I absolutely love that I found an awesome mechanic! This is the 2nd time I've used Jim's Service Center. The first time for a wheel barring. This time my car wouldn't shift out of park. I called friends to help with no luck. Eventually called these guys and I had to towed there on Wednesday October 20th, 2021. Thinking it would be about a week wait, due to them rebuilding an engine. I was so happy that they called me Friday the 22nd and said I could pick it up! It ended up being the brake light switch! Grrr! Then, when I went to leave, my serpentine belt snapped. They were able to get a new belt delivered and put on within 20 minutes. Can not recommend these guys enough!!! My go to mechanic from here on out!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes

This auto repair company is AWESOME! He's honest, has integrity and as a woman needing auto repairs I can't say enough about how few mechanics there are that treat a woman with respect & doesn't take advantage of us! I've already experienced that & thank God for men like Scott. He does great work and great rates! I will not take my SUV to anyone else.

Scott did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and replacing starter on my wife's vehicle today. I can't think the folks at Jim's Service Center enough. I was on a trip and my car started making a loud noise, and I knew I wouldn't make it back home, or to my destination. The people at Jim's Service Center agreed to see me within the hour. Scott and Ryan explained exactly what they thought was going on with my car, and they were able to fix it in both a timely and cost efficient manner. They helped me in a bind, and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help! They know cars inside and out and have great service.Service: Brakes

Had a timing belt kit put on lasted 11 days but was told I'd have to pay $500 to get it redone because I was given the option to bring my own parts and that they were sure it wasn't the job they had done so now I'm out $295 and my cars in worse shape than before they worked on it on 11-1-2022

As a fellow mechanic/automotive technician, scott is one of, if not my first, go-to contacts if i have a diagnosis or repair i need more knowledge and familiarity with. He is, in my opinion, one of the best in the industry. Scott and his staff are a godsend in the automotive repair world! Experience, knowledge, skill, honesty, fairness, integrity, and the drive to do the job correctly the first time, are all seemingly becoming more rare. Scott and his crew possess all of these attributes and then some!

Go in to get my car looked at get charged for the test,nothing gets fixed,they didn't even put my dash back together,now im missing a piece of the dash.took them 5 hours to just look at it and you would think going to a shop your car would be more complete but instead im missing some dash above the steering wheel. That old fellar learns new tricks and helps us out as customers anytime he can. Gladly helps the consumer and willing to thoroughly explain to the customer what's wrong with the vehicle. Recently brought a vehicle in for mysterious coolant consumption. Turns out gm outsourced the heads and they were porous allowing coolant to escape where it doesnt belong. I've been to other repair facilities where I'm told what I need, Jim's service center explains why. I highly recommend this place for any automotive needs.

They got my car figured out after the dealer told me it was fixed. (twice) Traveling through the area I found myself on the side of the road and that my car was not repaired. I spent almost 1000 dollars on it at the dealer. Jims had me up and running right for just over 300. I finished my trip home and had no issues in the 850 miles that remained. Now if I could get Jims ro relocate to my area and my money back from the dealer life would be good.

Awesome service and integrity here! Been trying to make money to fix my truck and struggling with the diag of misfires and vacuum issues. Had me up and running in no time and charged much less than I thought it would cost. Great job guys! Repeat customer here!

Gave me a estimate of $800 for a $3 part on my air-conditioning didn't even put frion in to properly diagnose.I took it to another shop and it literally was a gasket

Tried to rip off my niece wanted to upset and over charge I've been in the car business over 25 years one of the worse businesses I've ever had the misfortune to deal with stay away they are complete rip offs especially if your a woman beware and stay away from this business...

Charged $150 to look at my exhaust and change spark plugs. Total ripoff and not the nicest people. Owner was a bit rude. Wouldn't give 1 star but can't post review without it
