This week while traveling with 7 women to a conference one of our vehicles started acting up. At a gas station we spoke with a young man who recommended this business. We called and were told to bring it over. I should mention they were busy! No one was standing around. Joe met us at the car and immediately tended to our need knowing we were traveling and needing to get back on the road. Joe communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed of what was going on. After the problem was fixed (which took about 2 hours due to picking up a sensor) the ladies in the office took over and were so kind. With 7 women traveling it could have easily resulted in someone trying to take advantage of us but the pricing was fair and it even included some perks and guarantees/roadside assistance nationwide.Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs.

Being a female it is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, I moved to TN in 2020 and if Fl had the best mechanic my bonus dad and I have used some shady Mechanic but now that I found 2 Guyz I won t go any place else. Their pricing is amazing and they treat you like family. Their work is honest and always solid. Even on Christmas Eve they will at least help get your car to a safe location. I can t thank them enough for always getting my car back to driving condition.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My car overheated on a Saturday afternoon 90+ miles from home but God put me in the right place. Not only was the shop open on a Saturday afternoon, but they quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what repairs were needed. I had bought an extended warranty for my car, but when I tried to file a claim it was denied. Mysti helped me with many phone calls back and forth to the warranty company to finally get the repairs approved. Once they had the parts, the repairs were completed quickly. They kept me informed every step of they way as to where we were in the repair process, the costs, and the time involved to complete the repairs. You couldn't ask for friendlier, more honest, more helpful, or more skilled mechanics. I have thanked God many times for leading me to this shop.

You couldn't find a more honest car repair shop in my opinion. They know what they're doing & they'll get it done in a timely manner with very reasonable pricing. Front desk lady is also great! She'll explain everything you need to know about what they offer. Also have great perks like a rewards program and roadside assistance for 24 mo after using the shop. 10/10 this is the ONLY place I'll be taking my vehicles for repair / oil change etc.

My daughter and I were on a trip between Clarksville and Gatlinburg. We stopped at Buc-ees and thats where the trouble began.After talking to my mechanic on the phone, we decided someone would need to look at my truck. I called 2 Guyz. They were amazing, quickly got us hooked up with a tow and were so friendly. Everybody there was amazing. Got us back on the road so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful!

2 Guys Garage saved our day! We broke down 2 hours from home with a truck and trailer & they were able to arrange towing for both in no time & get us all fixed up the same day on a Saturday!! Super friendly, helpful, honest & affordable. Great people! Thank you guys again!!

Went up there and was able to get my oil changed same day. Also found out I needed a new air filter (proven to me) they didn t have it in stock but ordered it and 20 minutes later I was back in car. The ladies up front are friendly and answered all my question throughly. The mechanics are quick but very proficient in their work. Certainly made me feel like family. Will be coming here for all my mechanic needs going forward.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

5 stars isn't enough we are from out of state and visiting in crossville when my engine light came on and it was Saturday we took the car to 2guyz.they all were amazing from the front desk to the garage they checked my car immediately even without an appointment and found the problem and it wasn't anything I needed to worry about til we got home but I wanted them to fix while we were there just because just because they were so good to us.i wish they were closer to us because I would never go anywhere else they make you feel comfortable just like family great prices and most importantly honest thank you 2guyz

Diagnosed my problem over the phone and was very accurate. It didnt take long for the repairs once the part came in, and it was a more than fair price. Id recommend them to just about anybody.

We were in from out of town and had a nail in tire. All the major automotive stores were closed on Saturday. After a referral from Advanced Auto, we went to Two Guyz. They took us right away removed the mail and repaired my tire. Great family owned business!!Thank youService: TiresService: Tires

If I could I would give them more stars. They worked with me on everything and stayed in constant contact with me. 1 of my vehicles had a minor issue at pick up time and they pulled it right in and addressed the issue right away. Everyone is super friendly even the shop dog. They let my son just hang out in the office while we waited offered him and drink and a snack.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Normally I don t do reviews and when I do I usually wait awhile to leave one. I was looking for a new place to take my Hummer for maintenance and repairs. This is a great home town shop and it is awesome to be able to talk directly to the mechanics and explain the issues you are having. They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle and I can honestly say it is running the best it ever has since I bought it. I will be using them for all maintenance and repairs in the future.Services: Engine repair, Battery

I went in for an oil change knowing there was something else wrong. They took care of my oil change and scheduled me an appointment to come back and fixed my issue the same day! This is the first shopI ve been to that I didn t feel like a number at or like I was being taken advantage. The ladies took time to sit down and talk to me like I was a friend, the mechanics made sure my truck was good to drive away in. I will never go anywhere else, best shop in town hands down!Service: Oil change

The prices at this shop were fair. Unfortunately did not have the best experience. Biggest problem for me was the long diagnostics/ long Repair time , lack of communication, & having to bring my vehicle back multiple times. May be a good shop for minor in and out issues such as oil changes.

Best. Shop. Ever. Seriously there is none better I've ever encountered in my life. I'll sum up my experience in a nutshell:Went in for full service oil change. Includes tire rotation. They discovered damage to multiple parts around one wheel/brakes. Showed me the damage so I could see it with my own eyes. Shoddy work done by someone prior to my ownership of the car. They felt so bad about an oil change turning into an expensive repair, they sold me the parts at cost AND charged me ZERO labor. They empathized being in that situation before with their own cars. Plus...Luke the owner gave me a ride back home and picked me up later to go get the car.Folks, these are the ones to trust. This is a new shop in town and deserve to have their name be well known for solid work and customer service. Their front desk girl (Misty I think) was also really nice and chatted with me to pass the time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Found this shop about a month ago while trying to help a friend get a nuisance repair fixed on her vehicle.They got her taken care of right away and had the best price around.She had nothing but nice things to say about the service and shop. She hasn't stopped telling people about this shop since and I don't imagine she will anytime soon. When I need a mechanic, I'm calling these guys first.

2 guys really took care of me in a tight spot when my 7 way outlet had a problem! Got me in and out the same day and I needed while I was traveling across country. They were very kind and the girl running the front desk did a great job!

Spent 20 minutes trying to get a quote for a basic Oil change and general service. I finally gave up and left. Really sad. Also the facility is very messy and unorganized would never do business there.
