This review is for the service department. I was quoted 10 hours for the job and was charged for 40! They are definitely out to get what they can from you. I don t even know if they even fixed all of the issues as I now have a new sound that didn t exist before they fixed whatever they did. Would not recommend.

Seem to be decent enough people.I bought a used vehicle here, paying cash. After I was in it and starting home, the manager came out and told me to check the oil because it leaks. They all seemed decent enough people but wouldn't it have been more honest to have told me this first? I mean you were talking to me through the whole transaction, telling me about it, etc but you never said anything about it leaking oil. Also and worse yet, two months later the transmission went out. They basically said (in a nice way) you bought it without any warranty. It's your problem now. It was my understanding that I couldn't get a warranty with it.I paid $4,809.50 to have the transmission rebuilt and he replaced the rear main seal while the transmission was off. This is just my experience and how they dealt with it. I did, at first think that this is a better dealership but I don't think so now.I have to tell the truth.

This is a wonderful dealership! Mike came out as soon as I pulled up and found the perfect car for me! They gave me a great value for my trade in and got in me in my new Kia super quick! I love this place! This will definitely be the place I come to next time I want to get another car!

I just bought my new 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Rogersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mike Collins did a great job getting it ordered and then ready for me to pick up! The whole process only took 3 months to have one built. I would definitely buy from Mike again. Thanks, Mike!!!

They are probably the worst dealership I ve been to. All of them seem like they hate their jobs. Apparently doesn t want to make a deal on any cars they have. Gave me bottom dollar for my trade. I m talking about $8k less than it s worth. They treated me like I was stupid and didn t know what I was talking about. I will never go back and hopefully convince others to not as well

I am really disappointed in Rogersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I live in Wisconsin and located a Geo Tracker 4 WD online at their dealership. I was looking for a vehicle with minimal or acceptable rust condition and the dealership clearly knew this. I purchased and prepaid the transaction via the mail and the dealership was competent and friendly through the entire process. I traveled to Tennessee to drive the vehicle home. Since the car seemed to be in decent condition, I didn't do much inspecting. I trusted the seller. When I drove off, it didn't take long to observe shifting and chassis issues. I drove 900 miles home. Since I am not a mechanic, I took it to my local regular mechanic. (He works on rusty Wisconsin cars every day) He informed me that the chassis was rotted out beyond hope. In fact, the gas tank is jerry rigged and hung from the trailer hitch as the frame is literally missing where the tank is supposed to be attached. The fuel filter is dangling from the hoses instead of attached to the frame. My mechanic (Justin) told me he couldn't believe any dealer anywhere would sell this vehicle in it's unsafe condition. My two disappointments are the fact that they sent me down the freeway in a very unsafe vehicle. The other is that when I contacted the dealership and asked to talk to a manager or owner, they made the salesman (Aaron) do the dirty work to tell me they would do nothing. This car should have been sent to the auction, not sold to a retail customer. I feel the honest thing they could do is credit me a decent portion of the price as I now have to sell the car essentially for parts. I cannot represent it as safe to drive as is. I have already purchased another Tracker from an honest dealer. I hope this is not the end of this story. They still have the option of making this right. I will edit this review if they make it right. Sooo, As you can see with the response, this dealer is not willing to be accurate or honest. I never test drove the vehicle before driving it off. Why would I expect basics like the fuel tank being attached to the trailer hitch instead of the frame and the fuel filter hanging from the hoses as normal? I purchased this from a legit dealer, not a craigslist unaccountable private seller. I expected to be purchasing a car that was in a safe condition at the least. Yes, I mentioned "They left money on the table" but that was prior to driving the vehicle and discovering it's serious issues. As mentioned above, the car did not shift properly, and they had conveniently warmed it up for me prior to my arrival. The owner has never had the fortitude or honesty to attempt to find a solution or remedy for this transaction. So sad.

My wife and I can t say enough about how good we were treated here. Mike Collins was our salesman and made choosing a vehicle so easy. The managers, finance director, even the guy that washed our vehicle before we left with it, everyone there is the best we have ever dealt with and we will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle from this crew! You guys have got it together from the time a customer steps in till they drive away in a new vehicle. Congrats to you all.

We always use Mike Collins for our sales man. He always goes above and beyond on finding what we want and usually gets a better deal than we expected on whatever it is! He is a very nice man in general and so easy to work with! 10/10 recommend Mike!

I appreciate my sale's person Mike Collins. He has went above and beyond to make sure the purchase of my Ram truck goes well. He's a great person on top of a good salesman. I've seen him helping others as well.The touch screen on this truck is junk and he has helped me get in service for repairs. There should be a solution from the manufacturer

I had a very, very good experience with my Sales Representative on purchasing my vehicle . He was very helpful and not pushy just honest and worked with me on my trade in to get the car I wanted all the Staff are very nice . Also He got me in and out in no time . We talked about the car numerous times and always very informative on the car I wanted to buy I highly recommend him His name is Michael Collins and I am very pleased with your honesty . It was a nice day at Rogersville Ram dealership. Mike was my salesman. Nice guy, up front. We talked on the phone and agreed to ball park terms. I drove an hour and there was the vehicle I was interested in. Mike stopped what he was doing and pulled it right up front before I could even park. During the entire time my wife and I was treated with the upmost respect. Of course there were a few obstacles or goals that needed addressed. This was never Mike or the dealership s doing. I my opinion, they were completely pro-active addressing everything. They, meaning Mike and the Entire Dealership! I cannot believe how many people who came out to literally standing by to address, all of my concerns. Absolutely, a Job Well Done by Mike and all of the Dealership s personnel.

I highly recommend Mike Collins!!I came in looking for something spacious that could fit my 3 children, and within an hour, Mike had me in a 2017 dodge caravan. He's super nice, very friendly, and helps you get the lowest price. I hope my experience helps you.

Never have I received such excellent service as I did at Rogersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Chevrolet. My wife and I purchased our Jeep and was driving off the lot in less time in less time than most in haggling with a salesman. I am especially great full for the excellent service I received from Mike Collins my salesman. When he says I'll look out for you, he means it. Thanks also goes out to our financial advisor. He knows what he is doing.

I went to pick up a new challenger for my son, but the one he picked out had been sold the weekend prior. Mike wasa big help in helping me find something for my son. Aaron and Dennis did such a great job! I definitely recommend them! We went to two other places that tried making our car payment real expensive we finally chose to try one more place and was treated very good things were explained to us and they got our payment to where we needed it. It was the most unstressful experience I've ever experienced!
