Definitely a great commodity to Roan Mountain.Great all around store, Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, lots of variety of items,and 99.9% of the time they got what ya need and if for some reason not,They'll damn sure get it!

Stop by on the way home from and Oreintaion for work(my car is a 2005 and has a small transmission leak) so I could grab some transmission fluid, employee was very helpful and went right to the things I needed and had everything in stocks, I've had trouble recently because the Napa by my home ALWAYS has to order most anything for my car(Nissan Sentra SE-R) which is very inconvenient, but the location in Roan Mountain is 100X better when it comes to having parts in stock!!! Plus prices are way lower, I saved almost $15 dollars compared to purchasing the same product from the Banner Elk store

It's a small store, but it's very nice to have for Roan Mountain. I've stopped in here many times over the years and the guys working here are always helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely appreciate the fact that they can run a quick diagnostic test on your car for free if you have a service light come on or some other issue, which can really save you time and money. They also offer some other handy services like recharging your A/C, rotor cutting, or ordering parts for you that they don't carry here. Overall, a necessary store to have in this area.
