Was 2 hrs from home traveling west on I-40 when our right rear tire began to lose air. My wife scrambled to find a highly rated tire place and Best-One quickly rose to the top of the list. We were taken in right away upon arrival, and waited in a cool, clean area with coffee and a clean restroom. An inspection of the tire revealed an embedded nail. One hour later, the tire was patched and with a sigh of relief we were on our way for a very reasonable fee! Superb service from beginning to end!

I blew a tire late Sunday evening, Jace and his crew up at Best One Tire and Auto had my new tires ordered and mounted by Tuesday...but they didn't stop there! Jace also took the time to inform me of the condition of my breaks and had them all completely replaced that day! If you're in need of any vehicle or tire maintenance, these are your guys!

My wife and I are full-time RVers and found we had a screw in one of our Super C RV tires when we stayed in Crossville, TN. I called Best One and they'd sent a mobile tech to our RV park in less than an hour! Our tire was removed and patched what seemed like a few minutes. The technician was professional and knew his craft well. And, the best thing, was the price we paid for his service! It was very reasonable! We would highly recommend Best One Tire service!

I took my car into Best One Tire as my heater was not working, Billy worked on my car and got my heater working. Best one has been working on my cars since 2001, they are the ones I trust with my cars. They are always honest with you about the repairs you might need and will help you in anyway they can. Very friendly people to work with you. I will recommend Best one to anyone.

Purchased a set of tires for my wife's SUV. Wade was very helpful helping me decide which were the best option for her SUV. I then had to have the front brakes done on my Jeep. They did an excellent job of fixing the brakes and didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. Will be doing more business with them in the future when I'll need a set of tires for my Jeep.

These folks are AWESOME!! I called in the morning to see if there's was any chance I could bring my car in to have a tire checked (kept showing a lower tire pressure than the other 3). They said if I didn't mind waiting (other people had previously scheduled appointments), to come on in.Yes, I had to wait a while, but they found the culprit and got me fixed up and out for $26!!I will DEFINITELY go there again and recommend you at least call them the next time you need your vehicle serviced!!

Recently moved to Tennessee from Illinois. I called several tire shops found Best-One Tire had the best deals and rates. They were able to get us right in. They had excellent customer service with myself and my 3 young children. Coffee cookies and wifi was available. Highly recommended and will be back!

Wonderful experience with Greg and the team here. I purchased four tires online and had them shipped to Best One for installation. Had an appointment and they were done in 30 minutes. Comfortable waiting area with large screen TV and free arcade style 80's Pac Man and Centipede gaming machines. Very professional. Highly recommend Best One Tire !

Natalie went the extra distance the save this senior citizen a bucket of money. And the service was fast and painless. I had been going elsewhere for 20 years, no longer. I'm a very satisfied customer. Everyone there was friendly, respectful and made me feel like I mattered. Thumbs Up.

Wow! Incredible service! Jace England worked up a quote fast and seemless, let me know my options and set me right up. I was not pressured and got a better set of tires with more included than what I was quoted from another local company. It's called service and he definitely delivered! Definitely recommend dealing with Jace!

My husband and I went in to get a tire and Greg helped us. He was very helpful and even treated our kids to sodas and put cartoons on for them while we waited. Wait time was about 20 minutes and we were back on the road! Fast service and great customer service. I highly recommend BestOne tire and auto care.

Like most places, they appear to be more interested in making money and less interested in being genuinely helpful. Place is clean. They were only 10 mins. Late getting my vehicle in. I feel like they knew the outcome, and should have consulted me at the desk rather than waste each of our time in order to build the sale. Just saying....

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This place is awesome. We were heading back from Sturgis, SD when our camper blew a tire on the interstate. My husband changed the tire but broke the valve stem. Called Good Sam with whom we have roadside assistance. They said it would be $155 just to bring air. We waited for over an hour for someone to call back with a time that someone would be there. In the meantime, we called Best-One Tire. They got there within 30 minutes and fixed our tire for $58.00. The guy was super nice and provided great service. I will shout from the rooftops how awesome they are! Thank you again!!

The staff at BestOne are great! Natalie and Adam went above and beyond to help me get the right tires on my car this week, 06/10/22. They did an alignment on my vehicle last year and although it was still pulling just a little bit to the right, I didn't go back in. When I told them, they even tweaked my alignment to make it right at no extra charge when they put the tires on my car. Who does that!!!? BestOne did! Also, when I had the alignment done last year I thought I might need new brakes. They told me my brakes were fine. I've taken my car into other local mechanics and have been told I needed repairs that I didn't (after a second opinion). BestOne has unheard of customer service. I highly recommend their trustworthy service.

This was my first time using best one tire and auto. I was very impressed by the way the staff treated me was not rushed along and they took the time to properly identify what the problem was on my car. I also had new tires installed and again they took the time to properly do an alignment and balancet tires. The car drives great and rides great now. I highly recommend them and they will be getting more of my business.

I needed a used tire to get me by for a few weeks. I called them and they told me they had several used tires to fit my truck. I went over to their store and they were very nice. The waiting area was very clean and relaxing. It didn't take them long to put the tire on my truck. I've bought used tires before and they definitely have to best prices around. When they finished they gave me my keys and I walked out the door and they had my truck sitting at the front door waiting on me! I will be going back soon for an alignment and brand new tires. I would recommend anyone to this store! Very friendly, good prices, and good customer service!

This place rocks. A family owned business that is super professional.If you have a street rod, custom or old collector car or truck this place is owned and manned with gear heads that know how to handle your ride. Natalie, up front and Nick in shop REALLY know their trade. Every employee is super knowledgeable and down south friendly. They love cars and know how to treat and handle them. You've got me and my family as customers for life.

Very nice people there.i had a low tire I just pulled up to a bay I was Ina hurry. On my way to the doctor. The nicest man came over I think his name was jay. He checked all my tires aired. Them up and got me on my way.. very politely he said you are ready to go... He was very professional and kind great place to go for help!!

These people are the best. Billy has been doing work for me for years. They have a super good crew that go the extra mile. Billy is my go to guy for wheel balancing, alignments. I have an antique car and I trust him to do what's right.Their rates are fair and they are HONEST. Can't be said for lots of shops.

We had a blowout on the interstate between Monterey and Crossville. Best One was recommended to us by another company for our situation. They were polite and responsive. The repair man was quick to make contact, stayed in touch while in route and had us repaired quickly and efficiently. Even though we were "after hours" they were affordable. I would highly recommend this company!
