Ordered a module for a Corvette, my initial contact was flawless and was easy quick shipping but when I had an issue is when the problems started. I have returned now 2 $800 modules and cannot get my credit. They billed me and they got their money but will not return phone calls or emails. Been trying since August with no answers and no correspondence from this business. I have left 30 plus messages. I hate leaving bad reviews but am left no choice.To the Response from OwnerIF YOU WOULD ANSWER YOU PHONE I WOULD BE HAPPY TO EXPLAIN AND SHOW YOU MY ORDER # 27123 AND 27085.BUT I HAVE LEFT OVER 30 MESSAGES AND NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK, I HAVE ALSO LEFT MESSAGES AT YOUR FLORIDA LOCATION WITH NO RESPONSE. APPARENTLY THAT IS HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN A PHONE CALL. HOW ABOUT GIVING ME A NUMBER SOMEONE WILL ANSWER AND A SPECIFIC TIME TO CALL AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO PLACE THAT CALL.

Ordered ECM from ACI for my Jaguar xk8 and got it in less than a week. Put in and my Jag and is back running like new again.Talked to Will and he helped me with my order and how things were going to work. I sure will do business with them again if I ever need something to be repaired or a part. Very happy customer.

Do not use this company at all it is a scam. You try and call the number on there website it just rings and rings. You try and email them they do not reply. Do not send them any of your vehicles parts. Do not waste your time. Again it is a scam.

Sent in a Chevy climate control unit on July 12, 2023. It was received on July 14,2023.I have called multiple times, e-mailed multiple times. No one calls no one emails. I need my part back so I can send it to someone who will actually work on it and not ignore me. It was sent in for Thomas Crawford Auto.

Repaired a ecm for me years ago did great . Need another one Repaired i have called .i get no answer. I leave message with my number no reply. so I try email still no reply. How do i connect with you to get my ecm checked? After seeing these reviews its probably best to choose some one else.

I ordered a part for my dad through eBay and I received an email stating that the part was delivered when it has not. The address to which it was delivered is different than the address to which the instructions indicate. I sent 2 emails and no one has replied. Forget trying to call bc you will never get to speak to someone. Credit card company will be contacted and I will report you guys for fraud. Rest assured that my dad will get his refund and you guys will eventually pay fines for your dishonesty.

Avoid these guys. Liars and cheaters. Bought a turbo actuator from them, all went well until I had to return my core and receive my $225 refund. Fell on deaf ears. It's been over a month now and I still haven't got either my refund or validation that my warranty began, or my old core back!! Opened a dispute with my CC company. Will not be doing business with you guys again despite whatever your excuse will be in your reply.Edit: ended up winning the dispute after providing the CC company with all the necessary information.Trust me people! Don't do business with these shady weasels. They seem to have an excuse for every customer complaint, yet them negative reviews just keep rolling in

Maybe I can get a response on here . I believe the phone system is either down or they don t like answering the phones. I was very happy for about 10 months of my rebuilt actuator, until it failed. Came with a warranty, sent it back in, almost 3 weeks later it was back ( way to long to have my truck down) been driving for about 2 months ish and it failed pulling my boat. I would like a new actuator please!!! When I can actually talk to someone they are helpful, however now I have a truck that has a failing actuator that is newly rebuilt and can t get anyone to answer the phone!!!Edit: finally got ahold of them. send the actuator in with the attention to Will 3 weeks later and 100 phone calls with no answer. I want my actuator back and a refund.. I have been extremely patient!!!!!!

Do not recommend you do business with this company. Just too many issues and headaches with the ABS module I bought from them and their poor communications which clearly others have had. Unit was not plug and play as advertised. Had to go to a mechanic to clear all of the codes and now the unit has failed after 6 months. Unit is under warranty but warranty service involves the customer having to pay for the shipping to get service and if they don't find the issue they charge me even more money. Not taking the bait to throw more money at this. Should have just bought a rebuilt unit from BMW and taken my $ lumps. Do better folks!

Quick delivery. Product worked flawlessly. Core tag was in box so not freight charges to send the core back. I will use them again if the need be. But with the life time warranty I am hopping to never need it for this care again.

I purchased an instrument cluster for a Lexus from this company. Their communication initially was great. They were eager to do business. Everything seemed above board. We paid just under $500 for the unit including a $75 core charge. The unit worked fine for about 2 days and then it quit completely. I attempted to contact the company multiple times but never got a response until I threatened to leave negative ratings etc. They told me to send the unit back and they would likely replace it with a new unit. Since then they will not answer my calls emails or any other method of communication. They have not refunded my money even though they claimed to do so on the better Business bureau. Even the core charge has has not been returned. I would just like my money back. I've had to purchase another unit from another company so I've paid twice for the same repair on a customer's vehicle. It's kind of shocking that they can get away with this.

Had a digital cluster from my 84 Customer serviced/rebuilt. It came back looking amazing. Everything works and lights up brightly. Looks like new! Amazing job, very satisfied with the work. Thank you Automotive Scientific!

