I had an absolutely horrible sound coming from my wheels and the car wasn't handling properly. Jason, took it in without question right at close. Him and his team had it apart and knew the problem within minutes. Sadly it was gonna take some parts and work, but Jason and his team was not letting me go without it being fixed. They stayed to make sure my SUV was safe for the kids and I and Jason talked to me and calmed me down (cause I was lost) he broke it down where I understood (I am car illiterate) and his boys were nothing but respectful and even reassuring during my quiet panic (I guess they all seen it on my face). He didn't make me feel like just a "stupid woman" he made sure I knew everything that was going on. He even helped me out. I can honestly say I'm going back to Jason and his crew, I didn't feel taken advantage of and he even offered to help the next time I go looking for a car. I could not be more thankful for these men, I felt safe, at home, and informed, which is way more then even a tire shop has done for me. Seriously choose A&J!

We were traveling from Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Hilton Head , SC with a stop in Maryville,TN to visit family when our battery light came on(on good Friday). We stopped at an auto part store and they said the alternator was bad. I asked if there was a shop around and they recommended A&J. We drove over to the shop and pulled up and Jason asked what was going on. I told him and he immediately had a guy go get the correct part and 90 minutes we were back on the road. He even checked the rest of the van over to make sure it was all good to go. I can t thank Jason and his guys enough. You definitely don t find that kind of service everyday. They are great people. We don t live here but if you do definitely give Jason a chance. Thanks again.

My boyfriend and I were traveling and on our way home and the car wouldn t start. I got ahold of this place and Jayson dropped everything at his shop to come and help us, he worked for hours on my car to get it fixed and was not giving up until my car started. So nice and down to earth, this man deeply cares for his customers without a doubt. If we re ever passing through TN again and having problems I won t hesitate to call him.

Had just purchased a camper and needed to have the spare put in place of a bad tire. Called them and they said to come right on over. Very nice, friendly gentlemen changed the tire right away and even aired up the other tire.Told me to pay whatever I thought was fair. Highly recommend. Very nice and went above and beyond . Thank you!

We broke down coming home from Florida. Our plugs were bad. Jason and his team made us priority and got us fit right in. Prices were fair and the guys were welcoming and friendly.Thank you so much for all your help and going out of your way to get us back on the road.

After my car broke down on the ramp coming off the interstate, Jason, an amazing Good Samaritan, called his daughter to bring his tools and he helped push my car off the highway into a gas station parking lot. He also was willing to go get his tow truck since the one I called hadn't come. The tow truck did come but he offered to fix my car and have it towed there. Jason was very honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind. He kept me updated constantly and made sure I knew the price of parts before getting them. I'm extremely humbled, grateful and blessed by the kindness shown to me. I'm a lifelong customer of A&J automotive! Thanks to all those amazingly kind people for stopping to help out! These guys are legit! Diagnosed my problems suggested to me the fix was worth more then the car, could have taken my money and then the car failed, but he didn't! Honesty! This place is where I go now! Jason is the man! My guy

Jayson is an excellent individual. Hard working, honest, responsive, and takes pride in his work. My transmission failed on me, and I coasted off of the highway. He was at my car within 30 minutes of me calling him. He fixed my car and did a thorough job. I'm very happy, and can't recommend him enough.

I am a single mom and I was on the road by myself traveling from out of state when I had issues with my car. If I hadn t come to JAYSON s shop I don t know where I would ve ended up. He did everything he could to get me back on the road safely. He went above and beyond and is just simply an amazing human. He refused to give up trying to fix my car and was determined to get me where I needed to go. Not only was his service A+, but the care and pride that he takes in his work matches. I am so grateful to have found this shop. It could ve gone so differently had I not. Thank you so much and a huge shoutout to Jayson for being one of the few selfless humans left on the planet. Words cannot say enough.

This business definitely deserves 5 stars. I was traveling to Gatlinburg, TN with some friends, while on our way back home, we had an engine misfire, and stopped at this mechanic for help. The staff were all super helpful, and downright hilarious. The owner, Jason, I believe was his name, called everywhere in town to find a part to replace my friend s car. He said I won t go home until these boys are back on the road , staying past closing time to make sure we could drive. While we never got ahold of the part we needed, we were given expert advice on how to drive home safely, and we did. There was no charge, not even an inspection fee for the vehicle. We made it back just fine. Thank you for looking out for your customers, Jason. I promised I d leave a review, and here it is. I was driving from Lafollette to Knoxville at my brake pedal went completely lamp. I was in the area of Rocky top so I ve made a couple phone calls and found AJ automotive, thank God I did because it was the absolute best service and price I could ve hoped for. I know I could have been taken advantage of by someone else but these guys treated me like a friend. These guys had me back on the road and no time at all which was great because I couldn t afford to miss work.
