My husband and I just purchased a car from Bluebird. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us work out the best financing options and were very flexible. Not to mention, all the vehicles we looked at were quality. They just helped us find the best fit for our family. I will recommend them to everyone!

This was by far the easiest buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Allie worked extremely hard to answer all of our questions and help us get the best deal. Another salesman- John- treated us like his own customers which took any stress away. The owner even came out and spoke to us about our new to us rzr. It was wonderful!!! Highly recommend 5/5 stars

Bought a camper. Once they got the money, that was it. No walk through to explain how things worked. Said they had to de-winterize it and clean it. It was nasty! The awning had never been out and cleaned and they left the fresh water tank full! At first, nice and said they would do anything to work with it and make things right. But money first, customer left hanging in the dark! Won t be back for anything else!

Went to Blue Bird Motors to have a camera accessory fixed for my GMC 3500HD. Spoke with Eric in the accessory shop and he saved me $600 by fixing the broken trailer camera wire and reinforcing it. Highly recommend Blue Bird Motors. Super knowledgeable and they take care of their customers!

From the moment we walked in the door through the time that I drove off the lot everyone was friendly, efficient and most of all, did what they said they would do with the car. Dennis my salesman is very dedicated and stays on top of the situation.Jim the Service Manager is personable, professional and kept to his word and then some about the things I wanted taken care of to make my car perfect before I got her on the road. Good value, good price and no runaround.

After my previous car was totaled, I didn t exactly have the money or the best credit for a newer and safer car. After searching for what felt like forever, Byron at Blue Bird told me he thought he could help me. And today, he proved it. I m now the owner of a gorgeous alien green Kia Soul with a smaller monthly payment than I was expecting. Gibby is one of the hardest working people I ve ever seen. Everything here tried their best to get me not only in a car, but with a decent deal. Y all are amazing!!

They made car shopping super easy and helped me get everything set up so fast. My car also had a slight issue right after I bought it and they fixed it for free since they didnt catch it before selling. Absolutely fantastic experience!

I bought a 2009 suburban from BlueBird Motors in Crossville Tn last week. I had the great pleasure of working wiyh a gentlemen named Gibby. He knew all the bells,whistles, ins and outs of what I wanted, he took the time to walk around and show me all my options as well. It didn't take long at all for financing to get back with us and I was on the road! I highly recommend Gibby and Blue Bird Motors in Crossville Tn. They are an excellent group of people to work with.

Who else dreads car shopping? The ick you get when you see a salesperson approaching you on the lot. The fast heart beat when it s time to talk to the finance person. Listen, at Blue Bird I got zero ick or irregular heart beat! Allie is great! Easy to talk to, knows the inventory, and communicated well between me and the finance guy. Gibby, in finance, made it feel like I was catching up with an old friend all the while working his financing magic. Easiest experience I ve ever had at a car dealership! Go see them!

Nice lady, she was very helpful. Unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for that day, but it's a place I would actually go back to check again.She didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't really want.If you're in the market for a used car, they are worth a look.

Terrible. DONT BUY USED HERE. Halfa** work done on vehicles they get, tried selling me a truck I was in need of for work that was leaking every fluid it could. After the saleman gave me his sob story of a rough life and hes not out to "GET anyone" but sat there telling me it doesnt leak anything but a little oil and its a great truck they looked it all over but not him personally. Thank God I had a diagnostics done on my test drive.

The salesman was a pretty nice gentleman,my car has a racking pinion problem. So My husband and I went to look and found a Honda Acura he let us test drive. I Love it

Bought a car recently from Blue Bird. Bill was a great, patient salesman with me. Gibby was great at getting my payment as low as I needed it. Everybody is super friendly. Plan to even go back for regular car maintenance.

I highly recommend Blue Bird Motors, Bill (our salesman) was very professional, but in a no pressure kind of way. He made my husband and I feel very confident in his knowledge of the motor home we purchased. Gary (the owner) felt like an old friend by the time we left. We will look at their inventory before we purchase our next vehicle as well!!!

Best car buying experience EVER for us. Honest folks, no pressure sales, listens to what your budget is and doesn't try to sell you something don't even want just to make a sale. No frustration, no hassle and their prices/selection is great! They work the customer!!! To win my trust, is a big achievement and they won it!!! They have a full service center on site and the whole staff are just down to earth, good folks.

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a car. From the Owner, Finance Manager, and Administrative Staff, top to bottom worked so hard to get us in the car that we really wanted. I cannot praise the dedication they had for me as a customer. I wanted to jump on here again and brag about this place! Our timing belt pulley went out in the van and thankfully it was still under warranty. They had our van fixed same day and were kind enough to take my husband to an appointment when he dropped the van off. Jim over in the service department has been a God send and they ve continued to treat us like family. This is the only dealership we ll be doing business with and recommending to our friends and family.

I had the windshield replaced here. I had a issue with some whilstling after install. They replaced the windshield again and it is quiet!. Jim and Dave made sure that I, the customer, was satisfied with their work. If the need arises in the future for maintenance, I will definitely bring it to them. I am very happy with their customer service and them wanting the job done to my satisfaction. Thanks Jim and Dave!

Once again Bluebird Motors exceeded our expectations! I called for a tow truck, and the two friendly employees were there in a jiffy.The next day our 2000 Nissan Frontier needed new valve cover gaskets and seals. Looked everywhere for a gmc terrain that was in my our price range and ran into this dealerships' website. Contacted them and set up a test drive. Our salesman Josh was very professional and helped in every way he could. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we was satisfied. My wife is very happy with her new suv. I recommend blue bird motors for their honesty and dedication to thier customers. We have purchased vehicles in the past from bigger dealerships who look at thier customers as a sale while blue bird treats you like family. Go talk to josh and gary to get a great deal on your trade in and new car.

I was absolutely amazed at the selection of not only cars, trucks and SUV s but also campers, motor coaches, and 5th wheels. Even a few motorcycles and side by sides. The staff is super friendly. The service department was very quick to service my vehicle and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The general manager l, the owner and the owners wife made sure my entire family was taken care of while there. They even called us later to make sure we were great and thanking us for doing business with them. Best prices on vehicles and service

Had tires put on both my vehicles! Get the oil changed in my vehicles ! Windshield... you nameit they take care of it! Just ask for Jim he s the Bomb!! Great prices & excellent service!!

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service and van we got! Mack answered every question we had and they even checked the van over again before we left. They have an awesome waiting room with cartoons playing that kept our kids entertained and they even brought them popsicles. I will be recommending everyone I know to go here for a great deal and great service!
