Called and set up an appointment on Friday to have him look over a transmission leak. Mentioned to him that I was hearing a clunking noise from under the truck as well. He called that afternoon and sure enough the sound was coming from the rear links. He ordered both parts for the leak and links and by Monday I had the vehicle back. Its been about a month since the repairs were done and both issues solved. Friendly and very reasonably priced shop. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again the next time I've got a truck issue.

Jason rebuilt the transmission in my 2017 chevy silverado. He did an awesome job. Gave me a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. Better than new.

Very pleased with the service I received from Jason at Thompson transmissions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got my Tahoe fixed in a timely manner and was available any time I had questions. He also fixed another small leak, without being asked, at no additional charge. He said he wanted it to be all good for me. I appreciate good service so much! Especially in this world where so many things, mainly good service, suffers terribly. It drives great! I absolutely refuse to go to any other mechanic from here on out! Jason at Thompson s Transmission is absolutely amazing at what he does and he s super knowledgeable. I took my Chevrolet Silverado here for a transmission. Jason told us about what all could be the issue and he didn t charge us to run codes. He actually saved us a ton of money instead of taking advantage of us! He was even willing to go through the headache of dealing with our warranty company! (And boy was it a headache for all of us) I recommend him over any transmission shop in the area! (As he was also the most kind, patient, and knowledgeable person that I spoke with. I will not take my car anywhere else...I moved here 2 uears ago and have has a hard time finding someone honest and reasonable since I now live on a limited income... thank you my brother Arlis Rapier Jr. For sharing his information with me and Thank you Thomas Transmission and Auto for taking care of me
