Awesome experience. Dale took my car in on the spot and fixed it while I waited. Very refreshing to find an honest and very affordable mechanic!! Definitely will be using them in the future.

We had our truck loaded down with firewood and the brakes went out. We limped our way over using the emergency brake and these guys dropped what they were doing, fixed us up and we were on our way. Front brakes started rubbing halfway through our extended road-trip. Lucky to find Auto Dynamics nearby in Crossville, TN. Without hesitation, Dale had our car up on the lift to diagnosed and fixed the problem. One of the best experiences I ve ever had. They were professional and knew what to do about my 2007 Silverado duramax.8-28-2023This is my follow up since a month ago. When I took the truck in for service I was only getting 12 to 13 miles per gallon of diesel. I m happy to report that my truck is getting 20 to 21 miles per gallon of diesel. Had trouble with air conditioner. The vehicle was looked at within a few minutes and diagnosed. Getting some cooler air, but not cold. Don't drive a lot, so it may take longer to determine if everything is working as it should. Seems like a decent business. I would go back.

I brought my car here after taking it to four other mechanics with everyone telling me they couldn't work on it because they didn't do turbo work. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me and didn't talk down to me for being a woman. For the work they did they were very reasonable and just a great all around experience. I told them I found my new mechanic. Plus they only took about 2&1/2 days to get my car right. The other places I've taken it kept it for multiple weeks. One place had it for 5 weeks. Auto dynamics is the ONLY Place I have taken my cars in the last 7/8 years. Dale has Always been upfront and Honest about Everything. To say they were accommodating and professional would be an absolute understatement. While driving through town from Georgia, my cv shaft broke. I was able to slowly get to their shop around 2:30pm. They saw us pull in, found out we were from out of town and called to check on parts. Once they found that they were readily available, they pulled us straight in the garage and put the truck on the lift. We were back on the road by 4pm. Service like this is rare these days and should not go unnoticed. Sara and the owner Dale, were outstanding as was everyone else at the shop! Kudos to their entire team! I got in a car accident on Monday and came here on a recommendation. They got me diagnosed quickly and offered a fair price for their service. After deciding to have them complete the work for my truck, they got the work done as soon as possible to get me back on the road. I will definitely use them for my future auto care needs and send anyone I can to them for service.3/23/22 Just had them replace a seized brake caliper on the same truck in my previous review. I made a appointment this time they had it done quickly and again for a very fair price.

My hot rod truck has a 700R4 automatic transmission that developed a leak. Dale found the leak and fixed me up fast. Very knowledgeable folks and a well maintained and clean shop.

I was very impressed with the service and everything. I was driving through on a road trip and my alternater puked out. They worked me in right away, had the part there in just a few minutes, and had it fixed in no time. Which was very impressive as they were super busy that day. Then they noticed the belt was ready to go and informed me of it. Then got that taken care of as well. They quoted me prices on everything before they did anything. Then the mechanic came out and showed me the belt that needed to be replaced without me asking which was really impressive and much appreciated. They have reasonable pricing and their customer service and everything they did far exceeded my expectations. If I lived closer I would never go anywhere else. They are the best!!!

Auto dynamics took care of my wifes car with no issue. Our van went into limp mode and we feared we would have to replace the transmission. After taking it to a couple of different shops, and not able to get it fixed Auto dynamics helped. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts in less than a week and fixed the van for a fair cost. Great service! I live about an hour and a half away was on a small vacation here when my starter went out day before I was suppose to check out. This was the only company that took my situation in consideration and helped me not stress about it! I'm so thankful for them!

In order to understand why I gave them two stars, it s because they pick up the phone when you call and they returned my car in a reasonable amount of time. However, they aren t the most friendliest and if they put in a faulty part they will charge you to put it in and take it out. Which I do not find fair at all. Also they don t have the most fair prices in town. They have lost my business for good. But I guess you never know until you know.

We were traveling thru Tn. in August and had a check engine light come on. We needed someone to fix failed coil. Cecil worked us in and quickly fixed our problem so that we could get back on the road. They were also very fair with the charge for part and labor. My wife found them online and these reviews helped us decide on them.

I feel like the north end of a south bound jackass for not asking the Owner his name. Anywho, Auto Dynamics is the following....very fairly priced; professional; and country friendly. I'm from the country.I cannot imagine anyone not wanting to do business with Auto Dynamics. I'm a late 60's/early 70's guy. I go by instinct. My instinct is these people are goooooooooooooood.....

More then ever could be expected. I called and spoke with Dale.... What a gentlemen. I explained the problem with a Ford engine, a blown out spark plug problem. I asked if he installed a steel insert rather then a Heli Coil. He said that is the only and BEST way to easily repair the problem without replacing the cyl. head. I became very confident that the Gentlemen I spoke to at Big T Parts was correct... Great Advice telling me that Dale was the best shop in town. The Real story here is that Dale did the repair on my Sister In Laws car under some very difficult times that she was dealing with. Knowing the repair was being done correctly and at a very reasonable price set my mind at ease since I was in California and had to rely on his word.Dale went above in his help, supper service and total cost.. Have gotten very expensive. They wanted to jack the price of a part from 29.90 to 88.00, and the price of a spark plug from 2.29 to 6.50. They then wanted 115.00 plus tax to install them WITHOUT an oil change! I went to the parts store and paid 29.90 and 2.29, took my vehicle to another garage. They put the part on, changed the plug AND the oil for under 80.00.

Owner, Dale, is the one person to go to for classic car repairs.46 Chevy truck? No problem. 68 Camaro? No problem.