No better place for the repair of my 2003 Volvo S60 DIM. They were quick, and, most importantly, got the repair done right. I had brought my DIM to a local place before that didn't know Volvos the best, and were unable to fix the unit. Automotive Scientific, however, had it fixed in a matter of hours. Matthew, in particular, was really helpful. I scoured Google and eBay before eventually settling on ASI as my second repair shop to the work on my Volvo DIM...I only wish they had been first! Highly recommended. A+

I ordered an actuator for my truck and paid for it. Then I found out they would not ship to a PO Box so I asked for a refund. It been a week now and no refund. It s impossible to contact them via telephone because they don t answer. I ve left messages but no call back. So did I just get ripped off for $713.99?

For three years I've been trying to fix the cruise control on my 1993 Saab Turbo convertible. My excellent mechanic at Zimbrick Imports of Madison, Dan Boley, said I needed a new ECU for the cruise control. They installed and replaced three of them and I gave up (we all gave up). A happen stance check of Ebay had a post from AUTOMOTIVE SCIENTIFIC, INC. that noted they REMANUFACTURE these units, GUARANTEE THEM FOR LIFE and I NOW HAVE A FUNCTIONING CRUISE CONTROL.I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I sent them an ABS module two months ago. They will not answer the phone or return any of the 26 messages I left. I begged them to just send it back to me, even if they could not fix it. Now I don't have my money or even a module for a reputable shop to fix. BEWARE!!!!!

Avoid a headache, customer service is lousy and refunds are slow. Although I order the item from my car. And the money I pay to repair it, I prefer never to buy a repair online. Dont buy a repair servise.in this part of my comment I will respond to your answer , It is the first time they have responded to a message, because at no time did I receive a response to previous messages. you can throw my product in the trash since it is better to lose that than to continue paying for a service that does not work.

Customer service was excellent. Quick turnaround on services. My throttle body needed to have mechanical parts replaced that would've increased my wait and my costs. ASI took my throttle body as a core and sent me one of their rebuilt ones off the shelf... it cost more than just a rebuild but ended up saving me some money and time. They sent it to me within 7 days of their receiving mine. Great people!

The ABS module does not seem to work. I am assuming it was not programmed properly for the car (BMW X5). The original ABS unit would generate an error code when the car warmed up. The new unit generates an error light all the time.

Fast service. Quality work. Awesome packaging. I shipped my tail light out and they fixed it and had it back to me all within a weeks time. Tail light works perfectly. I would highly recommend automotive scientific. We always have our hesitations about sending our items or purchasing from someone we don't know or haven't heard about. These guys definitely are trustworthy! Don't hesitate!

Sent a Bosch abs unit back and forth to them 4 times for their lifetime warranty. One of their techs finally admitted over the phone it was and probably always was unrepairable. Wasted more in postage and handling fees than I paid on their eBay auction to rebuild it. They talked me into buying a new rebuilt unit which also didn t work. Ended up just disputing the credit card charge on the last junk and selling the car at a loss.

Instrument panel test and rebuild was done quickly and correctly at a reasonable price. But what i really loved about these folks was the communication and professionalism. First a phone call to confirm I had been able to remove the panel and ship it soon after purchasing service. Then a phone call a few days later when it was shipped back. Easy to navigate web site and great business model too.

Part came in in great condition. Packaging and shipping was flawless. 3 days from order to hands on.One hour later I had my EATC replaced and the Heat/AC in my 2005 F250 is working like factory new. Thank you for great parts, Great Prices. And super fast service

I needed a refurbished ABS module for my vehicle. Many places required that I send the part off to be re-manufactured, but Auto. Scientific sent me a fully functional part that works great! They responded to my inquiry within 24 hours, are very knowledgeable and are very responsive when you call them. I highly recommend them!

I haven't had the part in the car very long so we will need to drive the car (which I do ) to verify the reliability of the part. I had to do some searching to find this supplier. Even the mechanics and Chevy dealers service departments as well as large high quality auto repair people were unaware of this company. It comes with a one year warranty and another two years for a modest price. This is the telltale sign of a quality company. Al little pricey but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".The technician called me twice to verify the P/N because the number I provided didn't match up, he said he needed more information because there are three different numbers for this part. I sent him all the information that was on the label that is still on the old part. (lots of numbers and a letter or two). That was all he needed and a few days later I had the part. (this is known as quality assurance) had it installed and away I went. Note, it does take a few start cycles for the check engine code to stop coming up.I definitely recommend this company.William OwenChandler AZ

Happy with the product! It was the exact Mach for my 02 F-150 and works perfectly! It cured all the HVAC control issues I was having. Shipped out in a very timely manner. HOWEVER, I used the box and return label provided to ship my old non working part back to receive my $74 core charge credit back to my charge card and have not seen yet . It's been a couple weeks, beginning to wonder , was up!
