SHADE TREE MECHANIC TO MUCH OF AN ATTITUDE AND STUPIDNESS to overlook his pure laziness... im speaking of the Homer looking owner.. knows nothing about dot .. shotty work and denies being able to fix it while complaing he don't have enough employees not my problem but I can see with that attitude why you have no customers thanks for nothing now I have to go to someone who takes pride in there work!

Used their online form to ask for a quote to do an oil change on my truck. They say 24-48 hours for a reply. It s a bit over a week, still no reply. Guess I ll look elsewhere.

I had a bent wheel and busted tire on a loaded down trailer while passing through Crossville towards Nashville. I called Josh at Best One Tire and they acted quickly and had me a tire and wheel delivered and installed by Colin within 30 minutes. Unbelievably fast and courteous service from both guys turned what was about to be a nightmare into a minor occurrence. Thanks guys for everything!

If you're in the Crossville, TN area this is the place to go. 24-hour service. Roadside service. I had a tire blow out, on my travel trailer, coming back from Pigeon Forge they saved the day. Highly recommend this place

Went in with RV to get some work done. Happy with what they did....was just a little too long in completion time wise....had a minor issue. Service was good otherwise.

Passing through Crossville Tn while traveling from Florida, I thought I had a tire vibration and wanted my tires inspected. I could not have had better or more friendly service.Wade and his son Jason treated us as old friends, inspected and checked tire condition, balance and alignment. Fortunately tires were in good condition. Then to our surprise they said NO CHARGE!If you live in Crossville, or are passing nearby and have a problem, stop in and see Wade or Jason at Best One Tire,retail location.

I've had two occasions to need their services, and both times they have been quick, courteous and competitively priced no matter the time of day. After some bad experiences with other tire repair places, this is one I highly recommend over anyone else.

Thank you Best One! We are from Chicago, IL, traveling from Pigeon Forge to Nashville when we blew a tire on our Pop-up camper! After a call to Best One, we were confident they could help us out! We were in and out in under an hour, getting both tires replaced. Friendly service (and clean bathrooms, much needed with 2 kids). Thank you again!

Jerry and Chuck were fantastic. Great Service and GREAT PRICE!!! We needed road service for a trailer blow out. They got to us and had us back on the road in less than an hour!!!! I have been in the industry 30 years...They were as good as I have seen, no fuss, no problem. They just did the job! The price was reasonable and I did not feel like I had been ripped off (which happens so often on road service calls). Thank YOU SO MUCH, We will definitely use you again!!! Highly recommend these guys!!!!

These guys are awesome! We broke down in a gas station at the pump with 5 kids/passengers. I called this shop as they were very close. I spoke to the manager, but he let me know they are mainly tires and Semintruck repair. We ended the call. He was very friendly. Well, about 10 minutes later, he drove over to me. I mean, WOW! He checked a few things and then identified the problem. The cables to ground on battery were bad. He worked on it for a fewOnce he stipped the cable a bit he redid the connection. After that she came back to life. I highly recommend this shop if you need tires or have a HD truck in the class 8 range.

Awesome folks here. My RV had brake and tire issues while I was on vacation. They were kind enough to pull me in immediately and fix me up within hours. They were willing to stay later than their operating hours but it wasn't necessary because they fixed it so quickly. VERY grateful for their help.

We drove from Illinois last Friday to visit relatives who are Crossville residents. I was very busy before we left and should have had tires installed before leaving. So during our drive I called Best One from a Google search. Natalie was very helpful and friendly. She ordered the tires immediately and had them ready to install Monday morning. Upon checking out she went even further and sent in the Rebate form online for me. The shop manager called me about an hour before car was ready, rather than my having to call as often is the case from car repair shops. Great service..good price. Better than what we get in Illinois.

Picked up a nail in travel. Had a funeral to attend in an hour and they plugged my tire and had me on the road in 30 min. That's customer service! Thank you

I was passing thru town from washington state when I blew a tire. I call them for help and they were here to help me within 20 mins. I was so impressed especially being memorial day!!!!! I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. Brandon was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I got a flat tire on my trailer and needed service as fast as possible. They were able to get me in the shop almost immediately. As soon as I backed the trailer in they went to work. My tire ended up being too damaged to repair so they found a recap tire that almost perfectly matched the others on the trailer. They were fast and professional. I would definitely go there again for tires.

We had part of one of our tires brake off during our 10 hour drive from the Great Smoky Mountains. We were lucky to have stopped close to a gas station where we asked where we could get it fixed they recommended the Best one. And they were so right, this was early morning they took us in, changed it with the family of five in the car and we were out of there and back on our way within half hour. So grateful for their quick service!

We are new to the Crossville area and my husband was in need of new tires for his truck and decided to give Best One Tires a try. He not only got a great deal on tires but the staff was very friendly and professional. Based on his experience with this establishment he called them to see if they could check out a preventive maintenance issue with my car. Set up an appointment for the next day and once again was met with the utmost professional and friendly staff and a very knowledgeable technician. We have decided that they will be our go to place for all of our car/truck issues in the future! Thank you all!!

A human answered the phone within 10 rings. I needed a jump because I'm a traveler two accidentally left their lights on overnight. Then that same human gave me a jump. I know if I ever pass back through here and need any of the services that this company provides, I will patronize it for sure! Plus he was a veteran. Now that I live in DC, and this level of customer service is never available, I would give this place six stars if I could. #countryliving

We had our tires road force balanced here and we were charged $ 232.68.Employees were nice enough but the tires didnt seem quite right, a lot of vibration so we took it back and had it done again. As we were leaving town we still had problems so we took our truck to a different location. When we checked in we found out the company has a price of $100 for same service. We called to let Crossville to let them know that we had to take it in again and inquired about the price difference and they said we have the right to charge more if we want to. If it was done properly it would have been different but....also no refund.They should be ashamed to take advantage of disabled veterans that way.

Im not sure who I spoke with but he sat in the first office on the right. He was extremly rude and wouldn't listen to what the young ladies was trying to say. That being said the employees who helped us were pleasant and took care of are problem.

One of my driver's has an issue with the trailer wheels and tires, I call Best One Tire in Crossville, TN and they assist me as soon as possible with my trailer tire issues. Their service and attention was above my expectation super recommended. Their customer service is excellent.

Lost brakes on I-40 in a class A motorhome, got it into a campground. I called Best One and got Jerry, very nice and accommodating and arranged for someone to come with there mobile service. Robert shows up as arranged, (very nice man). He had to search for and order parts. I feel that he went the extra mile to insure the brakes worked properly and we would be safe.

Because we were worried about the condition of our tires we ordered a set of six to be installed before our out of state trip. A week before we left I checked on the status and was told Michelin failed to send them and it would be two more weeks - if we still wanted them. We decided to take the trip on our old tires and have the new ones installed when we returned. We told Best One to go ahead with the order - again. It s now been a month and we haven t heard from them. We went to Fleet Tire in Knoxville. They had them in stock and they were installed in an hour.

Excellent!!! We had a flat tire on our camper and Best One Tire came to the rescue with a tire change and ordered the perfect replacements. Gentry was the ultimate professional and so kind in his service. Highly recommend.

This is an AWEFULplace to do business with. We gave the details of the size of the tire and what it was going on and after waiting for 4 hours instead of the estimated one and a half hours they increase the price four times the quoted price.
