We were traveling and broke down in Rocky Top. Josh towed us and our LARGE dogs to a mechanic quickly and then kindly took me (and dog) to the local Enterprise and would not accept additional payment. He stayed until my rental car was confirmed. There are some very kind people in Rocky Top. Jesus saves and so does Josh!

Called and was out within 2 hrs to my job, 25 mules away, to take my truck to the shop. Great communication. Really nice guy. Will use in the future if needed.

Whoever this guy is needs to be taken to a driver safety class as well as anger management class.He came around a corner going 60 in a 40 in a freaking tow truck no less, then switched lanes so fast he probably didn t even know if a car was coming and the way he acted he probably wouldn t have cared if he did injure someone. Get him off the road and to some help seriously

This owner and his staff are amazing. My sister rental car broke down in Rocky point Tennessee. After being on hold with the rental company for over 4 hours. He went above and beyond his call of duty and made sure that everything was okay owner had her situation fixed in 30 minutes. TOP NOTCH TOWING IS BETTER THAN TOP NOTCH!!!!! On our trip from Canada to Florida our transmission broke. We were directed to Top Notch who not only towed our car but recommended a mechanic/garage ...AJ at Gunter Automotive..,. who was excellent and had us back on the road in 48 hours. TOP NOTCH also drove us to a hotel and volunteered to pick us up the next day to get our car, change hotels and ANYTHING ELSE WE NEEDED. They are FANTASTIC! Special thanks to Raymond and Jimmy for all their help ... YOU GUYS ARE GREAT !!!!! NEED A TOW CALL TOP NOTCH!!!!!

My car broke down on the interstate, where we were at there was nobody that could come out to help us. To knotch shows up and realizes that we are on vacation and instead of towing our car to a high risk area he recommended taking it to a guy he knows personally and sets up the repair for early in the morning. The repair only cost $30 instead of $1k like I was expecting. This guy saved my vacation and I highly recommend him as your first option.

Car broke down in a area that no one wanted to tow late at night. Jimmy came and towed my car 77 miles back to the house which was out of his coverage range. Extremely professional, kind, and timely. So I was traveling with my family from Tampa, Fl to Cincinnati Oh and hit a coyote at 3am on I-75 at mile marker 147.4. Jimmy, our tow driver got us about 5am (roadside assistance gave him the wrong location so it wasn t his fault it was 2hrs later), and due to the time and circumstances, helped me find a rental vehicle and ran me around town in his personal vehicle until we could get one (about 1230pm). He was an absolute God send, and I am truly thankful for his time and patience with helping me get my family home. He did not ask for anything extra, and was extremely professional the whole time. If you ever have a breakdown, need a tow service, etc. please consider Top Notch Towing!!! In a stressful situation they will make sure to help make it easier to handle. Not many tow companies will go the extra mile like Jimmy did for us!!! Thank you Top Notch!!!!!!!!!Service: Car towing
