But after having 2 of our trucks worked on here we are very satisfied. Jeremy was on top of everything, contacted me immediately about an issue. Was no waiting or wondering. Very professional and prompt. We've had vehicles set for months waiting at other businesses.. these guys are top notch in our book. Thanks Jeremy and staff.

Car Fix repaired my 2006 Mercedes Benz Sl500 which had an electrical issue. This vehicle model is difficult to find places to have it repaired due to the complexity of its systems. Leah was very helpful and assured me they had the experience to diagnose and repair the car. Excellent job, looking forward to returning for other services.

I came to them late in the day when I realized my tired weren't going to make the rest of my 3hr drive. They got me in and squared away so quickly and at a very reasonable price. Wonderful experience all around.

Don't even wanna give a 1 star but had to give something. This place is the worst took our vehicle in to have the axle fixed and one other thing! Called us back gave us a 3500 $ quote of other things that was "wrong" with it which nothing was wrong with it. Then went down to 2100 to fix what needed to be fixed. Said give us the weekend to talk it over and get back to you Monday. I called this morning and Mr NY claims he talked with my fiance gave the ok to fix it and the car was almost done. I said umm no he didn't I was sitting there I got a tow truck on the way then claimed he had a phone recording call of him giving the approval to fix it I said again he did not give an ok for anything called me a lier and I told him next call you get be from my fiance and the story changed real fast a waste of our time our money on a tow and 165 bucks for them to tell us what was "wrong" when we already knew. All he was doing was wanting me to say well since it's already being worked on go ahead so they could have an ok and work on it. I might be a woman but my Daddy didn't raise no fool. Go back to NY rob people there but ain't doing it to us!

I dropped off my Acura to have the rear suspension checked due to irregular tire wear. They got me in right away and communicated with me throughout the process. Their assessment and recommendation was spot on. My car was finished by end of day and the cost was reasonable. So so job. Went in for simple full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and left with oil change. Wasn't impressed with inspection as it was items we were fully aware of and not ready to repair or change. They didn't do tire rotation and did not replace the screws in plate under car after oil change. We specifically purchased euro screws to fit our imported VW and the mechanic failed to put them back on after the oil change. Plz please always put parts back on vehicle after you take them off!! I contacted them and felt they didn't care at all. Not impressed...

I had an issue with East Tennessee Ford. Was leaving town for Florida. The folks at CARFIX were courteous and professional! They repaired my vehicle in time and for less money than the dealership. Home Run!
