I blew a tire on my Mini JCW on I 75 near Jelico Tennessee and these guys were able to get me back on the road. They don't stock every tire. However, they will get them in for you. I run Perelli Run Flats and they found one for me. Thanks guy!!

6am truck broke down at work. Called them at 11:15am. 12:20pm tow truck on the way to my job 25 miles away. Truck fixed and picked up by 5pm closing time. Great service. Would highly recommend. Would use in the future if needed.

Had brake trouble on the way to Pigeon Forge from Indiana. We were taken care of immediately and felt confident that our brakes were good enough to finish our trip. I can't say enough good things about J.D.'s.

Thank you for helping some strangers from Florida by staying over after 5 pm at your shop on a Friday afternoon patching a tire. They were stranded off of Clinton exit where I liveand met them at the gas station. I brought the owner of the truck there to your shop. We were blessed by your services and kind heart.

We left there about an hour ago. Joe was one of the nicest and most considerate people I have had the pleasure of meeting. We are on a road trip from South Florida to Indiana and our alternator decided to give out on us. The gentleman at Advance Auto Parts called four other shops and none of them would squeeze us in so we could get back on the road. Joe got us in and out in about three hours. During our wait (from 1pm to 4pm or so) me, my wife, and our kids got hungry as we hadn't eaten lunch before we had to stop. When we asked if there was a restaurant close by, Joe told us that none were in walking distance, but that we were welcome to borrow his personal truck to get our family food. He even had a car seat in the truck that we could use since he has a son about the same age as our daughter, lol. I've rarely experienced such great customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

We are from Ohio and had car trouble enroute to Florida. Pulled into JD Tires at 2:45 p.m. on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem, got parts delivered, and had us back on the road by 4:30. Helpful, hospitable, and honest!!!!! Highly recommend

A good place to go to for tires, He was a little high, but I like to try and keep my money close to where I live, so for that I didn't mind. I've not had any work done there but anytime I've been by there is always several vehicles around being worked on or waiting. From that I would have to say he's pretty good since he's backed up.

I've been going to JD's for years and while he can be a bit high on price he is always great every single time. I have had four vehicles he has worked on and has done great with everyone and explains things well and doesn't try to bullshit you either! Getting ready to take our car tomorrow to him as a matter of fact for an AC leaking issue.

My husband and I were the only people there and it took him an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires. I've watched my husband do the same thing to 4 tires in 15 minutes when he worked for a tire shop. We were not impressed with service whatsoever.

Love this guy. We had emergency and he went out of his way to help us out. Even drove us to the local restaurant so we didn't have to walk 2 miles to town. Appreciate you for sure. Fair and honest work. Thank you.

I can't say enough nice things about this place and it's owner and staff. I was driving from Atlanta to Cincinnati and ended up with a screw in my tire. JD tried to find me a new run flat but sadly there were none in the area. They got me repaired enough to get me to Cincinnati. I was so worried I wouldn't find a place close enough but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for taking great care of my Madge.

I ve been here for 2 hours now just to get new rims & tires mounted balance,& a alignment also get the tmps sensor swapped over & im still waiting theirs no one else working besides one guy! Never will I come back again

STAY AWAY!! I Used these guys for an engine swap and contracted them to do some upgrades before the swap, none of the $350 worth of new parts I left with them made it in to the new engine even though I was charged to put them in. The car suffered a water pump failure 3 months after the swap, took it to another shop and discovered the pump has never been replaced, I confronted JD about this they refused to do anything about it.
