The person that helped us was on the phone the entire time. She gave us the wrong part, then they didn t have the one we needed.

I've always used Advance as my "go to" auto parts store. There have been times though that I would not visit this location because of the lack if customer service and knowledgeable staff. For at least the last 6 months I have been more than happy with the staff and service. Hopefully this trend continues for a while.

These guys were amazing. I had a flat tire and being disabled I couldn't change it. They changed it & told me where to go to get a new one.

Very Poor Customer Service, and I have been dealing with the manager. I bought a new engine in May and was told they would have July 1st. I patently waited and when I didn't hear from them so I called and was informed it was on back order. Rather than wait another 6 weeks I cancelled the order. I was told they would have to cut me a check since the amount was over $3000.00. I was fine with all that, the Manager told me he would call with the details later that day,,,, no call. So I called the next day and he said he was waiting on the district manager to get back to him and he would call as soon as possible. a few days went by and still no word so I called and complained and wanted the District managers number, I was told they can't give that out and I informed the store manager that I would find a way to get a hold of him. He called back shortly and told me I needed to come in and sign some paperwork, I went right in and signed the paper work and was told I would get my refund in 10 - 14 days. When the check arrived, it was short $190.06,,, I took all the paper work in to consult the manager and was told the manager wasn't available but another person was running things and called the manager. The manager said he would call me back on Thursday, July 27th, he never called, I called on Friday and they took a message and I still have not heard back from them. Needless to say this has left a very sour feeling with me concerning Advance Auto Parts and I will make it know to whoever will listen that they are a Terrible Store!

UPS delivered my package here yesterday since this location is an access point package isn t there today and they don t bother to check ID, they tell you to go get your package from a pile of 10+ others. Aka anybody can take whatever they want since employees are too lazy to check an ID and go grab it for you. Great way to start off vacation

Associate was extremely rude and hung up on me. I'll never buy another car part or anything from this place. He got smart with me and when called out about it, he hung up. My family won't be there anymore either and we've got five vehicles. His name started with a"d" if I hadn't been going thru major health issues I would've reported him to corporate and his manager. But that's five cars worth of business you lost and in lake city that's a lot.

8/3/22 - I took my battery into AAP for a recharge because I think my alternator is going out. Their free tool is sitting next to their car battery wall, showing it's convenient if your cold cranking amps (CCA's) do not pump enough volts on a full battery. Anyway, this fresh face never used the machine before because he nearly walked away without turning it on. Once we got it on, I come back an hour later to see that it didn't charge my battery at all. We gave it another shot and same thing-- this battery was barely a year old so I took it to O'Reilly's in Clinton and it charged just fine. This AAP may have a broken battery charger or the staff are not being trained to use it.Autozone, besides eBay/Amazon, is my preferred in-person parts retailer since I lived in Michigan. But since inflation, prices have been out of control.

We was vacationing in Tennessee and the air conditioning in our truck had gone out. We was advised to go here so we did on a Sunday afternoon. The gentleman there helped us getting exactly what we needed to (which was Freon) and it has worked wonderful every since. I recommend this place completely. Two females on vacation and they was so wonderful about helping.

We stopped here while traveling to check a check engine light code and unfortunately while there our battery decided to die. Luckily the staff was very helpful and got us all squared away with a new battery quickly. The guys working there were kind and made a stressful moment alot easier.

This is by far the worst Advance Auto Parts in the area. They have a couple of employees who know how to help & they do an excellent job. Most of the time they are too busy talking with their buddies to help or even ring me up. If you order a part it's hit or miss if it will be there. I usually just head to the Jacksboro store even though I live about 2 minutes away.

Good , friendly crew there, only drawbacks really are that many items are overpriced and the computer system used there often crashes and makes mistakes when finding parts the customer needs. Maybe one day soon it'll get better tho

I had to tell the gentleman at the counter NO to his "bulb grease" THREE FULL TIMES today before he would finally take my $50 for the maybe ten dollar headlight bulbs I purchased. Absolutely shameful that the stores still pedal those ketchup packets of grease after all these years.

Very good service a little bit pricey but that's an Advance Auto parts they will price match on some things. We're going to buy battery there next time we go.

What an awesome Store! I'm in there quite often and I always deal with Kris or Adam. They both really seem to know what they are doing. Don't get me wrong, there has been some big turn over in that store since I've been going there but the Customer service has stayed the same. I've had others in the store help me and you can tell they are new, but they are trying and are willing to do whatever it takes to help me. I'm always pleased when I leave there and thats why I drive by other Advances leaving work and stop here.

Brennan, Anthony, and Ken went above and beyond to help us diagnose and solve a radiator issue. We originally thought is was a water pump but Anthony and Ken quickly helped my boyfriend find that there was a hole in the radiator due to the fan. Brennan traveled an hour to another store to pick up a new radiator for us because they didn t have the one at this store that we needed. That saved us from having to wait until the morning to have to get it delivered. We sat in the parking lot for about 4 hours and all three constantly came out to check and see the progress. Amazing customer service and we got lucky to break down (as lucky as you can get breaking down near the interstate) at such a friendly place. Thanks guys!

The store is no good they have kids working there that don't know anything about the store the manager don't even take care of it obviously doesn't train his staff because they don't even know that they can check alternators or starters without them being on the car and this wasn't just one individual I went there multiple days to talk to multiple people and they all had the same answer so the management in the store is no good the man is not doing his job and those kids don't know anything about it the job. If the computer can't answer it they don't know anything

Every time I come here I stand around for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me or ring me up. They all stand around talking to each other and bullshitting with the local customers. There is only ever one man up front while I hear everyone else in the back having a congregation. It's ridiculous. I'm not coming back to this place. I'll drive the extra 15 mins for better customer service.

Exceptional customer service & help from Scott & Eddy at the Rocky Top location at 405 Norris Freeway. Helped me find the bulbs & adjusted for my tail light/signals. Was in & out in no time as well. Preciate you gentlemen. Would certainly recommend this location.

very Poor customer service. I ve spent well over 2k at this store. The workers act like they don t wanna be there. And I get it... it s work. But come on. There s one specific dude that works there that s reallllllly bad at acting like he would rather hang himself than help anyone. I m going to ol Riley s from now on.

I was driving to Georgia from Kentucky when things stopped working in the car so I figured it was the fuse. It was raining when I pulled up. Two employees were standing outside smoking when I pulled up. I went inside and explained what was going on. The man said he had no idea where the fuses were on that model car so I went outside got the owners manual and showed him. He came out bent over said he could not get to them and said he could not help me. I told him I was desperate due to the fact that I was using GPS on my phone and without the fuses my phone would die. He said guess you will be needing a map then. He was very rude and should not be working with the public. I finally went up to the younger guys who has been smoking. One said he was off the clock but would help me. If it had not been for the younger man helping me I don't know what I would have done. Since then I have learned to read a map.

The folks here are very helpful. I needed oil, an oil filter, and an air filter to do some upkeep on my car. They checked the papers to see what could save me a bit of money.
